Great afternoon with excellent food and service. We will come for an afternoon tea next! Would have been nice to have had a written menu to bring home as a keepsake and to spread you name.
Highly recommended. Very good. Amuse bouche of Arancini, then a fish course (nicely cooked-on a bus!), mains and dessert. Ok wine (£15 Tesco equiv.) but goodish cocktails. Not touristy at all. I think tourists might be disappointed as it is just a double loop around the City and West End but great for locals. Our route was somewhat restricted as there were demos , we might have had to avoid Trafalgar Square etc. The food was good but the service was excellent. Charming even.
Service was good, food was excellent and sightseeing was exactly what we wanted! Great time sharing cocktails and wine with friends!
This is an experience not to be missed. It was a part of my daughter's 40th birthday celebrations, and the food, drinks, atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. Although I lived in London for years there were places I had previously not seen so this was a great opportunity to do this. I would certainly recommend this.
The food was amazing, the staff incredibly friendly- what an amazing way to see London. Burratta, tiramisu and chicken absolute favourites between the two of us. Can’t recommend more for a unique experience
What an absolutely fantastic experience. The team on board made us feel very welcome and special as soon as we boarded. We were introduced to the chef, the driver and both waiting staff who were mega friendly. The bus is clean, air conditioned and the seats very comfortable. The four course lunch was delicious and impeccably presented. The whole experience is very special.
Fabulous 60th and 70th birthday celebrations. From start to finish we could not fault the tour. Great food, great service and fabulous sights. A unique and memorable experience. The staff were amazing, professional but warm and friendly. Thank you for the Stevie Wonder Happy Birthday Song with our candle lit dessert.
Great tour and amazing food. Might be the best meal we had in London!! Service was amazing too!! Thank you!!
Wonderful anniversary spent on this tour bus with fantastic food. The played us a song and lit a candle on our yummy dessert. Couldn’t have been better.
Need to up their game with bookings
We did this for my partners birthday. It was so good. Staff were amazing and how the chef cooks such great food in such a small area is beyond me. You see all the sights of London along the way. if you want something different to do for lunch or dinner then i would try this.
We had a wonderful experience! Their entire staff was extremely friendly and smiling! They remembered every detail I had noted when reserving the table for my husband's 40th birthday. The food was wonderful... Many thanks especially to our two waiters Ally and Ylan and of course to the chef for the delicious food...☺️
This was a good time. Food was decent. My only complaint is that they didn’t say what we were passing to get photos and you didn’t know until it was too late. Music played was extremely loud. Would I recommend this to someone? Sure I would for the experience. However I’d recommend knowing where you’re at in London and knowing exactly what you want photos of because nobody tells you on the scenic tour what you’re near. Especially when your back is to everything so you really don’t know until you’re past it.
I booked the tour with lunch and wine package as a treat for my wife on her birthday. The staff were superb and friendly and the food was a culinary triumph. It really was a delightful experience. My only criticism is that, when booking and having checked that there was a vegetarian option, I found nowhere to preselect that for my wife so assumed there would be a menu choice on board, which there is not. This aspect needs addressing. The staff were most apologetic and helpful, but it was a blot on an otherwise perfect trip. i booke3d
I hired out the entire bus for a 4 course lunch service tour across London for my organisation and it was fantastic! Would highly recommend. What they've managed to achieve on board is great! The food was wonderful- especially the fish and dessert! The staff were amazing, very fun, attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I'd recommend this for a friends, family or work occasion and will definitely be booking again.
We went on the four course lunch on Bustronome today. The food & service & views as well as the music was great! The staff were so lovely and chatty and even put candles in our dessert as it was our (delayed) wedding anniversary! 🎊🥳 they coped very well with the farmers strike blocking the roads in London! Would happily go again, can recommend! Thank you! 🥰

This was a great culinary experience from the salmon tartare to the dessert- we thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was amazing and it was a beautiful day in London
The best experience I’ve ever had. I had the pleasure of being served by Ally and Kerry, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and warmth. Both of them were incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure that everything was perfect. Ally greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel welcome right away, while Kerry was quick, efficient, very informative and as a native Dominican we respect that so much. For sure I will do it again.
