Our tour guide Steve was fantastic. He not only knew the city and where the amazing lights would be. He also was knowledgeable about the entire area and access to streets. We did not even know existed.

Andrew was great but some info inaccurate- ex. He said the Queen always gave her Xmas speech live. Accurate fact - always recorded & played on Xmas Day / only one year was live. Mentioned bench with Eisenhower & Churchill- it’s Roosevelt, a few others. Only complaint is size of cab - info said max of 6 for a tour. We had 5 adults & it was very uncomfortable- 3 squeezed on bench seat , no leg room for 5 people - massively uncomfortable 2+ hr ride. You should have larger cars for 5 people

London is beautiful at Christmas time. Our private tour showed us the beautiful lights around the city. This is the best way to see the beautiful lights since they are so spread out.
Excellent tour & history of the city! This is the 2nd time I've taken this private tour of Christmas lights & this was even better with more stops & points of interest. Justin was so fun, knowledgeable & easy going. You will never be able to see everything on your own nor will you even know where to go. I know this is an expensive trip but it is well worth it to see everything up close & the comfort of a warm, dry taxi!
Was OK. Didn't see Harrods and traffic was horrendous causing my partner terrible anxiety as the driver weaved very close to on coming traffic. Most of our trip was taken up by traffic jams

The driver took us through many sights of London in addition to the amazing Christmas light streets that we would not have seen.
We booked and paid (in full in advance) for this tour to see the christmas lights on our first night in London. My children were very excited as we waited for the cab to collect us from the hotel as arranged. But alas they never arrived. After phoning the help line a few times and getting no response we eventually managed to make contact with them via an online chat. Eventually they said sorry but the tour operator was too busy so they didn't arrive. Very disappointing!! I did receive a full refund but I was very concerned the whole thing was a scam.
Andrew was a fabulous guide. He was able to make each of our family members happy by infusing some rock and roll stories along with the Christmas lights. He was extremely accommodating and kind.

We went with Big City taxi tours on a 2 hour christmas lights tour. Our driver, jon, collected us from a restaurant in covent garden and then took us to all the iconic lights. There were chances to get out of the cab, take photos and the driver gave historical facts in different places. 2 hours is a good length of time to see it all and we were dropped back at Waterloo station. Despite living near London we all felt that we saw sights that we were unaware of and would recommend the trip as part of Christmas activities. It was good value and a lovely experience.
We all loved the cab tour, our driver David was welcoming, informative and made the tour a lovely experience! We saw parts of the city we wouldn’t have seen otherwise in 2.5 hours, especially on a rainy day!
We had an amazing night touring the holiday lights of London with a very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. Gordon made sure to answer all of our questions and took us to all the best photo opportunities in the city. He even took multiple group pictures for us. It was a wonderful and enchanting evening with a gracious and personable host!
Stella was AWESOME! She picked us up near Covent Gardens and traffic was terrible due to the holidays. She navigated out of it, down some.side streets and took us to some amazing lights where we got out and walked around. She took tons of photos of our family and was a true delight! It was our first night in London and we had a blast! We marked several locations in Google Maps and went back the next day during the day to check them out. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tour!

He unexpectedly stopped several times for brief walking tours of various areas of London and knew so much about everything. Not only fun, but learned quite a bit. We traveled with my parents, who are in their 70s, and kids that are 7 and 10. The tour was perfect for all of us. It had the perfect mixture of fun facts, lights, and some walking. All of us had a wonderful time...and Greg, the driver, was amazing. Can't wait for our next tour.

Such a great way to enjoy all the Christmas lights made special by our superb tour guide. We got some lovely family photos, an experience that we'll never forget. Kids loved it, we covered so much ground and all the extra little facts and stories from our guide made it a truly wonderful evening!
Great tour with an excellent driver who entertained us with many facts and stories. It was a bit pricey as there was only 2 of us, however, if you had 5 people it only works out £50 each. Having said That, we still thought it was worth the cost. Picks you up from your central hotel and takes you back to where you want to go. Highly recommended

This was our first night in London, and THIS WAS THE BEST DECISION WE MADE! Andrew was our guide and I told him I was a bit of a royal fan, so he hit ALL the places for lights and royal hot spots. It was so amazing to be in a classic black cab seeing all the wonderful Christmas lights and decorations in London. The narrative from the tour guide was fun and informative.
Our experience was better than we could have imagined. Our driver modified the Christmas lights to include all the famous Harry Potter stops as well as Beatles highlights and Sherlock Holmes. He went above and beyond despite it being Christmas Eve and having his own family at home. We are so grateful!!
London has so many beautiful Christmas light displays and our tour guide, Steve, showed us them all. He also offered to take lots of pictures of us next to the lights. He knew just the right spots to make great shots. This tour was lots of fun! Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and he included lots of stops to walk around and really see the lights or take pictures. Our interests were factored into specifically what we saw, which made the tour even more enjoyable. This was my first trip to London, and this tour was unique and the highlight of what we did.
We spent a delightful evening with Mick who entertained us at every stop with stories and tales and secrets! It was such a lovely way to spent our Christmas Eve. Not only did we discover new places to explore when we visit London next, we found the evening hugely educational! We really enjoyed being able to pop in and out of the cab at leisure and walk about. We were a couple with our adult son but this tour would entertain just about any age.
