A 30-minute time window will be given to the client for the pick-up. Passengers need to be checked out and waiting by the concierge desk in their hotel lobby at the beginning of their pickup window. Please be aware that your driver will wait for 5 minutes before departing, at this point the transfer will be declared a no show. When picking up from private addresses your driver will ring the buzzer or a contact number whichever is required.
Duration: 2 hoursWhen making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details (flight number and flight departure time) and your London City accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 48 hours prior to your transfer, you will be required to reconfirm exact pick-up times and places through our reconfirmation webportal (provided on ticket). It's that easy!

Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap Specialized infant seats are available Suitable for all physical fitness levels The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. Children: All infants & children are charged as full fare paying passengers. Should infants/children require a special car seat, this is payable direct to driver at an additional GBP10 per journey and must be requested in advance. Please note that the above may not be available in all areas at all times. Should a car seat not be available on the date of service, infants can still travel as per UK laws. Luggage Restrictions: Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs (excluding foldable) & golf bags are not permitted under any circumstances. Likewise, any excessive luggage requirements of more than airline standard of 1 suitcase and one carry on per passenger should be checked with Airport Transfers at time of booking. We arranged this option stood outside the hotel from 6.15 to 6.50 for a 6.30 pick up. No one showed . When we rang them we were told they had come and had rung us . Not only did they never show up they never rang us. We had two cabbies speak to them on the phone to support us yet we have been told no refund let alone any compensation to pay the £100 pound cab fee. Not happy that this occurred even more annoyed that you didn’t believe us !!!! Will Never use Viator again. ( not that they will probably care )

Jun 24, 2026, 11:24:13 AM Shuttle driver had some issues picking us up, but really no fault of her own. The street in front of our hotel was not accessible due to road work. She gave us directions to bring our luggage to another street for pick up relatively close by.
Once we solved that, she got us to our destination in plenty of time for our flight.
Very friendly and gave us lots of information about London.

Driver arrived early holding a clear iPad sign with my name on it. The company sent reminder texts. With a prepaid voucher, there were no payment issues. He made me comfortable and safe. We arrived in plenty of time, no rushing. So glad to have found such a reliable company I will use on the next trip.

The driver was friendly and pleasant and arrived on time to pick us up at the hotel. So we arrived at the airport with plenty f time to spare.
I called the day before to confirm and was told the driver would be there at 6:45. I got a call at 5 AM the next morning saying I needed to be outside by 6. When I told them that was too short of notice, the guy on the phone got an attitude. When the driver showed up, she nonstop complained and her driving was horrendous. She slammed on the breaks every few seconds and I felt sick by the time I got to the airport.

Aug 31, 2022, 11:08:14 AM While the overall drive and driver was fine, I don’t appreciate when I receive a message to say that the driver would be at the hotel to pick me up at 8:15AM, to have to call to be told that there is a 30 minute grace period for which the driver could be there. When my flight is at 12:05 PM, I would appreciate to be at the hotel by 9 AM as I was flying internationally but ended up there at 930am.
Don’t send a message different from what your dispatcher says when you call. And the driver was actually at the hotel at 9 AM which is 45 minutes after I was told I would to be picked up.
Overall, the app is good and I appreciated paying in CDN$ as well to avoid the exchange.
Messages back and forth were replied to promptly as well.
