The meeting location is under construction and they do not provide clear instructions for how to work around that. I looked around the meeting point for over 20 minutes, since 9:45, and no tour guide was found. When I contacted customer support, they provided no useful help on how to connect with the tour guide or even if a tour was operating.
Ashley was awesome - knew his stuff. I had a tour the following day that addressed some of the same landmarks and didn’t go as in depth or “extra” facts as Ashley did. I’m super glad I got him as my guide and chose this tour first.
Very knowledgeable and nice! Will extremely recommend to go on tours 100% my tour guide knows his Harry Potter and London landmarks for sure
Great time in this amazing walking tour. Our guide Mat was really competent and ready to help us. I suggest you all to try this experience
Just me and my 10 yr old daughter turned up for our tour. Jess was friendly and knowledgeable and happy to answer our questions! It was great to learn more about London landmarks we usually walk past and take for granted. Thanks for a great afternoon!
Jess was an amazing tour guide with great notes of Harry Potter and the locations relating to the story! He even gave great history knowledge too! He was very personable and kind, absolutely great tour! Thank you, Jess!
Matt was knowledgeable, kind, and considerate of spoilers as not all our kids had finished all books. He had his work cut out for him leading us through incredible crowds in Trafalgar Square for West End Live but he was flexible and handled it all with aplomb and a sense of humor. We look forward to seeing his name on a theatre marquee on our next trip!
Unforgettable tour with good commentary and special tips. 😃 Jos was amazing. Also recommend for non-native English speakers.
Very interesting and pleasant tour. Was saw many Harry Potters movie spots, shops. The guide Lew was lovely and knowledgable!
Thanks to our guide Lew for the tour. It was amazing, he provides many anectodes on harry potter’s movie. It was really intersting. Very kind
Lewu was amazing, perfect guide going through the inspiration of the HP movie. Very nice thank you!!

Very friendly tour guide. Made everyone feel at ease. Perfect day to explore the city. Loved to hear about all the HP speculations.
Very friendly guide! Tons of information, with facts about London itself. Highly recommand if you're Harry Potter fans.
A very good experience. Thanks a lot!!! Guides are all interesting and kind. I recommend without any hesitation
Lou was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I had a great time exploring London with him. I absolutely recommend spending the day with Lou on his walking tours. It was a fun and eventful time!
We truly felt like we learned so much by booking this. Lou was honestly so great and so knowledgeable. Also, we found Paddington thanks to him! It truly felt like we were walking around London with a friend. Thanks Lou!
Lou was a great guide for our tour. He was funny and engaged the kids really well. The tour was full of interesting places and facts for the Harry Potter fan and about the city in general!
How every location brought me back to how I felt watching the movies for the first time. It was awesome.
Great tour with Lee. Very knowledgeable, friendly. A fantastic array of history across several great London neighborhoods.
The app was so easy to use and we loved the flexibility of the joining points. Such a great way to see London up close and personal. Our guide, Lew, was friendly, fun and full of local knowledge. He really did make our day special. We wanted to take him home. The handy veluba shuttle was easy to find and helped break up the gaps between our walks.
Great experience all round. App easy to download, super straight forward to find the guide. Our guide, Hannah, explained everything so well, thank you Hannah! We did West End & Royalty on our first day at 11am, and hopped off at Buckingham Palace to watch the changing of the guard! Cool way to see what you want to see then join back up where you left off. Self-guided tours was such a bonus too, walked around London for hours!
What an incredible way to explore the history that London has to offer! I did the West End and Royalty tour with Vox City’s tour guide, Lew. He did a spectacular job of painting the picture of London in its most historical times whilst making you feel comfortable with asking questions and hopping in and out of the tour! The tour itself surprised me with quirky and intriguing facts that left me wanting to do all the tours on Vox City’s menu. I will definitely be back for more adventures!!
