All but second to last was great. That driver didn’t want to answer question if we were on the right bus we needed to be on. Told me and grown nephew to sit down he was getting ready to drive. Then there were young ladies on the bus and somehow he could drive and speak to them. Very rude!

We enjoyed getting a Birds Eye view of London on the top deck of the bus. Great trip for anyone who has never been to London or who wants to be more familiar with the history.
Bus hop on hop off is convenient. But the drivers need to have some courtesy and speak to passengers with respect. Cruise was only 10 minutes and not worth it. London Eye is good as usual
My son and I had the wonderful experience of meeting Winston, one of the drivers, during our trip. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. His warm personality and willingness to assist made our experience even more enjoyable. It was truly a pleasure meeting him, and we’re grateful for the kindness he showed us.
Navigating the receipt to get a ticket for the London eye was clumsy. The man at the London eye was very helpful.
Read the fine print, the web site is good at selling the tickets but the site doesn't give you all the information that it should.
This is the way to see London in a short amount of time. The London Eye was a must. The river cruise on the Thames was a bonus. This was so worth the cost. One of the highlights of our trip.
Very enjoyable. Excellent way to start your London journey by seeing all the sites. I would recommend the 48 hour ticket as you can not finish the bus route in less than that. I did wish that the tour had more commentary and history.
London is busy so it is generally faster to get to your destination by walking or taking the tube. Still, the commentary was interesting and often entertaining. I've used other Hop On and Off bus services. Big Bus is definitely the best. They announce each stop, the driver ensures the preprogrammed audio is in sink with where you are, and everyone was friendly.
The blue route bus shows maximum points. But they are making fool of people the blue bus is looping between 33 and 47 . I sat for 3 rounds and same loop wasted my whole day. Fooling people and ripping them of there money. They are not taking the blue bus as on the route shown. Absolute scam. And the staff does not inform you clearly also and they regularly stop the buses with a breakdown reason. Total waste of money.
The Thames cruise and the London Eye were worthwhile to do, getting to see various sights during them
Good audio easy information about London. But slow access on and off the bus. Difficult to find the bus stop in the beginning. Pland attend a walking tour, but the bus was so delayed that we missed the tour. Fine route but complicated app.
To long in traffic - driver just wanted to chat at each stop . Had to change buses for no reason. They said every 20 minutes for buses this was not the case. At one point sat for 20 minutes on bus for no reason .. waste of money - river cruise and eye were brilliant. This company had lots of employees around the stops but were not very helpful.
One of the best things we did while in London!! This company does it right and the deal you get … unbelievable.. thank you so much Highly recommended ❤️
Bus took so long to get to one of the stops - driver loved to chat at each stop wasting our time. We had to change buses at one point given no reason. We waited at one stop near Tower of London and two blue zone buses went past no red zone. Waited far too long. Then went to Buckingham Palance to waste more time - wanted to check out tickets. Then sat for 20 minutes. Ended up getting off and using tube to get back… wouldn’t recommend this service
This is a must do tour! The three parts bus, boat and the eye were all amazing! Sights and sounds of the city were clear and as a first time traveler just perfect!
Really is a great value combo package. The bus is a great way to see the city, the river tour was very informative and the eye was very nice. All in all , a must do package for visitors!
Hop On Bus was frustrating because of all the road closures. It took forever to get from stop 40 to stop 12. The London Eye didn't recognize Viator, not sure why, but we sweet talked the attendant and he let us on. River cruise was a bust because it was too late in the day...we left London next morning at 9am.
Love the eye. On my bucket list for years. Hop on off was good. The driver was lackluster glad he didn’t need to talk and we had the ear buds.
We did a 2 day package, and used the hop on/off buses the 1st day. The provided commentary through the ear buds was interesting and funny. Don't forget to grab the ear buds as you get on the bus. We might have missed that if 1 in our party hadn't done this before. Was good to get started with the 1st buses of the day. We were at the Tower of London location early for the 1st scheduled river cruise, but it never came until the 2nd scheduled time so we waited for almost an hour and none of the employees ever came to update us. But once we got on the river cruise, it was a relaxing and informative tour with a live narrator. As the day went on, the buses got slower and we ended up just sitting at some of the bus stops and even had to get off and get on another bus at one stop. Not sure why. We didn't end up using the hop on/off buses on the 2nd day once we realized it was a 1-way system and it didn't work with the times and locations we had to be at in the morning. We enjoyed the London Eye as it was cool to see the river front and the Parliament Building from the air.
I had a positive experience utilizing the hop-on hop-off bus service, combined with the London Eye and River Cruise. Although there was a longer wait at one stop, the buses arrived at regular intervals. The bus drivers and staff at the stops were courteous and provided the necessary information. Additionally, earphones and maps were supplied for convenience. Overall, it was an enjoyable outing.
This was a great experience! We had a choice of two routes and it was easy to spot our hop on, hop off bus stops. Customer support reps were present and were knowledgeable.
Not sure about the tour yet. But can’t even book the time slot or get any information needed to do tour because I can not get access to it. I have the wrong booking number and customer service was no help and just kept giving me the same info I already had over again. Then disconnected while I was looking for what they said I needed because I didn’t respond fast enough. No help at all. May update later if I get to actually do the tour.
Awesome way to see the city! Audio is fun & informative; could use more, please, but very good. Staff & drivers are friendly & helpful. London Eye & river cruise is totally worth it. We would definitely do it again.
