Wonderful staff and superb menu made this a great experience. The sightseeing was secondary but there was a map you could follow on your own. The views of the city lit up at night were beautiful

Food was delicious, service was amazing. The chef even took time to speak to us and shared some cooking tips! An overall enjoyable experience.

I booked this London dinner tour as a special treat for my sister. UV and Olly were fantastic! They were very attentive and went over the top to make sure we had a wonderful experience. This is a unique way to see London at night and enjoy a six course gourmet meal.

Certainly a five star experience. The only thing I would recommend is that they have a live commentator to explain the locations and stops within London so you get real feel for what is going on. The app does not do justice to the Trip.

A truly unique experience with incredibly presented food, and all done while a double decker bus is driving past the most iconic and beautiful London sites. The solo service attendant was amazing, navigating the stairs on a moving bus with 6 meals in hand! There were about 16 guests at various tables and he managed our drinks and food so efficiently along with having lovely chats with us. The atmosphere was lovely and the music was fun. We made friends with everyone on the bus. The food was delicious and the drinks were perfectly paired. It was a really special way to spend an evening in London, and my fiancée was thrilled with this experience which was his birthday present. We highly recommend this to everyone. We are travellers on a UK trip from Australia.

A relaxing way to tour London. There is a website link that provides live audio during the tour. Special thanks to Chris going above and beyond to return my passport I left on the bus.

100% the best tour I’ve had in London! UV and the staff were incredible – the food was superb – Michelin level five star Quality that simply continued to come over and over again. From the starter to the desert, every dish was stellar. We got an option of vegetarian and regular between myself and my husband and it was the best choice ever because we both got to try different dishes and have the different experience. The views from the second floor of the bus were amazing and we got to watch the sunset as we went across the roads of London to see all the major sites from different angles at different times of the day! Everyone in our group of eight commented how wonderful this was and how original of an experience. If this is not already on your list, you should make sure it gets to your list! The service from UV was top-notch and if you’re going and plan to tip, bring cash because the electronic pay, my mother does not allow you to add a service charge and they earn every bit of it

An Unforgettable London Dining Experience We hosted visitors from overseas on the Bustronome dinner bus tour, and it was truly an amazing experience. Seeing London’s iconic sights from the elevated view of the bus added a unique and memorable perspective to the evening. The delicious, beautifully presented five-course meal, served with drinks, was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. The overall experience offered excellent value for money. We would definitely recommend Bustronome to anyone looking for something special and would happily do this again.

We loved this tour! Food was outstanding, and the wait staff was just as perfect. I was not sure what to expect but we very much enjoyed it and would do it again!

Didn’t really know what to expect booking a dinner on a bus, but this ended up being such a good experience. The food was actually way better than I thought it would be, properly good, not just “okay for a moving bus.” That alone surprised me. It also wasn’t too busy, which made a big difference. You could actually relax, enjoy the meal, and not feel crammed in or rushed. Service was spot on the whole time. Staff were attentive without being annoying, and everything just ran smoothly. The best part is obviously the route. You’re eating while going past all the main London attractions, which makes it feel a bit special rather than just another dinner out. Overall, really glad I booked it. If you’re on the fence, just do it.

There is no tour guide explaining what you see. A few warnings when approaching major attractions….Big Ben, Tge Tower of London, the bridges…etc.

A friend and I booked the evening dinner tour, primarily to view the London Christmas lights in comfort while enjoying a meal. The experience was fantastic and I would encourage anyone thinking of taking the tour to book. The food was exceptional, small portions but six of them, all cooked to perfection. By the time coffee was served, we were full to the brim. The chef was fabulous. The coach driver was extremely skilled driving through heavy London traffic, managing to avoid sharp stops or road pot holes. Journey was very smooth indeed and we saw many of the beautiful holiday Lights. The 2 servers were wonderful and a lot of fun. Very attentive but not overly intrusive. They made us feel like special guests. The atmosphere on the bus tour was fun and one of happy indulgence. In my opinion, this experience would suit anyone open to new experiences. We felt that although quite pricey, for a treat or special occasion, it was no more expensive than a good London restaurant meal. Would have preferred more heating as we felt it was a little chilly but otherwise Thoroughly recommend.

I was at Bustronome on December 8th, 2025, my birthday, and it was an incredible experience. A six-course dinner, the chef was Brazilian, the food was wonderful, the service was excellent, they were super attentive. A 10/10 for the whole experience! It was sensational.

The people were fantastic but the food was average with average heat. I know it is logistically difficult to pull off a dinner on a bus, I would say, simplify the menus.

This was perhaps the best dining experience I had while in London and was everything it described and more. The crew on board were amazing and conversed with everyone and made the experience incredible. The food was absolutely phenomenal and the views from the bus unbeatable with a great music selection playing in the background. Will definitely be doing this tour in other cities.

We had an amazing evening travelling round the sites at night. Food was delicious and the wine pairing was excellent. Francesco made the evening with his knowledge and recommendations.

The service and the food were amazing. Francisco did an outstanding job. Since it was a tour that stated there was an audio guide, that’s what we had expected. There was a website that was offered on a QR code that you had to open on your own device and it was just a map with dots of locations we would pass. So basically you eat a nice meal on a vehicle with a window top while driving around. No details and no audio tour. You could eat more comfortable in a nice restaurant. It also said there was air conditioned and it didn’t feel like it was on.

