Emily was great and fun to hang out with. Very leisurely and able to pop into places at our choosing- would highly recommend.

Don was very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the first part of the tour more than Notting Hill. It gave me a good sense of the area which turns out I’ll be returning to later in my trip. Notting Hill was near to see and was glad I was there with a guide to point things out but I don’t know that I’d go out of my way to see it.

Maria was very flexible, since it just my wife and me. As we are in our 80’s, it was a bit of walking, but she accommodated our stops with a smile.

Maria Sol went over the top by getting us tickets to Westminster Abbey after I showed her that Viator noted that admission was included in the tour. The only backside is we really wanted to see Notting Hill. I think she should have asked us first and let us decided before getting the tickets because honestly, we would have stayed with the Notting Hill part of the tour. The cost of the tour wasn't cheap and knowing the cost of the Abbey. ticket, we should be given a credit.

Isabel’s energy and love for London made this tour unforgettable. She blended rich history with the buzz of SoHo, Chinatown, and Westminster, and the ride to Notting Hill felt seamless. Walking through Portobello Road, stopping for a proper tea and pastry, and spotting the famous Notting Hill film locations made the experience feel complete. Three hours flew by and every moment was on point.

A really impressive tour with our guide Lila. We finished the experience feeling energized and fully absorbed in the culture. The 3-hour walk was engaging from start to finish, never dragging for a moment. Highly recommended. Big thanks to her for her enthusiasm and her readiness to respond to every single question.

We had a wonderful tour with our guide Grace. She showed us the best shopping in Notting Hill and we took a walking tour of Trafalger Square. We even stopped for coffee and a snack at a cute bakery in Notting Hill! I highly recommend this tour with Grace.

Our Inexperienced tour guide was Leah. We walked through neighborhoods with barely any information from her. She was looking on her phone constantly…possibly for directions? Once we had passed a group of people, I asked ‘what’s that’ and she said oh that’s 10 Downing Sq. Tour was a waste of time & very expensive. Can’t recommend. Tour lasted 3 hrs - not 4

Disappointed because we had an inexperience tour guide. Only her second tour, first was with her manager. Also did not get the complimentary dessert and coffee as promised.

We did three tours in London and Micheal was definitely the best. He was very informative and helpful and told us a lot about London. He got in touch the day before to chage the time because of the weather. He tailored the tour to cover the entire family of six including the kids. Highly recommended.

Emily was wonderful! She was right on time, and, honestly It felt a lot like a good friend was showing me around her town. She was very knowledgeable and particularly helpful in planning the rest of my stay in London. I was able to get a high-level overview of some important sights and some in-depth exposure to more quaint and charming areas like Covent Garden and Notting Hill. She also taught me how to navigate the tube system :) Highly recommend for first-timers in London!