Birthday treat with a friend to try something different in London. Great experience, very welcoming staff, lovely facilities on board. Even though we were, unfortunately, diverted on route due to protests/road closure, we felt the staff dealt with this well and it didn't spoil our experience. Food was delicious and staff were attentive. Particular mention to Francesco for his friendly manner and conversation.
It was great, prblm is informing abt attraction areas, yu can't read and look out fr place at the same time, rather use a recorded message if there is no one who can do live. Otherwise I enjoyed the food, the soup just need to be warm
The experience was AMAZING, the food was impeccable and the service was outstanding. I would do this again and recommend to anyone traveling to London.
We visited as a family of 14 for a family celebration. The communication was great from the very beginning and we were easily able to request substitutions and to sit as close together as possible (the largest table seats 8). The pick up point was easy to find and we boarded quickly. The settings were really lovely and the facilities were nice and clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was great and the tour went past lots of tourist attractions. London pride was taking place during our visit so perhaps the tour had to accommodate the many road closures. I would definitely recommend this for those who want to do something different.
Vegetarian food was horrible . Dessert was ok , didn't like it much. Overall seating arraignment was ok but they didn't cover all the tourist points, finished tour before time.
It was a great experience as a date a birthday celebration solo or just because. Tariq and Ryan were great and attentive. The music was good a lot of American music which was great for me. A really great vibe.
The food was amazing. We had already been exploring throught London for a few days, but this tour allowed us to get above street level to see things from a different perspective. The food was 5 star. We would definitely do this again.
Fabulous from start to finish. Really good attentive service from JR and Kerri. We went for the lunch experience this time having already had the dinner experience in September. So seeing London during the day has a different feel to it being lit at night both really enjoyable. Food quality is very good will book again with another set of friends for sure 😆
Had a lovely experience onboard, hosts Junior and Marissa were exceptional and made the experience all the more pleasant. They accommodated our request to move tables and offered us complimentary wine with our delicious 4-course meal. The beef was a tad overdone but the rest were scrumptious and the dessert was divine. Sadly it was raining during lunch so I can't speak much to the views from the bus but totally enjoyed the ride. A well spent 2 hours. HIghly recommend!
As we were only four on Christmas Day we decided to treat ourselves. My husband and I had been before for our wedding anniversary and loved it so we wanted to share the experience with my brother and sister in law. They loved it too. The food was excellent, the staff and service amazing and the driver even managed to back out of Shaftesbury Avenue onto Piccadilly Circus to avoid a police incident- well done everyone
The customer service from Jackson and Amira was absolutely outstanding. They really ensured that we were happy throughout the tour. They really made our experience very special. The food was delicious and very well presented. The tour was worth it and I would love to do it again in the future. Jackson and Amira make a really great team that represent Bustronome. Thank you to all staff for a very pleasant day. Spiros + Eleni
It's a convenient way for an overall view of the central London with an excellent lunch. I would only suggest a tour annotations for the places along the way, so travelers would know what they see in more details.
Took my family (husband and 2 small kids age 3 and 4) and parents on a lunch tour last week in London and it did not dissapoint! I have done Paris Bustronome for dinner a few years ago and it was also incredible! Chef Alex and the team were so hospitable from the beginning! This isn't a 'tour', but more of a sightseeing adventure during lunch! To me, this is a PERFECT activity when you get in from a long flight and have to stay up to catch on the time zone. It allows you to relax, eat, sight see - all from the comfort of your seat! Keeps the excitement up as you arrive in from travels. I will see out other bustronomes (NYC SOON!)
This experience is first class, from the welcome on board and being introduced to the Chef to the excellent 4 course meal and wine. All the staff were excellent. What better way to see the sites of London.
The views were amazing from the bus and a very good vibe. The food wasn’t that much but I guess it’s a fine dining experience. Overall I loved it but I don’t think the value was that much
The food was amazing. The service was 2nd to none. Staff was very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. It was lovely of them to make a fuss of my daughter for her 40th Birthday. Even though it was raining the windows stayed very clear. Would do this trip again.
Superb experience on a glorious day. Thank you Jackson, Chris and Alex for a superb lunch and first class service. The food was excellent in particular the salmon dish and the chicken. Wine plentiful and of good quality, in general a very pleasant afternoon.
