Very nice tour. Attentive hosts. The treats were tasty and the mimosas and tea were great! Great bus driver too.

This unique 90-minute ride will take you through the heart of London as you enjoy a delicious spot of afternoon tea. Witness the hustle and bustle of the city and take in sights of iconic London landmarks such as Buckingham Palace, the London Eye and Westminster Abbey and many more. Our varied selection of homemade finger sandwiches range from hummus and falafel to salmon and cream cheese and more. And to satisfy your sweet tooth, you’ll be sure to love our assortment of mini afternoon tea pastries and desserts and quintessentially British scones served with clotted cream and jam. Buckingham Palace, the grand and iconic London residence of His Majesty the King is an absolute must-see on any visit to London. A fully working palace, housing not only The King, but serving as the administrative headquarters of the Royal Household.
An essential addition to any visit to London and set in the heart of the city, Westminster Abbey is legendary and iconic. Boasting a rich history that spans over one thousand years, the site was originally occupied by Benedictine monks in the middle of the tenth century. The current gothic masterpiece has stood there for about 700 years.
Located on the South Bank of the River Thames, the London Eye is one of the most popular attractions in the United Kingdom. Opened to the public in 2000, the structure offers breath-taking views of the city centre day or night!
See the vibrant Piccadilly Circus in London's West End from the Bella Vista afternoon tea bus. This popular junction connects Regent Street, Shaftesbury Avenue, Haymarket, Coventry Street and Glasshouse Street and is now considered a busy meeting place and an important tourist attraction in London

We really enjoyed our trip and tea today. We paid for premium upper deck which meant we had GREAT front seats and well worth it!!!! Good food (beautiful hot scones) nice Prosecco and v good hot chocolate. There isn’t a “tour” as such but some occasional voice recordings of some of the important sites. I preferred this as it meant you could talk!!! Shout out to Chris who was so pleasant throughout (as were all the lovely staff) but unfortunately he had to deal with a VERY rude lady…. In which he did with kindles and professionalism. Would recommend and thank you!! You made my daughter’s birthday London trip special!
The ladies who facilitated the tour were lovely and kind. But the “tea tour” was honestly not much of a tour, as much as a driving restaurant with loud ABBA music. Unfortunately, we didn’t really enjoy the food either, so this was a bit of a miss for us. A bummer for our first London experience. We’d been hoping to get an idea of what we should plan for the rest of our time in London, but that wasn’t really possible. We scheduled a Cotswolds tour the following day and learned much more about London on our drive out of the city than we did driving around the city on the tres tour bus.
Lovely tea and bus tour of London sites
We booked the afternoon tea tour for 6 people. To start with we were left waiting with no information. After queuing for 15 mins after the booked start time we're told we were in the wrong queue, despite our ticket saying stop one. It all seemed very unorganised and not good communication. Anyway once on the bus and seated the staff were very polite and served the food. The food wasnt amazing and the sandwiches were a bit dubious but the cakes were fine. The ride around London was great. All together id say this was a nice activity, I'm glad we didn't pay full price as we got a deal, not worth the full price. I don't think i'd do it again but a pleasant hour or so activity.
Overall, the afternoon tea guided tour was a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious, the service was excellent, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. However, I do feel the guided portion of the tour could have been better. I would have appreciated more information about the landmarks, history, and attractions we passed along the way. A little more interaction and commentary would have made the experience even more enjoyable. Aside from that, I had an amazing time and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique afternoon tea experience!
Booked the afternoon tea bus with Golden Tours. The bus is decorated with flowers and is so festive. The attendants were very pleasant. We so enjoyed the sweet and savory treats as well as the Prosecco while touring the city aboard our bus. Lovely! Would recommend.
Fun experience it honestly surpassed our expectations it was really really fun and we learned a lot about london
The Afternoon Tea was a great show experience. The food was tasty and good quality. The staff were efficient and friendly. We saw all the sights with a glass of Prosecco in hand. Highly recommended!!
Thank you to the lovely ladies (Sumi) who kindly let us reschedule our tour till later in the day due to rail issues. A great way to see the London sights. In fact the later tour meant we got to see them in daylight and dusk.
The glass of Champagne was refreshing, the little sandwiches and pastries 🍰 were soo pleasant. The ride went very smooth
The bus was great and the food and drink provided was also great. Staff were friendly. Unfortunately this is not much of a tour, rather just a ride on a bus. We did have detours due to protests which meant we didn’t see any of the sights listed. There is also no commentary or anything pointed out as you go. Enjoyable ride but it isn’t really a tour.
Done this with my daughter for her first trip to London and what a great way to enjoy the city and see all the landmarks while feeling like a queen and not killing the feet . I booked via GetYourGuide if you use code NEFEAST5 get 5% off also ( you can use the code multiple times also for other trips etc you just may need to change emails )
The tour was fun but the food, souvenir cup and unexpected singalong were the highlights. Definitely recommend this!
We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary on this afternoon tea tour. It was amazing. The staff are lovely, the food was amazing and the sightseeing was great. We finished the tour with a chorus of Sweet Caroline. Fantastic! And we got to keep the teacups. A must when you are in London.
