I recently collaborated with Uber Boat by Thames Clippers, and the experience was fantastic. The Hop-on, Hop-off ticket is brilliant and highly recommended, whether you are visiting London or living here. It gave me the ultimate flexibility—it’s perfect if you need to work remotely with a view, or if you simply want to cruise down the river and sightsee. The boat provided a great backdrop for a photo shoot, offering stunning angles of the city's iconic landmarks. The service was smooth and efficient from start to finish. I thoroughly enjoyed my time on board and look forward to the next time!
A beautiful and relaxing way to see London. We took the Uber Boat by Thames Clippers from Chelsea Harbour to Tower Pier, and it was such a peaceful journey along the Thames. Watching the city unfold from the water was truly special, with lovely views of the London Eye, bridges, and historic riverside buildings. A comfortable ride and a memorable way to experience London’s charm. One of the most magical ways to experience the city🤍
A truly amazing experience , I loved seeing all the sights and truly immersing myself .I went along with my mum and sister and we all equally enjoyed it as it was nice to see what we have never seen before , even though we have lived here our entire life ! Truly recommend .
Yesterday, my kids and I enjoyed the Uber Boat London tour for the first time. After 17 years in London, it was an amazing experience!
Amazing views and very practical, highly recommended
David Notarius was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. He greeted us both with a smile and explained everything to our satisfaction. A great ambassador for your company. The only issue was the waiting time of 25min for the next boat.
I had an amazing experience with Uber Boat Thames Clippers in London! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The boat was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. The staff were friendly and professional, making the journey relaxing and really enjoyable. Seeing London from the River Thames was beautiful and gives you a completely different perspective of the city. The service is punctual, easy to use, and a perfect way to travel while enjoying the views. I would definitely recommend Uber Boat Thames Clippers to anyone visiting or living in London. It’s a fantastic experience and a great alternative to traditional transport!
Legend Norman helped us out- he's amazing and helpful. He was very nice and made the experience so easy and enjoyable and I would do it again any day for the rest of my life.
Fabulous trip. A special thank you to Don for assisting us with our ticket purchase Thank you for your kindness and patience
Don the supervisor was really helpful making sure we had the right ticket and refunding us. Great service thanks- saved us a good few quid so thanks
It's made very clear from the start that these boats are not sightseeing tours and they run as hop on hop off boats between Putney and Barking. That was fine for us. I booked online. When we got to the ticket booth they asked where we were going and we were directed down the ramp for the next boat. We were going to Woolwich, but when we got on the boat it was only going to North Greenwich, so we had a stopover of 1/2 hour. The toilet wasn't working on the boat, so after an hour (plus the journey there) we were ready for a toilet. Getting off at North Greenwich I asked one of the staff where the nearest toilets were, and she didn't know (or care!). She vaguely mentioned a shopping mall about 10 mins away - not very helpful to a tourist. We wandered around and eventually found something after asking various people. Back on the boat we got off at Greenwich. As we arrived back at the ramp a boat was just coming in. The girl at the top waved us down and radioed to say we were coming. We went as fast as we could and got down to the man at the bottom just as they decided to pull up the boat ramp. He indicated we were there but the girl gave a shrug and the boat set off without us. He even whistled up to the pilot to indicate us, but it made no difference. We had a half hour wait and there were no seats at the ramp. Generally we felt that the staff were more mindful of times and running to a timetable than customer service. the attitude was unhelpful and everything felt rushed. It was a good way to see places we would otherwise not have gone. We sat out in the back. Seating wasn't particularly comfortable but we got good views and it was covered. We could have sat indoors and seen less.
We were served and advised by Norman who was very helpful and good fun too. The trip itself was trouble free and, at £50 for a family day ticket hop on hop off was sad good a deal as other public transport, faster and more fun.
Norman is very friendly and helpful. We’ve really enjoyed our day on the Thames! Hop on, hop off - this is a great way to get around the city.
The hop on day pass is far too expensive. For a start last year you could get a welcome discount by showing your Senior Citizen local bus pass. So I ordered this online but was net with the news, ah, they changed that ruling just November and only a London pass will do. They demanded I pay a surcharge- £14.75 worth! Then the frequency of the boats was very disappointing. I saw my first boat pull away, which meant a 25 minute wait. On my return journey a small boat with only indoor seating arrived. They had only space for 3 passengers they announced, there were 4 of us waiting, and I was left behind. Another 25 minute wait. For the huge outlay £27, I didn't think it was value for money at all. With the huge gaps between services I had to completely reorder my plans and in the end due to time constraints paid a huge amount of money for a return trip to Canary Wharf from Westminster. I was not impressed
Bad queueing and a waste of money for the hop on and off. Would wait for long period of time to go short distances…………………..