Hop on hop off good but if you get off and want ti get on different spot it’s hard to find where the other stops are. The Thames River dropped off in different place than where picked up. That was confusing. Very short ride!!!
Solid experience as always - done tons of these Big Bus Tours and kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Always a good way to quickly see the city without issues (and good substitute for Uber driver!).
Commentary was poor As we drove thru the city... Many times music was playing rather than giving information on the area. In some cases the information was better, but there could have been much more When changing to boat at tower bridge...area was poorly signed and directions were not given. Walked 1/2 mile in the wrong direction and again back due to poor guidance. If they fix these two items I would recommend
Great value bundle! Hop on off bus, London Eye & Thsmes cruise. Got to see & do everything with ease
All of the experiences were great and the commentary on the buses and river cruise were very informative. I only gave this 4 stars because of the extensive overlap on the red and blue routes. That much overlap makes both routes longer than they need to be Red 2.5 hours and Blue 3.5 hours. Even with the 48 hours, we didn't get to try the green route.
There are long lines to get onto the cars. They put more people in a car than there are seats, so you could end up standing for the entire 30 minute trip. Great views from the top on a clear day.
When trying to get on the Eye, our bacodes on our tickets did not work. So after a bit, the kind gentleman I dealt with walked us out and fast-tracked us in spite of the issue. We were grateful to the employees of the Eye for helping us.
Kevin was a fantastic guide. We got to see all the fun Harry Potter places.
We did Jack the Ripper tour and Harry Potter tour both with Kevin. He was very informative and knowledgeable. How he keeps all the information straight is amazing. Highly recommend!
There are many of these buses so know which one you paid for and learn the routes/stops. This will save you a lot of time and hassle.
The Hop on Hop off was good, hit all the major spots, but they left us sitting on the bus baking in the sun in 36 degree C heat for over 20 minutes at one stop with no explanation . The Thames river cruise was entertaining and as enjoyable as it could be in 35 degree weather. The London Eye was a total bust. When we arrived for our scheduled time slot we were informed that our tickets had been cancelled. After many minutes with the Lovely people from the London Eye we found out that the third party company we booked our tickets through, still unsure if that is Viator or Big Bus, had cancelled our tickets. They gave us proof that they had refunded the company. We still have yet to see the refund on our credit cards. We were told this has been happening frequently and there was nothing they can do. Tickets were sold out for the remainder of the day. Still hoping for the refund.
Great combo package with flexible times for the London Eye even if you miss your selected time
The bus was not very comfortable and the driver did not interact with us at all. Frequent long stops without explanation. The Eye, however was amazing! I might try a different bus company next time.
We so enjoyed our day trip to London, everything went so smoothly. The bus trip took us to places we wanted to visit. London eye was Amazing!!. We travelled with two very Anxious children and this experience was so easy for us . We are planning to go again October for Halloween 🎃
We bought a big bus experience for 24 hours with an extra 24 hours free, a scheduled London Eye trip, a river cruise and three optional walking tours. Information about each was readily available on the app
We have a great time, but the buses were way too full. They didn’t come often enough. I probably wouldn’t ever do a hop on hop off-with this company anyway I’m not sure how other companies are.
It is best to buy this tour directly from Big Bus London directly. My Viator tickets were not valid and the nice guy at the big bus stop was able to reissue tickets. If we had gone to a stop that did not have a rep from Big Bus we would not have been able to use the tickets readily. Avoid the hassle and buy direct.
Bus is great but information is not reliable. At one place it said blue route will start at 1030am. But later we found it started at 8am. Bus routes are very slow and it doesn’t tell his much time so u end up missing lots of opportunities. If that info is available people can plan the trip better. We wanted to change the time for London eye. But despite spending a lot of time on on live chat and emails it didn’t work. Advice to people. Be careful when u buy tickets. It gives u very little information about actual time required and places close at 5-6. DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!
The London Eye is so smooth just for everyone, the views are incredible, I just love it. The boat 🚢 ride was very informative and relaxing, I love city's with rivers.
The Hop On/Hop Off bus was good. However, there are a lot of companies doing this and using the same stops. At times it seemed like I'd see 2-3 of each other companies bus before the Big Bus showed up. I'm not sure if this was just the weekend I was there or if it's common that the other companies run more often. I saw several empty Big Bus busses sitting unused and at times they would have us get off a bus to just jam pack another bus instead of running an additional bus. This meant we were crammed in and often waited twice as long as other bus companies. The addition of the London Eye ticket was nice but go early before lines get long as this is just a normal ticket for the London Eye and not the rapid pass.
Finding the buses weren't exactly easy and if you ask one of the employees selling tickets on the street they were rude and not helpful. Twice when we were getting on the bus we were told where that bus was going almost like they expected us to say we weren't going to ride on that bus. The drivers weren't polite at all. The River boat tour was nice. We booked our ride on the London eye but the lines were so long that we didn't even want to attempt to get thru that crowd. It had nothing to do with Viator. Only the eye itself.
Great value for money and takes a lot of the hassle out booking indivual tickets yourself.
Jack the ripper tour was very informative.
Very long wait for buses. Internet was frequently out of order Drivers not very friendly. Would use one of the other bus companies
It was pretty good. We got to see everything. Just wish you could back track. You have to go around the whole circle just to get off on another stop. Ended up using the u der ground, it was faster.
Great way to get acquainted with the city and to get around easily. Loved having four activities covered in one purchase. Made exploring London easy.
