London Heathrow Airport Arrival To Hotel/accommodation

Booked an airport transfer for my family. We paid and reserved a child car seat in advance which costs 31.50euro extra. On the day we landed our driver wasn't even at the arrival hall to greet us. We had to call their office to see ask what's going on. Driver then came 15-20 minutes late. When we walked to his van he didn't even have the child car seat we reserved so we had to have our 2 year old toddler sit on our lap for 50mins to our hotel, which is completely unsafe. They did apologize and refunded for the car seat. I would not recommend this service as their operation is unorganized with poor communication.

No communication between Viator the driver and the client. Thank goodness I had managed to get a number for the transportation company because the driver was prepared to leave rather than wait for my delayed flight.

Driver Mario was great! Mer us with our name on an ipad. Helped with our bags. Flight was in over an hour early and he was there waiting for is. Great experience.

No one was there to meet us. Then we had to call. Then someone showed up 30 mins later who wasn't the driver like a coordinator of some sort. He was very nice but that was only positive. Then he took us to the uber line and we waited for another minimum 20 mins for a rode that he found. And the car was tiny and dirty and not why we pay for private transport when abroad. We pay for it to have someone there right as we exit and normally private transport ensures a nice bigger clean ride. None of above was the case.

My driver was waiting for me, very professional appearance, car was clean. He provided useful information for me on the way to the hotel. Would use him again.

Driver was not waiting in noted area upon arrival, however after a quick call to the company, it was noted he was on site and just a few minutes later he appeared and made the trip to the hotel very engaging and friendly. There was a walk to the parking garage but driver managed the luggage. Grateful for the pleasant experience after a long flight!

Got an email asking for an additional money and to follow link to pay. Decided to cancel. Don’t trust the link. Only want to deal with viator. They could have estimated that upon booking.

Perfect transfer. Fernando was waiting outside the international luggage collection in the lobby at the pickup point listed. He had our name on his phone. He is a great, safe driver and brought a vehicle that was big enough for us and our luggage. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Pretty much seamless from the start, only issue was the first driver was very rude and obnoxious but our guide expeditiously found another driver that could accommodate our luggage needs and it was seamless from that point.

Driver was timely and very helpful. Also very knowledgeable about traffic patterns in less popular area.

Fast trip from airport to hotel. Wasn’t sire ye where driver was waiting but found him. Glad didn’t have to figure out where to go for train bus etc when arriving at 6am.

Our driver Charles was very polite and communicated well with us about pickup time and location. Very nice shuttle with lots of space for luggage for the 9 of us.

Driver was not at all friendly. He gave no interaction with us beyond grabbing our bags and putting them in the car.

I don’t have anything negative to say about this transfer. However, I would like to point out a few things that could’ve been better. My driver was not holding a sign with my name at the meeting point. You see many drivers at the meeting pointing holding signs for their guests. Not only holding a sign with your name will make you feel special, but safe. We were contacted via WhatsApp, and it took us some time to find our driver. The driver approached to us, grabbed our luggage, and that was it. In addition, please close attention “potential future travelers”—if your hotel is out side London city center, you will be charge around 30 USD extra after you pay for this transfer. Last but not least, we were dropped off not in the lobby, the driver dropped us up at the cafe of the property which is in the back of the hotel. We walked to get to the hotel lobby.

We had a delay in our trip and splurged on this transfer. We are so glad we did. We were able to get to London faster and begin our holiday. Communication was fantastic and pick up instructions were clear and easy to find!

The driver was absolutely wonderful—nice, courteous, and right on time. We actually arrived a little earlier than expected, but he was very patient and waited for us. We were ready to go within about ten minutes, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended! Excellent service, professional, punctual, and very accommodating. 👍

I highly recommend this transport service. They contacted me a couple days prior to confirm time, place, driver and license plate number. The driver was on time and courteous; the van was clean and spacious. Perfect!

Driver was available promptly (maybe 10 minutes after arrival). He was cheerful and a fine driver in traffic. He wasn't gabby , which we appreciated after our long flight. Helped with bags. Much better than public transportation tho somewhat more costly.

You need to make sure that all understand where the pick up point is. There was a misunderstanding between service and company on where we should wait for the driver. This caused us to stand around an extra half hour. Don't expect a uniformed driver, there doesn't seem to be a dress code.

The driver, Mr Mohammad Saleem was the BEST! On time, patient as there were 8 persons in our group with luggage from a completed cruise. He was helpful with information as well. Would book him anytime, HIGHLY recommend that you request him!

Be prepared to wait for the driver as we were waiting in the meeting area for good 10-15mins till she showed up. Which is why I gave it a 4 star vs 5 star. Driver should have already been inside waiting for us. With that said, I would still book this again.

Quick pickup and stress free travel to hotel. Our driver was polite and very efficient in navigating London traffic.

We had a very good experience. The driver was waiting right near the doorway and escorted us a short walk to his small van and helped with our luggage. We got from Heathrow to London in about 80 minutes and he dropped us right in front of our hotel. We would use again if we ever come back to London

Our flight was 2 hours late and the aviator driver was still waiting for us. So grateful. Definitely would use Viator again.

The trip was exceptional. After a long tiring flight from the states to the UK, we were greeted by our bright cheerful driver who had to wait for a long while due to our flight being delayed.

My driver was excellent. Right there when I walk out of the gate. Very pleasant n he was very helpful to answer my questions. Ride was very pleasant.

Driver was over an hour late and went to the wrong terminal. We thought we were getting a nicer vehicle too.

My ride was clearly marked with my name spelled correctly while waiting at the terminal entrance for me. My driver, Daniel, conversed with me in a friendly cordial manner keeping my mind at ease while he drove and manoeuvred the busy London city traffic all the while getting me to my hotel destination safely.

This was a last minute booking for my son - arriving in London after the very long trek from Australia. There was a slight mix up and double booking for the transfer. This was communicated really well between Viacom, Mum in Aus and son in London. It was resolved within minutes and my son has asked me to give a 5 star review for the driver that was arranged for him.

Very easy from booking to drop off. Just give them flight details and number and they will be there ready and waiting. Our driver was friendly, easy to locate. Really not much to say about the experience which is exactly how one wants it to be. Uneventful in the best way and easier than lugging suitcases across town on the tube.

Was very good service. After long haul flight there was nothing better than being met and have someone drive you to your hotel. Driver was very personable and was very safe when driving. It took well over 1.5 hrs to get to our accomodation from Heathrow due to peak hour conditions but great to have someone else to drive for you. Other advantage is you know price up front as well as being met inside the airport so don't have to try and work out uber pick up points or where taxi ranks are . Would definitely use again

Great driver through the traffic and streets. Nice man. A little mixup in pickup instructions as Boots no longer there. We also had a two hour delay due to weather leaving but we were expecting to meet the driver without calling contact center

The boots pharmacy at Heathrow terminal 3 is no longer open so was hard to know where to meet the driver

The driver required us to walk with our luggage a long way to parking garage and then wanted us to follow to car a distance away. We expected car to be outside of terminal and easily accessed. We are 88 and 84 and it was difficult.
