Jeff was a great guide. He was extremely knowledgeable about the city’s history and gave us a great overview. We hit every major site and we even got to go to the hat store that made the 007 hat! Was a great experience.

Perry was our guide and did a phenomenal job taking us around London and showing us the city’s highlights and sharing its history. He is a delightful guide and very knowledgeable about the city. Our driver Dave was amazing! He not only took us to see all the expected sights (Buckingham Palace, Tower Bridge, etc) but to see the unexpected as well. Dave was extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer our litany of questions. If you’re hesitant to book don’t be this was worth every penny and more! I should also mention Dave’s amazing photography. He is so detail oriented and will absolutely get you that one shot you’ve been dreaming of!

We had a private Beatles related tour with Paul. Paul did a great job of pointing out related landmarks and telling stories along the way. Loved the visit to Abbey Road Studios. Wonderful tour of London- upon our arrival to see all the big sites. I was concerned we would miss out taking the tour at night in the rain but our guide Clifford helped us optimize with umbrellas and great places to avoid traffic. The sites were beautiful at night and Clifford entertained us with stories. Our family enjoyed this wonderful tour and we highly recommend Clifford!

We went on tour of London with David. He did a magnificent job, taking us to many main attractions and giving us a great amount of history. I learned a lot that I did not know about the places and the people tied to those places. We actually didn't know that Greg would talk with us first...and plan our tour on the fly. We had been here for several days already and we didn't want an "on your right is the"..type of tour. He took us to some off track type places...it was amazing. So much fun! It was cold...rainy...windy which actually invigorating. I wanted my nephew to really see London. Greg gave us that in spades.
Reuben was just wonderful! He is so knowledgeable and has a great and endearing personality. He was totally flexible, knowledgeable, and helpful. I traveled with my daughter and granddaughter, who is on the spectrum, and he was so kind and patient and did everything he could to make the tour as comfortable for her as humanly possible. We did the Harry Potter tour because that’s what she loves, but he was truly amazing at interjecting all kinds of information in sightseeing throughout the tour. We would love to go back and do it all over again with Ruben!

We had a black cab tour today with Clifford, who was absolutely fantastic and would definitely book again. He was brilliant, he showed us all the sights and from places where we could get the best photos and the best views, and was very informative about the places we saw as well. This was an incredible tour. Our driver and tour guide, Paul, was a fountain of information. He tailored our tour to our request, giving us many options to choose from. Throughout the day, he offered tremendous flexibility in changing the plan when we decided to see something different. Paul is a tremendous professional. We obtained his business card so we care share it with our friends and acquaintances when they visit London in the future. He took us to all the major sites, and shared fascinating information throughout the day. He even threw in a few sites we did not know existed until that day.

Jeff is extremely knowledgable and made the tour very interesting as he showed us sights on our way to Richmond to do the Ted Lasso part of the tour. He was right on time (well, early, but patient!!) He was able to explain a lot of history and London information - all of which was interesting!!

Dave was wonderful. He is an Official London Taxi driver and tour guide. He took us to famous spots as well as other less known places that were just as enjoyable. He was extremely knowledgeable and we learned a lot of London history. Dave told us we would take enough pictures in 4 hours that others would think we were in London for 3 days. He was right. Our driver’s name was Clifford! He kept in touch with me through the day to make sure with flying everything was going correctly. We actually was early checking in to our room and was able to start the 4 hour tour earlier. He was very knowledgeable with the history of London and we really enjoyed listening to what all he to say about the different sights we saw! He asked me before thru texted what we wanted to see and I told him whatever he believes we need to see because this is the 1st time here and might never make it back. This is the second time I have used Viator and would higher recommend them. Both times I have used them the driver would pleasant and knowledgeable!

I believe the Black Cab tour with Richard was the perfect way to begin our trip in London! He was prompt and picked us up at our lodging. He 100% made the tour easy and allowed us to see the fabulous London landmarks with history that he brought to life. He showed us well known treasures and lesser known places with stories and legends that made the tour fun, exciting and left us wanting more. We couldn't believe how quickly the tour ended. We went on a Saturday morning when traffic was lighter which allowed us into areas like Buckingham Palace area, St. Paul's Cathedral, Westminster Abbey area, the Tower of London, the Tower Bridge without fighting any crowds. He also showed us areas with remnants of the bombings of WWII, places where the Royals acquire their clothes, and part of the wall the Romans built around the city before 200 AD!!!! He was friendly and happy to ensure that we enjoyed our tour and let us know that we could contact him if we had questions later. This was the perfect way to get an understanding of the lay out of the city of London and really have an excitement for landmarks, museums and tours we had scheduled later in the week. I highly recommend this tour especially with our guide Richard.
Lee was wonderful! Well versed in historic and current events. A true local! I would suggest booking a morning tour as traffic is less than afternoon. You can visit the Roman ruins near St Paul’s Cathedral after the tour.
Jim is outstanding! Very informed , personable and knows his way around. I highly recommend him for a day or half day tour. We booked four hours and got in more than you can imagine without feeling rushed. Book this guy. You won't regret it.
