It’s a wonderful day out on the river we went at the high tide so you can view more. Having booked with the operator we presented our phone with the bar code tickets on. Nice pleasant staff , We just about managed the round trip , but next time I will get to London earlier to give us more time. I’d certainly recommend the round trip tour.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Norman was absolutely brilliant! Such a lovely guy, helped us out with directions and made sure we knew where we was going. Super friendly and honestly had us laughing the whole time 😂 You can tell he really enjoys what he does, such a nice bloke and made our experience even better. Need more people like Norman about! Great tour seeing the classics of the London Countryside. Motor coach was very new and comfortable. Tour guide was very informative and helpful.

We had a fantastic experience using Uber Boat in London. It’s such a convenient and enjoyable way to travel around the city, with great views along the Thames. A special mention has to go to Dmytro, one of the crew members. He was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and went out of his way to answer our questions and make sure we knew where we were going. His excellent service really made the journey stand out. Highly recommend Uber Boat, and a big thank you to Dmytro for making our experience even better!

Great experience, went from North Greenwich to Putney return for a site seeing trip, no guide but the sights told their own story adequately. Very comfortable and very enjoyable would recommend, you see London from a different perspective from the Thames.

A great trip, the boat was comfortable and easy to access from Barking Pier. You are able to get off and on at many stops along the river without having to find bus or tube stations! It was fun watching the crew lasso the boat when docking too. The only thing that would have improved it would be a better map of the route with the sights on. There is one online, but its too simplified and not easy to see on the phone!

I took my elderly parents on the uber boat from Greenwich pier. We were 20 minutes early so Malkeet got them chairs. So kind. We were given time to get down the ramp ahead of the crowd. The staff were very friendly and checked up on us during the journey. We stayed on the boat for a round trip to Battersea and back. Had a coffee from the bar. Parents loved it. Great way to see London. Quiet during the week. No crowds.

We were staying in Greenwich and headed to Battersea Pier. This due to being a very hot day and rather than DLR and Tube we took the boat which takes around an hour to get from A to B. Plenty of sights to view like Tower Bridge/ Tower of London, London Bridge etc. Riverside pubs and good views of Embankment and the South Bank. A really smooth Journey and on the day we traveled still very warm on the boat but not claustrophobic, smooth and relaxing.

Absolutely unorganized chaos. Waited in line zig zagged and then got told to wait for the next boat 15 min later with a toddler in the baking sun. Abdi and lily onboard don’t know their bow from stern, disgusting attitudes from people in a service industry professional like uber. What a waste of time and money.

My wife is vulnerable, she had an offer from the The big red hop on and off bus to use a river boat, she showed this QR code to the staff, of which they allowed her on the Boat. Then she was approached by staff again saying it was the correct ticket and charged her £75 on the spot!! An absolute rip off, im fuming, the member of staff did not want to help and just fine! She would have paid the fair, she didn't realise it was the wrong boat, the staff could have stopped her feom boarding! But no, you fine her...disgraceful

They have a policy which deliberately makes it difficult for the aged to get concessionary fares,with only 2 London focussed bits.of id being acceptable. Though many of the staff are very polite and helpful, there is a small minority who are rude, ignorant of the service and unhelpful. The exhaust fumes can be very heavy, especially inside at the back, a Ch that the experience is ruined. It's not worth the money. Needs new management

Really good visit was 1 day best for transport across the river thames .

Last Sunday I bought an Uber ticket. I have an Oyster card and have been paying TFL every month for 12 years. I was stopped for a ticket inspection and the ticket inspector told me that my TFL Travelcard was not valid for the £16.40 fare. He asked me to pay £20 to continue my journey, otherwise he would have fined me £50. At the end of the journey, I was told that my Oyster card is not valid for the £16.50 fare. Can you explain why, as a TFL Oyster cardholder, I am not entitled to the £16.50 fare as offered on the Uber app?

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Such a unique way to experience London. Travelling along the Thames gives you a completely different perspective of the city, and the views are incredible from start to finish. The boats were clean, comfortable, and made getting around feel much more relaxing than taking the Tube. It was a lovely experience overall, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to combine sightseeing with transport. First time using Uber Boat! We met David Notarius at Westminster Pier and he was most helpful explaining to us where, when and how to board. He explained the route to us in detail, and that we could hop on and off at any stop we like. We'll definitely do this again next time we're in London, thank you David!

The boat staff were great but we waited over 2 hours to get on a boat with a round trip ticket, meaning to go anywhere… the old boats have carpet which makes the air inside the boat very very smelly and uncomfortable. It was fun but due to excessive wait times and smelly atmosphere, I won’t book again.

Beware! Can wait up to 40 minutes or more in line. Boats get crowded & they only let a few people on at a time. Is a pretty way to see London but a waste of time just standing in line. Staff is not informative or helpful.

Great way to see London from a different perspective. The Uber Boat was clean, comfortable, and ran on time, with fantastic views of the city’s landmarks along the Thames. A relaxing and convenient alternative to the Tube. Would definitely use it again!

Amazing trip really enjoyed my time on board one of the new hybrid vessels very clean and tidy and the crew was very professional. The mate on board Joe was very helpful with very good people skills really was the cherry on top of my journey would definitely recommend to others !!

I’ve always been a fan of the Uber Boats As the best way to travel in London, but as especially happy with them today, as my phone unfortunately fell out of my pocket while aboard, and I didn’t realise until just after I’d disembarked and the boat had left. The staff at Westminster pier were very helpful, and especially Parminder who helped me retrieve the phone when the boat came back on its return leg. Service on the boats is always great generally, but especially in this instance where they helped me at a stressful time and went the extra mile with customer service. Can definitely recommended the Uber boat for either commuters or tourists.

This tour was a challenge as we got kicked off several times and met several other passengers with small kids etc that also had the same experience. The signs are not clearly visual if you are travelling east vs west and not enough employees at each pier to manage the crowds.
