Itinerary
Panoramic Tour Your tour of London begins with a journey through London with your expert tour guide onboard one of our luxury coaches with free Wi-Fi and USB charging. As you make your way through the city, your guide will impart exciting stories and interesting facts about London's long history. Along the way, you will see all of London's most iconic landmarks, including the Albert Memorial, Westminster Abbey, the iconic Elizabeth Tower, also known as 'Big Ben', and much, much more!
At one of our first stops, Buckingham Palace, we will watch a traditional ceremony that is the epitome of British pomp and pageantry. During the ceremony, guards from the New Guard of the Household Division arrive to assume responsibility for protecting Buckingham Palace. Accompanied by a regimental marching band, these soldiers are instantly recognizable in their bearskin caps and scarlet tunics. Don't let the bearskin hats fool you - these soldiers are elite soldiers from the British military!
St Paul's Cathedral is an iconic symbol of London. One of the largest churches in the world, its dome is an incredible 366ft high and was the tallest building in London until the 1960s. Explore the history of the Cathedral on a guided walking tour, and hear how Sir Christopher Wren's masterpiece took 35 years to complete.
Almost a thousand years of history are waiting for us at our next stop, the formidable Tower of London. The long and bloody history of 'The Tower' is steeped in myth and legend. Built by William the Conqueror in 1066, this historic fortress in the middle of London is a notorious prison and execution site.
Thames River Cruise At the end of our tour, head down to Tower Pier and hop on the next available boat for a scenic cruise down the River Thames. Enjoy a unique view of the beautiful London waterfront as you head to Westminster Pier next to the iconic Houses of Parliament. (open date ticket)
tanding 135 metres (443 ft) tall, London Eye is Europe's tallest Ferris wheel and one of the most iconic London landmarks. Enjoy spectacular panoramic views of London and some of the city's other famous landmarks, including 'Big Ben' and the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace and St Paul's Cathedral.

We had an excellent day from beginning to end. Sheila, our guide was amazing. She was entertaining and extremely knowledgeable which made for a great day for all on the tour. As we did the tour in November, our daylight hours were quite short, but Sheila helped us to make the most of each hour. It was a big day, but we really enjoyed it.
The tour was wonderful. David was amazing and a wealth of knowledge. We had a great time and learned a lot about the city.
We booked this trip as a large group however my tour was booked with a different tour operator. We showed up at the pick up point to realize this because the confirmation did not mention any information about the tour operator. They refused to refund the money even through we booked through Viator, passing the buck on the tour operator I have no interaction with.
Because we had a number of nationalities on the tour we unfortunately spent a lot of time listening to explanations in a different language other than English which detracted from the experience. In fact when walking between sites the tour guide spoke mainly in a foreign language other than English to a small group for long periods. The snail pace the elderly guide walked in the rain was slower than our 3 yr old granddaughter walks and was frustrating to say the least. We have completed a number of tours through Viator and found them all to be excellent value so this tour was disappointing indeed.
David was the consummate guide... Extremely knowledgable and a great sense of humor. Sorin, our driver, was very capable and super friendly.
Tour was just ok. Guide and bus driver however were EXCELLENT. The issue with tour was Saint Paul’s Cathedral was closed for private function and after going to Tower of London went to due cruise at 4;15 for the 4:30 cruise guide said was next cruise found out next cruise wasn’t until 5:15 due to high tide. This was not mentioned before buying ticket and paying for cruise and now unable to use due to different plans next day. So paid for cruise that was not useable.
Good Tour. Guide made a good effort but it is impossible to really appreciate London in just one day 😎
Norma is brilliant! We had a great day and made it to all the stops even with bad traffic. Great itinerary and very educational.
The river cruise was closed due to “operational issues.” The tour guide was unable to remedy the situation. When reaching out to Viator, I met a “dead end” as well. I’d have liked a partial refund, as this was an integral part of the tour. Buyer beware!
It was a long day but we did it all! This was my 3rd time in London yet I learned SO much! Our guide Sandra was incredibly knowledgeable on the history of the city with interesting facts we had never heard of. Bus was comfortable and it was nice having a few stops along the way. My husband’s first time here. Now he Knows London! Highly recommend!
My your lady is amazing. She took good care of my whole family. Not only was she very knowledgeable she gave excellent tour. She is an asset to your company and should be recognized. Thank you for giving me a wonderful tour guide.
See a lot of London on this great tour. We only had a short time in London and this tour was perfect to get to see the highlights.
David was a sharp and very interesting tour guide. Very knowledgeable and gave clear instructions. Chris was a great driver who was always there when and where he was supposed to do.
Was told there if there was no changing of the guard they would but something else in and they did not - Pressured to tip the driver - Rushed in the afternoon - Tames cruise was full for the day and could not use that ticket
Chris our driver was very nice and even stoped at a bus stop for pictures of Big Ben. David was very polite and informative about the sites we visited.
Great experience with Guide David, driver Chris. David was funny, highly professional and informative. Enjoyed the day trip.
My experience was lovely. They day was great, super Nice they hole experience. Dispite we hace some issues to get to allá the places on time, they make sure the group have a nice times.
Guide David and driver Chris were excellent and so patient ! We really learned so much about London and its rich history in one day!