Always great for a day out in London Decent price tickets Regular boats Clean boat and loos Love sailing down the river under all the bridges and seeing the sights
A Fantastic Way to Travel Through London! 🚤🌉 I recently used the Uber Thames Clipper Boats with my wife for a weekend Anniversary trip to London, and I was genuinely impressed! It was such a relaxing and scenic way to travel through the heart of London. The boats were clean, spacious, and ran right on time — a refreshing change from the usual hustle and bustle of the Underground. The staff were friendly and helpful, and boarding was smooth and well-organised. I loved being able to enjoy iconic views of landmarks like Tower Bridge, the Shard, and the London Eye from the water — it made even a regular journey feel like a mini sightseeing tour. Booking through the Uber app was quick and easy, and the pricing felt very reasonable considering the comfort and experience. I’ll definitely be using the Thames Clippers again — it’s now my favorite way to get around London! Highly recommended for both locals and tourists! 🌟
Exceptional!!! We needed assistance with booking tickets online, while being assisted with loads of patience and lots of laughs we had a medical emergency… Malkedt was of great help, called emergency services, answered all the questions until everyone was comfortable that all was ok and no further assistance was needed… When we returned to proceed with our excursions the next day he remembered us & immediately asked about the welfare of my Mom after the previous day’s incident. A true gem with a heart of gold! The hop on hop off option on the water uber worked great for us and is highly recommended for anyone with limited time in London to see as much as possible! Liana - visiting from South Africa
Love travelling by Uber Boat whenever its convenient. A bit pricey now but more frequent services out to Putney since Uber took over and it's a wonderful way to show visitors London. Staff are generally excellent. It would be nice if the windows could be cleaned more frequently and how about some announcements using the screens or even leaflets showing the major points of interest on either bank
Norman is a mad lad. Great guy. For real. One hundred characters kinda crazy. Maybe make it a bit less next time but that’s just my opinion.
Boats always full and delayed. Timetable said boats every 15 to 25 minutes but we had to wait for more than one hour instead
Norman was very helpful. Loved the uber boat service from Masthouse to Westminster. Enjoyed the available snack in the station too. Highly recommend for anyone visiting london and Londoners like me
I went in the boat with my autistic son and the member of staff called Yusuf was amazing. He spotted that my son had special needs before I mentioned it. He gave us a priority ticket so that he wouldn't have to wait too long and he personally escorted us to the front of the queue. Yusef made our experience so much better and is a really assertive to the team. We got on the boat at London bridge and got off at greenwich
This is a great way to see the London ghames ,travelling along the historical river there is so much to see ,and hop on or off when uou want to is the best way to enjoy it all ..the boats are very well serviced with excellent staff to help with any question you may have ..we really enjoy this service along the Thames and would recommended it to everyone ..
The overall experience was good, the crew were courteous and helpful, the bar staff as well, no issues with boarding or disembarking, and the trip was very enjoyable, with wonderful views. The best way to see the River. BUT BEWARE - the word 'Concessions' does not have its usual meaning here. You need to have a London postcode or Oyster Freedom Pass (only available to London residents). People of 60 and over from other parts of the UK - you will pay full fare!!! I feel this needs to be made MUCH MORE APPARENT on the booking details.
Norman was funny and smiley... he made our trip so memorable. Thanks Norman you deserve a pay rise and some chocolate! We hope that you have a good summer and no grumpy customers!
Great service, Ramita helped us organise our trip. She recommended the route to suit our day in London. We managed to have a brilliant time sight seeing with the family.
Norman is a legend. Give him a raise. Kept us updated and very cheery. Highly recommend. Just a shame it was 8 mins late. Next time
Norman was so kind and helpful ! ⭐️⭐️ Informative and so cheerful even on a freezing cold rainy day ! A true hero and positive person!
Norman was very helpful and full of Christmas cheer! Brightened our day! The boats were quite regular and it was a stress free way to get to Battersea.
Norman is amazing and polite professional, amazing boat experience , the world is a better place coz of Norman , wish more like him
Norman at the North Greenwich pier is a delight. Uber may not be the fastest journey but it's definitely the best. With toilets, cafe and amazing views I highly recommend.it.
Norman at Green Pierre was very helpful, and delightful to talk to. He totally deserves a raise. His team were very helpful too, when we asked for the type of tickets to purchase.
Norman was very helpful And a friendly guy, opened the family room ambition was cold for my daughter.................
Was really impressed. Had hop on/hop off tickets so used to travel back forth between Westminster and Tower Bridge etc. Really easy to board, very fast stops and great views. Plenty of seats on each boat although they are different designs
Norman just so gratefully he let us in before he starts work amazing guy helpfully I enjoy talking to him so nice amazing guy give him a promotion
Great service, Norman was very friendly and courteous. An asset for London's transport and highly atmospheric on a winter evening.

My second time taking the Uber boat here in London. Really like the concept. Great Ride - Norman is fun and made the waiting time a blast! For 9 Pointe, great value :)

We were welcomed by Manuel on the docks near tower bridge. He was very friendly, and very helpful. He helped us find our way and even offered to throw our coffee cups away for us. Excellent service. Thank you!
The views were amazing. We took so much photos and we had so much fun and everything was great. I will repeat it again so far.
It was very good but the boat is noisy. The view of the London bridge is beautiful because we can't see that on another place
Norman was the best. Helped us to get on the boat and provided all the necessary instructions about Uber boat. Would definitely come again.
Norman was super nice and helpful! The boat was fast and easy to navigate! I would definitely use this as my way of transportation!
