£40.50 for about 15 minutes is a joke. No audio guide played in the pod. Queuing a circus. The ride was enjoyable but a rip off. Do better.

What an awesome experience! The staff was super nice and gave us a good price. Marc was very friendly and recommended other sights in London too. Would do it again any time! Don’t miss the cable Cars when in London
Very helpful staff on the ticket office, Marc helped me book my access tickets which helped us have a stress free pleasant experience on the cable cars, recommended to go see sights from the Skys!
The London Cable Car was an amazing experience and one of the best ways to enjoy London’s skyline. The ride was smooth, relaxing, and offered breathtaking panoramic views of the River Thames, the O2 Arena, and the city’s iconic landmarks. Everything was well organized, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The cabins were clean and comfortable, making the journey even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this attraction to anyone visiting London. Whether it’s your first time or you’re returning, the views are unforgettable and definitely worth the experience!
Marc was very help! Great service and great way to see london
The staff went above and beyond to make our experience very enjoyable. We all throughly enjoyed this fantastic experience. We would deffinately recommend it.
Amazing experience on the glass bottom carriage, great views. Marc the ticket seller was happy, friendly and gave lots of advice great fella - thank you
Huge thank you to Marc and his colleagues at IFS Cable Car today … they found my wallet containing all my credit and Oyster card ! Phew wow thanks again for helping me get it back ! That’s a big slice of Karma cake coming to you very soon - bless you all David
Went on the cable car for the first time , great experience, staff were welcoming and friendly and it is very well managed. Cable cars are clean and the view is great. It finishes at 11pm so get there on time to go back across.
Seamless experience from ticket to getting on ride. I highly recommend using viator for your next adventure
Very nice and we enjoyed our visit
Overall the experience was okay. The cost is reasonable, it felt short the ride. It wasn't busy when we went. When you first enter the staff check your tickets and send you upstairs, once we got up the stairs we were confused what we were supposed to do next. I expected there to be a member of staff on top to help us. I found a staff member in the office, I asked him for assistance and he didn't say a single word it was so bizarre, he just pointed to the pod to get on. We got on and didnt realise the doors are automatic, the instructions are practically non-existent. There needs to be clear instructions or at least helpful staff. I had 3 children with me and this made me extremely nervous as the cars don't stop they just slow down for you to get on. There should be announcement to say please stay away from the doors or doors are closing or some sort of sound that let's you know I have been on telefriks in other countries and in more dangerously located ones (on top of mountains and sea) but having someone there to get us on give us some instructions feels more reassuring. As a londoner its okay but if as a tourist this was the experience I would be pretty disappointed.
I recently took a round trip on the IFS Cloud Cable Car, and it was a quick but memorable experience. The views of the surrounding area were really nice, especially seeing London from above—it gives you a different perspective. Since it was my first time, it felt exciting and a bit nerve-wracking. The weather was quite windy, which made the cable car shake a little, and that definitely scared me at first. However, it’s clear that the cabins are very sturdy and designed to be safe, which helped me relax as the ride went on. Overall, it’s something I’d recommend trying at least once. It might not be something you’d do over and over again, but for a first-time experience, it’s definitely worth it.
., My Son And I had wonderful time, It was one of the best experienced ever. We had lovely time enjoying the view with the beautiful weather, what more you could ask for. Nervous at first but filled with joy after 🥰🥰🥰. We promise that we will go again some time and bring more families and friends with us.
Loved the experience : came with 30 French high-school students (4 of which couldn't face the height...) but managed to let another few lucky ones to get on the ride a second time. Probably just missing a few comments or visual aids as to what we got to see outside.
Awesome guy Mark was, explained everything humble guy.
Brilliant trip fantastic views friendly staff very comfortable we were on our own in the car it was wonderful
Amazing views over London on a lovely sunny day, the cable cars are great but “the experience” is a little flat. The VR was not available and the gift shop is fairly small. The staff in the cafe were lovely. It was very quiet when we visited so no real need to book or do fast track,
I wish I could say I had a good experience but sadly I didn't. An issue on the underground meant I had ro take alternate transport to the cable car. Sadly this was quite slow in comparison and couldn't get me there in time. I tried to call or speak to a human at the cable cars but no answer to the phone and no way to transfer the booking to the next day. So whilst I'm sure it's great, the company have little in the way of customer support...
We were a group of 6ppl celebrating our friends 50th birthday. Mark - our IFS Ticket staff member greeted us with lovely smile and friendly attitude. He has definitely added to our day memorable moments. We have been offered a glass floor cabin, which added a bit of fun and extreme to our experience. The return tour took us 25min. IFS CLOUDS situated in walkable distance from North Greenwich Underground, O2 Arena and Intercontinental Hotel. I think some audio guide while inside of the cabin would be handy, especially so many tourists like us would appreciate some information followed by scenic views outside the cabin. Overall nice and memorable experience.