Wow, excellent! Great food, very reasonably priced beverages and most of all the staff were excpetional. Franesco and Junior looked after everyone and were excellent hosts. They even had to deal with a medical emergency on board, which they did like absolute professionals. I thoroughly recommend this trip to anyone.

Excellent dining experience! We enjoyed each course, and the wine was well paired. Good views of each site. Bring wireless ear buds. The “tour guide” is a recording at each landmark.

Judging by my fellow guests , if the singing and dancing are anything to go by they also had a grand time .First time visitors to the UK from Australia and Switzerland, they loved. Was a great evening to spend in London by eating and sightseeing the city. Very special thanks for Yuvi, he took care every single person on the bus, and had a little chat with everyone. To be honest his presence made this experience unforgettable.

It was an interesting experience. Positive: Most of the food was well cooked and delicious. The views were nice but limited since it was raining on the night we did the tour. The music was festive and the staff (Jackson and Mary) were lovely and very professional. Negatives: Our bus was 20 minutes late so we were left waiting in the rain. The tables were very cramped so if you're a heavy person, it gets tight and uncomfortable. There was no place to hang coats/bags so we had to accommodate them within the already limited space. For the sight seeing part, if you don't have earphones, you're doomed since there are no announcements on the bus. There is an app that you can scan which has a map that you can monitor but between the network issues and personal conversations, monitoring it is difficult and it wasn't always accurate. The commentary was brief and it does take you away from your conversation. Additionally, if you're not from London, you won't recognize the sights and will miss most things, as we did. Now the food, one person on our table got one of the main courses with a lot of sauce while the others didn't get any and were served dry dishes. Our rice was undercooked as well. Water was dropping on my brother's head from the side. He was sitting by the window. Lastly, and completely not their fault but there was a big group at the back who were very loud, making it difficult for everyone else on the bus to have a conversation. Maybe there should be a polite indication to people that they need to keep their volumes down, especially in an enclosed small space where there are other people trying to enjoy their anniversaries or birthdays. Overall, I think it is overpriced for the service they provide. We could have had a Michelin meal in an ambient setting in this price range.

What a fantastic experience. We went with elderly parents as their Christmas Present. Did a complete London Christmas Lights dinner tour. The team were absolutely fantastic and the food was amazing, beautiful gourmet food and all dietary requirements supported. PJ the waiter did an amazing job. Great drinks and coffee too. Worth every penny, especially for the memories. Thank you and well done.

Ryan and Jackson were awesome! If the window fogged over, they were there to help clear it. They cared about the temperature of the food and the presentation. The food was great considering you are on a moving kitchen. Expected less to be honest because I can't imagine how difficult it is to prepare food in such a manor. Sites were great. Had a lot of room and a fabulous time. Wine was good too. Highly suggest doing this!

This was definitely an over promise, under deliver type of experience for me. Here are the top 5 reasons you should not do it 1) the “tour” part is an audio recording that does not audibly tell you when you are close to something. You have to watch your phone for the blue dot (if you can even get it to work on your phone). Awful - missed almost everything 2) the food was not good. Tuna tartare was room temp and mushy. Steak was hard to cut and chew. 3) the bus steamed up inside so you couldn’t see out the windows or take good pics 4) even if you wiped down the windows, there was such a reflection (dark outside the bus and light inside) that all you could see in picture was what was inside the bus superimposed on any sights. I deleted all my pics 5) the wine pairing was delicious but the serving size was small (champagne was a third of a glass). Probably more cost effective to just pay for drinks a la carte The only good thing about this was the staff. They were great. Went above and beyond to make a terrible trip into a bearable trip

We were given this as a gift by friends and it was a brilliant evening. Everything was first rate - excellent food and drink, comfortable table, brilliant views from high up above the traffic and through the glass roof as well (this makes quite a difference as you go past tall sights), and flawless service from the waiter Alex. We were really surprised it wasn't full - if you are looking for a treat in London and a great way to enjoy the sights then we'd highly recommend this.

This was such an amazing experience, having a fantastic view of all the London sights while eating lovely food. Kerri and Abi did a fabulous job of serving and entertaining. Both really lovely people who went out of their way to provide a top class experience for everyone. Thoroughly recommended!

Before we went on this trip to the UK The Hubs was suggesting this Bustronome dinner tour. The kids said it was too expensive for their budget, my thoughts were “dinner on a bus; oh joy…but whatever, you do you.” And I must say, he was right - we were wrong!! The food was excellent, the portions ample, and our hosts Junior & Tarique were wonderful (even poured a bit extra champagne)! Plus, it was a great introduction to the sights of London for our visit that week 😊 Highly recommend!

The set up was great: great staff, ambiance, bus route and the food / drink selection. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining. The bus tour took us to the main spots in London, so we had the best vantage point to take great pictures. The glass roof top of the bus was brilliant for taking pictures - I was very surprised how good they turned out. The bus must have been very impressive from outside as well, as we noticed many tourists taking pictures of our bus. It was a great experience, and we'll do it again!

Great food! And great views! We did this trip after a 11 hour flight (and prob 2 hour nap). We wanted food and to see some sights but were exhausted. This tour was just what we needed. We ate, saw highlights of the city and relaxed! It was great! It gave us a good orientation to London!

Everything was amazing! Only thing would be to better announce when we are going by a scenic place. We only had to rely on the app. If they announced it we would understand more and be able to track where we are going as the app was unreliable.