Loved our day out in the city yesterday being led by the wonderful Hannah from Vox City for our Wizard Walk. So many cool spots from the Harry Potter movies covered and unknown facts learnt along the way. Fave part defs walking down the inspiration for Diagon Alley… and all finished off with a pint & live music afterwards. Couldn’t have asked for a better day - thanks to Han and the team we will be back soon to see everything else the app has to offer!! ⚡️
Magical time walking through the city with Hannah as our guide for the Wizard Walk. I've been living in London for a couple of years but had no idea about the locations related to Harry Potter that we visited. Hannah showed us some amazing hidden gems (plus great photo spots) and kept us well informed about various film locations and book trivia. The tour itself was pretty flexible – you could leave and join the group with use of the app – and there were opportunities to grab a drink or visit the gift shop en route. Would strongly recommend for a fun outdoor activity :-)
Fantastic time on the Wizard Walk with Hannah as our friendly and knowledgeable guide! Learnt so much even though I'm a true Harry Potter fan, and we saw loads of filming locations which were great for photo opportunities! Nice that the tour is set up as a hop-on, hop-off so you can come and go as you please. But, of course, we stayed for the whole time! Would highly recommend! Thank you Hannah!
Such a great way to spend some time in central London. Our tour guide, Hannah was so friendly and informative. I thought I knew Harry Potter but how wrong was i?! So many interesting facts, it left me very excited to watch Harry Potter...again. The hop-on hop-off feature was great - we jumped off at one of the points to spend some time browsing the Harry Potter shop and joined back on not long after, wands in hand. Really easy to use the app and to find the guide, and we're definitely going to try the "London by Night" tour next.
Simply fantastic. This new concept of hopping on and off on walking tours allowed us to visit London and to adapt to the needs of our kids (aged 4 and 6). With walking tours we made in the past, we always had to leave at some point before concluding the tour. But with this model we were able to make two breaks and rejoin the tour. Even the kids enjoyed it. We definitely will repeat this experience in other cities. We highly recommend!!
Me and my family spent few days visiting UK and it was great. After enjoying this tour in Liverpool we decided to have it also in London and it was a great experience, I recommend it, is a very nice idea of a new walking tour.
Great tour and great guides. The app worked well and the self-guided tour options are very interesting. The hop-on hop-off approach is very interesting despite we didn't really hop off from guided tours.
Highly recommended experience! I really liked the freedom to join the tour at different points. You just need to sign in for the tour and the guide will be waiting for you at the next meeting point (you can track it as well on the app). A special thanks to Brianna who has been very friendly, patient and knowledgeable guide...I was really impressed!! The map on the app is as well a bonus, since you can use it to explore London also when the tour is over.
What a great concept, I purchased a 24 hour pass, arrived to London and opened the mobile phone app to see where the different guides were walking. chose the route and the app navigated me to the closest joining point. Guides were local, knowledgeable and fun. After a while we chose to hop off this circular tour for a lunch break and continued when the next guide arrived. We also did the evening tour and enjoyed that a lot. During 24 hours you can hop on and off the tours as you wish and with the mobile app at hand you always find the guides and other routes!
Loved the tours, great guide on both routes, the option to hop off the tour is a great one (although we didnt) and the Thames cruise was lovely. Plus you get a really great app to help you get around London as well.
Great tour, loved being able to use my phone afterwards to navigate my way round the city. Guides were very entertaining, would recommend.
My partner and I did this tour over the bank holiday weekend and we loved it! The app was so useful, we actually ended up using it to get directions to pretty much everywhere. Our tour guide Ben was also fantastic, I couldn't rate him highly enough in fact. Great tour
We booked this tour online. Very easy to navigate on the website. We met our guide at Trafalgar Square, Danielle who was absolutely amazing. We had the best day and learnt so much more than doing a self tour. We were sure Danielle had swolled an encyclopedia 🤣. I could not recommend this company enough and Danielle was so friendly, happy and a delight to spend the day with. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend this tour.
I really felt like I was experiencing London like a local. The guide was really friendly and had a good sense of humour. The best bit was being able to jump on and off the tour whenever I liked :) Very nice experience. Recommend!
Excellent guide! Very friendly! We loved this Harry Potter adventure. We recommend!