My girlfriend and I had the misfortune of thinking this would be a fun and worthwhile experience when we visited the O2 towards the end of March 2026. The queue was 40 minutes long and so we opted to pay £25 per person to go fast track and get immediate access to the round trip from the O2 to London Docks. The trip was around 15 minutes in total and was incredibly underwhelming. The sites include the garish Canary Wharf buildings, abandoned wasteland and pipes, the odd industrial container and plenty of murky brown water. If you squint you can see the silhouettes of various landmarks but the positioning of the cable car is so terrible that it is barely worth mentioning. I cannot fathom how anyone could have decided this location was appropriate for such a piece of infrastructure given the awful and quite unsightly views it offers. Not worth the time or money whatsoever unless you have a serious interest and fascination with wastelands and polluted water.
My mother and booked a glass bottom cable car and were greeted by Marc. Marc was so friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. While we waited for the glass cable car, Marc showed us the centre and told us all about the Demon statue just outside it (absolutely fascinating). The cable car itself was very relaxing, had great views and having done the London Eye MANY times previously, I’d say it’s 100% better and better value for money!
There was not much queue when we went. The staff were polite during the process
Great experience with marc at the desk very friendly
Absolutely loved it. A lovely experience. No queues
Sharon was an amazing staff member. She explained the glass floor experience to us with lots of kindness. I absolutely recommend it
Very good round trip views fabulous was alot of fun. Marc staff member was fabulous very helpful enjoys his job
Great views, first day of nice weather in London as well so it was pleasant to see
It was a beautiful experience my children and husband loved it
The views over the River Thames are simply stunning — we will get a unique perspective of the city skyline. The cabins are clean, spacious, and feel very safe, making it a relaxing ride. The ride is peaceful and gives you plenty of time to take photos and soak in the scenery. It’s also great value for money considering the incredible panoramic views . A fantastic attraction and definitely something I would do again!
Amazing experience even thou I am scared of heights and didn’t really look at the view
Great staff, efficiently run and amazing views. Highly recommended!
Marc was so friendly and helpful and got us the best deal for our family
We had the valentine’s day experience, not worth it at all, £78 for 2 persons just to have 15 min for one round, one glass of champagne and chocolates. We are very disappointed. They told us to leave the car after the round even if we hadn’t finished our glass of champagne, we had to stand in front of everyone to finish the glass of champagne before leaving.
A wonderful experience even if it was a foggy day. Just great to be able to see the towers of modern steel disappearing into the cloud and the planes coming in to land above us. It also gave us a whole new perspective of the wonderful Greenwich Peninsula art walk being able to see several of the sculptures from above. We're definitely going back to do it all again on a clear, summer day for the full views. Highly recommended.
Friendly and helpful experience with Marc. Parked at the O2 for an event at the Excel centre.
Excellent trip, lovely views and Marc gave us half price tickets as we were visiting the Excel centre ! Highly recommend
It was a lovely experience gives you more joy than anticipated. Worth time and money.
We pre booked return tickets for the cable car as we were visiting the O2 for an event. The crossing over was fine however after the event the cable car had been closed due to winds. Understandable however we are struggling to get a refund for our return trip. We have paid for a service we have not received. I have called the tfl phone number however they said we have to go directly through the cable car website which has no guidance.
Great views, we started from near the O2 and did the round trip in one go as we didn't have any desire to see anything on the other side. It was good, it is something you probably do once and not again. We did enjoy it.
My son absolutely loves cable cars and we tend to come here frequently. The view from the cable car is lovely and there is always a lot to do around the area as it’s next to the O2. If you’re travelling with a child, please be mindful that you’d have to buy paper tickets for children. However, adults can just tap their bank cards to go on the cable car both ways which is quite convenient. I’d recommend it as it’s always a good time rain or shine :)
We did the return trip at about 4.15pm in December and were fortunate enough to have the most beautiful sunset as a backdrop! Fantastic views of the city of London and the river. Comfortable cars. Stops in the middle for a photo stop.
We did the round trip at night, with kids. We loved it. Its a short trip, in a cabin for a maximum of 10 people. You can see a lot of London, its beautiful.
The cable experience is a must and special thanks to the best ticket counter guy, a lad name Marc, he was so friendly and gave us other information on the sights to visit.
Marc was amazing. Lovely singing and teeth. The trip on the cable car made my 50th birthday. The sights were worth every penny. We took a round trip and enjoyed every minute.
We did the Santa experience which was lovely and good value. Santa and his elves were fantastic and very friendly our grandaughter thought it was amazing
It was such an excellent experience! The staff were also really nice, shoutout to Ozy and Marc! They helped us and they were very nice. Would recommend to buy your tickets by them. We would absolutely come back for this experience and view!
A lovely cable car, nice and clean with beautiful views. To make this even better it would be great to have some optional audio explaining what we are seeing including key things to look at and noting the area we are hovering over.
Fantastic weather, and the best thing we did on our trip to Greenwich. The views are stunning and, for £26 return (2 of us), great value. If I go back to the area again, this is the top of my list.
Brilliant service by Marc and discount offered after noticing we had been shopping within the 02. His personality and flair was very welcoming and created a great start to our round trip.