Excellent experience, both David and Chris were impecable. David has a lot of knowledge, and is Also very kind and patience.
Guide was very experienced and informative, and she worked well with the driver (who was also very good). Good balance of driving and walking/free time.
David was great and taught us a lot about the history of the buildings we saw. Fantastic tour. Ours finished with tea at the Rubens. Really good.
David our guide for the London Evan Evan’s tour did a great job of showing us the London highlights. He’s personable, knowledgeable and answered all of our many questions. We loved the afternoon tea at Westminster Abbey.😋 This was an a great way to kick off our first trip to London.
Our tour guide David and bus driver Mark were great! Saw a lot of London in a short time. I totally recommend this tour
Didn't get to see a change in the regards at Buckingham Palace was disappointing 1666 in a bacon shop by London Bridge
London, 24th September 2026 To whom it may concern, I, Mrs. María Cristina Navarro from Mexico, would like to express my sincere gratitude and highest commendation to Mr. David, who was our tour guide here in London. Mr. David is an exceptional guide. He was very attentive, polite, and professional at all times. He explained the entire history of Buckingham Palace in a very clear and engaging way, using his own drawings, posters, and flags, which made the tour very educational and unforgettable. I would also like to extend my congratulations to the driver for his excellent service and kindness. It was a first-class service. 100% Recommended! Sincerely, Mrs. María Cristina Navarro
David was such an AMAZING guide! So knowledgeable, and seasoned as an individual. He was also very kind and let us hop on even though our train was very late. We had such a good time. Couldn’t recommend more! Thanks again ya’ll! - Kylie & Damian (Nashville, TN, USA)
David is an absolute gem and a wealth of knowledge! So thankful for him taking us around town
David was an excellent guide. He looked out for the people in the tour and gave good advice on where to go at end of tour. His talks were very informative. We enjoyed the tour very much.
This was a fun, comprehensive tour. David was a knowledgeable, interesting guide and Sam was a fun, unflappable bus driver.
Really good tour for a first time in London. The tour guide, David, was extremely knowledgeable about every little thing. The bus driver, Adrian, was also very accommodating and kind. We had an elderly lady in the group who had a wheelchair and Adrian took care of it well and suggested when there would be lots of walking and recommended using the wheelchair which we appreciated. They took us to a good spot to see the Changing of the Guards at Buckingham Palace.
Tour was amazing. Our guide David was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The tour was well worth the experience. You definitely get to see all of the hot spots in one day. You don’t get admission into some of the hot spots but get photo ops whether walking or on the bus.
David was absolutely amazing best tour guide
If you are taking the City Cruise ferry on the river to get to the London Eye, it will take you more than two hours. We had tickets for the London Eye and missed getting on due to not being informed by our tour guide as to how long it takes to get over 100 passengers on and off the ferry.
I was left behind at one stop. Not only was I not able to finish the tour but No attempt to contact me or return my property on board including my passport. When Viator tried to contact them.. NO ANSWER!! Avoid this horrible and incompetent company!!
Excellent way to see London sites. David was an excellent tour guide. Very informative and fun. We saw so many sites that would be difficult to achieve in a day on our own. At the end of the bus tour, we took the included boat tour and then rode the London eye which was spectacular! Highly recommend this tour.
David the Tour Guide was so knowledgeable and very attentive to the tour group. Highly recommend taking his tour.
David was very informative and did an excellent job!
Wish the the taxi got there. The confusion made us late. The support person was not understandable or helpful. .
a good overview if it’s a first trip to London but only if the weather is favorable as seeing the points of interest through a misty window defeats the purpose.
Our guide was Sandra and it was obvious she enjoys her job. She was knowledgeable and her humor was wonderful. This was my first time to the UK and I learned a lot from Sandra.
Great tour. Would avoid the tour guide Ursula. She was incredibly judgemental with snide remarks throughout. Difficult to engage with. Probably time to retire.
David was the most educated and knowledgeable tour guide we’ve ever encountered. He not only knew the history of London and the individual sites we saw but he speaks 7 languages. He was also genuinely helpful, at one of our stops a women not on the tour looked lost and spoke Spanish. David immediately began speaking to her in Spanish and helped her find her way. Michelangelo our driver was amazing navigating the narrow streets smoothly and expertly.
It was lovely! Our guide David and our driver Michelangelo were both great.
Great tour, booked last minute this week, really glad we did. Have previously done hop on hop off bus tour but this tour provides David's experience and knowledge. This was particularly evident with changing of the guards regarding where he took us to get a good view point for photos as he knew where they come from and where they head back. We were then able to see up close without waiting for hours to queue up. Worth every cent especially when your time visiting London is limited.
David was a delight. Affable and knowledgeable, kept the tour interesting and engaging. Michealango is an excellent driver and helped me when I thought I lost my phone. This was a wonderfulexperience
David was an amazing tour guide. Knowledgeable, friendly, charming, and a great communicator. Michaelangelo was a very smooth and gallant driver.
David and michael angelo are fantastic! ❤️
David and Michelangelo were great guides/drivers. Highly recommend for quick snapshots of London before you explore on your own.
David the guide and Michelangelo our driver did a great job showing us around the city of London and surrounding areas.
