Wonderful experience from check in to finish! Our tour was in the evening and the night time views did not disappoint… The champagne was fantastic, views were incredible and our guide Rachel was so knowledgeable and friendly! 10/10! Worth every penny!

Very fortunate to have only six in our party ( max of 18 on VIP) Holly and Jorge were great hosts, very relaxed and knowledgeable of our fantastic city views, well worth the money.

What an amazing way to spend my birthday, my husband and I had the whole pod to ourselves, started with a glass of champagne in the Sky Lounge then more champagne in the pod. Then another glass at the end. Our host Stephanie was amazing, only 4 months in this role but she was engaging, knowledgeable, approachable and just blooming lovely person. Would definitely recommend, especially if you have Stephanie as your host!! Happy birthday to me!!

Our London Eye Champagne Experience was truly memorable from beginning to end. The VIP treatment and priority access made the experience feel special right away. Everything was organized smoothly, and the hosted 30-minute rotation gave us the opportunity to relax, enjoy our Moët & Chandon champagne, and take in the incredible 360-degree views of London. A very special thank-you to our guide and concierge, Lia. She was professional, efficient, pleasant, engaging, and incredibly informative. She made us feel welcome and added so much to the experience. Lia was truly a gem and a wonderful representative of the London Eye. The views were spectacular, and the experience itself was so memorable that our only real disappointment was that we wished it lasted longer. Honestly, if the experience could have lasted an hour, we would have happily stayed and enjoyed every minute of it. As for whether the champagne upgrade was worthwhile—absolutely. The Moët & Chandon champagne, VIP treatment, wonderful service, and breathtaking views made this feel like a special London experience rather than simply a ride on the London Eye. Highly recommended, especially for a special occasion. And if you get Lia as your guide, you are in for an extra-special experience!

Moneer was our guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable about all the major sites in the vicinity of the London Eye, took our photos and was just a delight to talk to. The champagne experience was lovely and the views were amazing! Worth doing!!!

What a wonderful way to see London! We loved it. Our guide Diana was energetic, friendly and very knowledgeable. The only thing that could be an improvement would be if she had the capacity to lower the volume of the music while she spoke.

My husband surprised me by upgrading our booking to the champagne experience which meant we were fast-tracked and there were only 8 of us in the pod. Our guide, Lia was very friendly and knowledgeable and told us alot of facts about London, and the glass of champagne went down a treat! I would highly recommend, the views are fantastic.

Visited the London Eye recently and had a really good experience. The wheel is 136 m tall and offers fantastic panoramic views of London, with most of the major landmarks visible from the top. We waited around 20 minutes in the queue, but it didn’t feel too bad as it moved fairly quickly — you mostly keep walking and only really wait for the wheel to complete a rotation. Overall, a great attraction if you want to see London from above and take in the city views. Definitely worth visiting for the scenery!

The view can't be beat, and we had a great guide with us who offered plenty of info on the sights and the city. The champagne before and during was a great touch. The only down side was the short 30 minute ride, which felt much less.

We did the sunset Champagne pod with Emma. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and made the experience such fun. It was well worth having a quieter pod and such personalised attention.. Highly recommend!

Super comfortable experience. Diana was an awesome guide ! Timed the drinks + facts to keep people engaged and relaxed. Very friendly and approachable too, made everyone feel at ease with taking photos (this is something I find a bit stressful in solo travel, so it was great to be able to get photos without any awkwardness). Honestly couldn't have asked for a more considerate host :-) The views are incredible and even more elevated if you catch the sunset. The fast track really makes a difference too. Although more on the expensive side, it is definitely worth doing at least once in a lifetime !! The only thing that could be improved is the random music played in the capsule - I feel this just makes the job of the guide more difficult, and seems unnecessary.

I had an amazing experience at the London Eye. I had 2 amazing hosts named Adna and Tilly, they were both exceptional and lovely! Boarding was quick and made fun by the hosts making conversation. The experience lasted for around 30 minutes and the atmosphere inside the pods felt very exclusive and wonderful. Luckily my booking only included 3 people inside the pod however usually you'd except anywhere from 8-18 members inside at once. The hosts had plenty of information on the view of London, pointing out places of interest and also offering to take photos for us! This event is best for days out in London and getting spectacular views and lots of information about London from your hosts. Adna and Tilly are super stars!

I had an amazing time on the London Eye for my first visit! Considering I'm not a fan of heights, the VIP experience was made so much more relaxing thanks to our wonderful host, Holly. She was so friendly, welcoming, and full of interesting information. She really made the whole experience special and definitely worth it. I'd absolutely recommend it!

This was our first time to London and our first time to ride the London Eye, so we wanted to do it right. We booked the champagne experience and are so glad we did. From the exclusive access to the Eye Lounge, to the Fast Track access, we really were treated like VIPs. The Beach Bliss cocktail was the perfect fruity refresher on a hot summer day. Antonique was our host and she did a fabulous job of making our ride special. She was very knowledgeable about the sites and very friendly. She really went the extra mile to make our experience memorable. We definitely recommend booking this experience!
