We had an absolutely fantastic experience on the Uber Boat! From start to finish, the journey was enjoyable, relaxing and very well organised. The boat was comfortable, the views along the River Thames were beautiful, and the whole experience was a brilliant way to travel around London. A special mention has to go to Norman, who was absolutely amazing throughout our experience. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional, and his positive attitude really made a difference. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant journey and was always happy to help with any questions. Norman’s excellent customer service really stood out. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about making passengers feel comfortable and welcome. His kindness, enthusiasm and professionalism made an already great experience even better. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience on the Uber Boat. Everything was smooth, efficient and enjoyable, and Norman was definitely a highlight of our journey. A massive thank you to him for making our trip so memorable! I would highly recommend the Uber Boat to anyone visiting London or simply looking for a lovely way to travel along the Thames. We will definitely be returning, and hopefully we’ll have the pleasure of seeing Norman again. Five stars!

Norman made sure my friend with a walker got in and was able to get situated by putting her at the head of the line .

We are a tour of 81, 71 students, Battersea, staff arranging our group altogether was excellent. Departure at Greenwich was announced to students. On arrival a bag was left & staff Parminder, was kind enough to radio through for search & return back to us. So very grateful for care given to relieve stress. Norman, Greenwich kind, courteous keeping line in check for speedy back onto bus as 1 group again. This has made a perfect London Day trip possible. 👍 5 stars

Abbie and Parmenter crew were incredibly helpful, resourceful and so supportive of me today. I got on at Royal Wharf heading west to Bankside. After 10 mins onboard I realised I left my bag on the wharf. Abbie immediately sprang into action - contacted another boat who picked it up - contacted me to let me know. Parmenter was at Greenwich where I got off to wait for Aurora boat to arrive with my bag. She was very kind and supportive as well. Thank you.

We had a bit of an issue with our tickets but thanks to Parminderfor helping us with the issue and making our firstboat ride memorable.

Took visiting family from Greenwich to Tower bridge on the boat. Very helpful staff at entrance (Gordon) and great boat ride.

Great experience, in particular Parminder was especially friendly. I took my niece and nephew, and she helped us with tickets and got them colouring books to keep them entertained on the boat. Great way to see the city, highly recommend.

This excursion was just average. From the write up you’d think this would be the way to go to see all the monuments from the river and the air. It was easy to get on and to get a ride… but not easy to see or enjoy anything. Not a place for enjoying the sites or taking photos. This is a different way to ride a bus. The cable cars were cool. There’s not a ton to look at - again, seems the write up was a bit overblown. I took 13 people on an excursion and everyone thought we should have spent the money differently.

Provides a great view of London from the air in the cable car. The uber boat ride was efficient and neat!

The directions take you to the uber boats but do not tell you the ride is almost 60 minutes. By not explaining this we missed our opportunity to take the ride

I was sceptical at first. Once inside the “pod”, it travels very slowly. It definitely does not move around like I thought it would. The capacity also is limited which is nice for moving around.

Windows are so dirty,you can’t see nothing, just bird poo. It’s not even possible to make a pic. Wasted time and money…..
