London Christmas Lights Open-top Bus Tour With Live Guide

The operator is nice. It is a very SMALL company. their competitors has more buses. There needs to be a sign as to where to wait. We had to walk back and forth between the buses to figure out which one is ours. It's relaxing. A little chilly in the non-covered parts of the bus. After a while, got a little boring but i did have a good nap. wish they allowed the name of the bus on the viator advertisement

The tour was fine but we spent most of the time stuck in traffic. Our narrator wasn't the best and the tour lasted less time than anticipated. All that said, it was good tour that took us to places that we would not otherwise have seen.

We've been waiting at the pick-up point but no bus showed up. Also asked other operators leaving from the other side of the road and nobody did know. So not sure what happened and if it is legit. Asking for a refund was also declined...

I loved this tour, seeing the Norwegian tree that was gifted to the people of England which only arrived 2 days before me was awesome seeing as I am half Norwegian myself. the tour guide was wonderful

We had been recommended this tour and we are so glad we did it. The tour guide was funny and very informative too. We saw so many lovely lights and it was great seeing them from the top of the bus rather than walking all that distance. A really great time!

Out tour guide did a good job pointing out light streets and unusual fact about buildings and the city.

We visited London with two teenagers to do the lights and shopping. Michael the tour guide was excellent with a mix of entertainment and knowledge about key sites and the London lights. He and the driver Mo ensured we maximised the tour time, altering the route slightly to avoid traffic jams. Would highly recommend.

Staff were really good at the beginning before boarding the bus. The commentator Ian was good, lots of humour. A good circuit to see the lights. Coupled with it being dry and not super cold made it a great event

Had an amazing time with Sam last night, pity Whitehall was closed but we got amazing pictures. He had funny jokes and we had a great night

I wish I got the names of the staff as I would have liked to have named them on how brilliant they were!! Myself and my family had an amazing time on the christmas lights bus tour. The guide was very funny and very knowledgeable! He kept our attention the entire journey. Even through London traffic. I am a Londoner and this was my first tour which I’ll definitely be taking my family on again next year! The team at the meeting point were extremely helpful and chatty. We got to see all the main christmas lights, Regents street, Oxford Street and so on. Highly recommend! All I would say is wrap up warm as it can get quite cold at the top but seeing the beautiful sights make up for it!

Micheal the tour guide was amazing and so knowledgeable, he gave lots of interesting historical facts. Was such a great event

I booked this tour specifically to see Regent Street and evidently there was a route change. The operator didn’t notify anyone and it was a complete disappointment.

The best start to a month’s holiday ever. Norways gift to the people of England was awesome. And the 57 angels are just stunning

Saturday night, very heavy traffic, buses running late because of that, and route diverted to completely different than advertised. Only thing that was as supposed to be, was the top deck seats. Hence 2 stars. We got to see few christmas lights from far away, but to say the truth you can see much more much better walking 10 minutes towards Mayfair from Leicester square tube. Really never worth £29 per person.

I was very much looking forward to this tour, but unfortunately, it did not happen as planned. The staff provided incorrect information regarding the pick-up location, which led to confusion and missed the tour entirely. The lack of accurate guidance from the employee caused significant inconvenience and disappointment. I would like to request a refund and can provide the communication the employee sent me regarding the incorrect location

Lovely bus trip seeing the beautiful Christmas lights of London. Well organised and friendly staff. Just one thing I’d like to comment, if nothing factual or funny to say, please don’t talk for the sake of it. Pointing out the Apple Store and H&M are of little interest!

Really enjoyed it and worth seeing some of the Christmas lights. We managed to get a good price through Trip Advisor/Viator. The only issue was they didn’t go over Westminster Bridge as advertised so we didn’t see the London Eye which would have been nice . We still had a good hour and the onboard Tour Guide Michael was very good. Would definitely do it again but Next time would do a longer tour.

Wrap up warm and be prepared for the weather. Best view is from the upper deck. The guide was excellent and well informed.

Though it was cold, it was a fun trip and our guide was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of good narration. View from top of bus was unobstructed and great for photos/videos. Biggest disappointment was that with today’s largely cashless purchasing, I realized at the end I didn’t have any cash to tip the driver or guide (they deserved it). Sorry!

Trip lasted about ninety minutes beautiful view of London lights but also of Londons landmarks at night. Fabulous guide.

It was a great tour, the lady doing the tour was exceptional. It was a great night! Great value for the money. This is the best way to see London.

Lots of action and lights, the wonderful fresh air and feel of cool breeze on your face, the wonderful xmas lights, and xmas music

The views of what we did see were lovely but why did we not go over Westminster Bridge and Waterloo Bridge? The leaflet shows the route going over both bridges and views of London Eye, Houses of Parliament and Big Ben? Very disappointed as I chose this trip over a trip on the London Eye.

Very disappointed as the tour I had at 8p was not being run. I could wait for a later one or get on the already full 7ish tour they would originally allow me on. I had to sit inside and the windows had glare and were dirty. I got no photos at all. It was okay but did not go down even half the streets the tour I took the previous night did. We were told about sights rather than heads up on side street lights. My recommendation would be to go on the historic bus instead.

We enjoyed the chirsmas light tour with best guide and he was very entertaining made our chirsmas light tour enjoyable. The driver was great and He drove at suitable pace to capture amazing photos and videos. Love London beautiful chirsmas light ✨️ Thanks

I would recommend this tour - friendly guide with good humour, lots of fun but also very insightful. Family friendly tour definitely worth it for a magical Christmas experience.