What a truly wonderful way to see London, Great views with clear views everywhere great service, great food and actually pretty good music
We had the vegetarian selections which were all very well prepared and tasty. Due to the championship soccer match the same day, the route changed due to extra crowds and road closures. While the website tour audio clips informative, no one helped us know where we actually were, what we were driving by and seeing. We also missed 4-5 places completely on the shortened route and spent the entire dessert course stopped at the end point. The bus had a speaker system but no staff used it to actually “guide” us. Cool concept. Could have been executed better. Positive: we saw a lot in a short period of time; nice restroom facilities.
went with my partner(birthday treat) for 4 course lunch paid £180 for two which included 4 course meal, 2 glasses of wine each, 2 bottles of water which we had only one. tea and coffee which we did not receive. then when it had finished we got a bill for another £20 stating we had to pay for the wine, which i was in with the price, i refused to pay got in a heated argument with some horrible little server i wished i got his name(he should never work with this company again). it got that bad police was even mentioned, i said call them and ill show them was was suppose to be included in the price, the coach driver intervened, in the end my partner payed the £20 as i refused, total rip off, Birthday spoilt
Jackson & Philippe were excellent hosts and Alex's 4 course lunch was superb. Couldn't have asked for a better coach tour.
Jackson and Phillipe were excellent hosts and Alex's food was superb. Couldn't have asked for a better lunch coach tour of London
Classy trip. Food and service were excellent. Would highly recommend if visiting London. I went with my daughter for my bday. Far exceeded my expectations.
Not exactly the gastronomic experience I was expecting. The two stars I have awarded are for the waiters who were friendly and smiley. Unfortunately, the food isn’t worthy of any stars and was a long way off “fine dining” as described on the Bustronome website. In particular, the vegetarian option was uninspiring, dull and boring. Starter - Aubergine Salad (three thin slices of aubergine) Main - Green Risotto (unidentifiable flavour) Main - Aubergine Parmigiana (three thin slices of aubergine - again!) Pudding - Classic Pannacotta with mango sauce The concept of serving an aubergine dish twice within the same lunch menu is an interesting, if somewhat unimaginative, choice. The lack of accompanying side vegetables was simply mean. After all what do vegetarians like? Answer - vegetables. The portion sizes for the vegetarian menu are minuscule and certainly not worth the £70.00 charged by Bustronome. The temperature on the bus was so low that I had to wear my coat throughout lunch and there was a definite whiff coming from the direction of the downstairs toilet. I stepped off the Bustonome bus feeling cold, hungry…and bitterly disappointed.
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food was good. The views spectacular. Great way to see the city.
We had a very nice lunch with a tour round London in the beautiful winter sunshine. Very lucky the bus waited for us as we were running late due to traffic. Food was pretty nice and we enjoyed the wine pairing. Would recommend as an alternative way to see London and a bit of a treat.
I was on a girls trip with my sister-in-law and mother-in-law and I booked us lunch on Bustranome as a surprise. We were absolutely thrilled with the experience! I'm a chef and I was impressed by the flavours and the colour of the dishes. My sister-in-law thought the rosemary potatoes were the best ever (she's Irish so she knows her potatoes), and the mango Panna Cotta nearly made my mother-in-law weep with joy. They time the courses beautifully so we always had the chance to get stunning photos or eat something. The bus was immaculate and everything clean. Our staff were also incredible. Alex the chef was very kind, and I love kitchen chat, so we had a great time talking what it's like to cook on a moving bus. This was one of my favourite activities I've ever done in London! In fairness, the food was lovely but not perfect. For example, I prefer my salmon and lamb cooked a little bit less, but it's hard to put out one cook temp and have everyone think it's perfect. My family absolutely preferred the lamb at the doneness it was, so 2 out of 3 ain't bad. Would we do it again? Definitely! Will we rave about it? Absolutely! The only thing left now is to thank the servers, Felipe and Francisco, and get on Instagram to post the images.
A lovely experience - great food and service and lovely views. Gives a different perspective to familiar sights and a really relaxed meal.
Absolutely loved every moment. Went for my solo 30th birthday lunch. The atmosphere & staff were amazing.
We had a fantastic day today, delicious 4 course lunch of crab ravioli, salmon fillet, lamb rack and chocolate tart all beautifully presented in a relaxed environment.Happily accommodated dietary change for 1 guest with a tasty substitute. Portion sizes were substantial. Views along the way were spectacular. Friendly and professional staff. A must do for travellers and locals.