Absolutely fantastic experience! The food selection was suberb and delicious. Hot & cold drinks served - all enjoyed with stunning views of Londons main sights. Super friendly staff too - would highly recommend?
This tour is a really fun thing to do the afternoon tea was very good with a glass of Prosecco to start then a hot drink later on. We saw some great sights and would thoroughly recommend the tour
This was a group of four of us sitting on the top deck. Bus was easy to find and departed on time. Shown to our table by one of the crew. Spotlessly clean and food and drinks served quickly. Service was great couldn’t fault the food at all it was a great selection fresh and tasty. We all received a reusable Afternoon Tea Bus souvenir cup. Commentary pointing out the sights and timing was perfect. Would definitely recommend and will be going again.
It was a lovely trip and the afternoon tea was very nice. However, there was no tour guide to explain the famous London landmarks which is a big let down. For tourists that don't know London, this is no different to getting on a London Transport bus and drive around. For the cost of the ticket which is not cheap, there should be a guide to explain the journey, answer questions and educate the tourists.
As part of our Golden Wedding Anniversary trip to London my wife and I had a great day out on this trip. Staff were very nice, drinks and food very tasty and tour route included many interesting sights. Look forward to doing it again the next time we visit London.
Had a great afternoon. Chris was amazing, he was so friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend
From beginning to end the tour was just amazing, fun and relaxing. The food and drink was nice, and the onboard staff were very attentive, fun and professional. Would definately recommend this tour to everyone. As a matter of fact, i'm going again this weekend
Extremely disappointing afternoon tea bus experience. The bus was not working properly, and we were left sitting on the bus for over an hour waiting for another bus to arrive. This completely disrupted the experience and meant we spent a significant amount of our booked time sitting stationary rather than actually enjoying afternoon tea while travelling around and seeing London. The delay also caused us to run late for the next activity we had planned, which was particularly frustrating as we had organised our day around the advertised duration of the experience. I appreciate that mechanical issues can happen, but the way this was handled meant we simply did not receive the experience we paid for. What should have been a relaxing afternoon exploring London with afternoon tea turned into a long and frustrating wait.
So worth it! Really fun activity with excellent food. Was happy to see savory sandwiches as well as sweet tea treats. Super clean bus and friendly staff. Booked to give husband's feet a rest and enjoyed this tour very much!
Our Afternoon Tea Bus Rooftop Tour was a fun and unique experience, but unfortunately, I don’t feel it was fully worth the price compared with some of the other tours we’ve experienced. One of the biggest concerns was regarding a nut allergy within our group. We notified the tour ahead of time, and while a nut-free item was provided, it was placed on the same plate alongside items containing nuts. This made the accommodation feel less reassuring than it should have been. When someone has a serious allergy, I would expect the alternative food to be clearly separated to help prevent any possibility of cross-contact. The tour itself was interesting, but the narration felt somewhat impersonal, almost like listening to a computerized or AI-generated voice rather than having a more engaging live guide. That took away a little from what could have been a more immersive sightseeing experience. The staff and people working on the bus were polite, pleasant, and cordial, and we had no issues with their demeanor. However, the service didn’t feel particularly above and beyond, especially considering the price point. Overall, I’m glad we experienced it because it was something different and gave us the opportunity to see London from another perspective. However, for us, it was more of a “once and done” experience rather than something we would rave about or necessarily recommend as a must-do. It was enjoyable, but when considering the cost, the food, the allergy accommodation, the style of narration, and the overall level of service, I don’t feel the experience delivered enough to justify the price compared with other tours available in London
Fun, lively and delicious sandwiches and treats on board the afternoon tea bus! Was definitely a fun way to enjoy tea and a tour of the city!
We did this afternnon tea tour to finish off our trip to London. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and they went out of their way to make sure that happy . This is a great way to sit back and enjoy the sights of London. I would highly recommend this experience. This was the perfect finish to a great trup to London . Thank you for a great exoeruence
Wow! What a fantastic 2 hours we had. I had friends over from Canada so booked the upper deck, front seats panoramic view seats. It was just the best. The host & driver were fantastic & so professional, and. Wry welcoming. Our Prosecco was served first. & not a tiny glass but a large one which started us off with much excitement. Once the tour started we ate our afternoon tea which was delicious - the bread was so soft & fresh. We had tea of our choice in our keepsake mugs which are lovely. ABBA played gently in the background & everyone on the top deck were singing away & were having a great time. Our host poured more prosecco to those who wanted a top up which was an added surprise, only downside here was no extra tea was offered which was a shame as after all, it is afternoon tea. My friends do not drink & could really have done with a second cup of tea. Please review this Goldrn Tours. Once we’d almost arrived back ‘Sweet Caroline’ came on & the entire bus broke into song - it was epic & made our day. All in all I would definitely do this again - it was money well spent & we saw all of the important sights of London - fantastic, attentive host and brilliant calm driver - well done & thank you x
My family and I had a brilliant experience with Golden Tours. I had to move the date twice due to health problems, and the changes were done quick, fuss-free and by people who actually understood what I was asking. The Afternoon Tea bus is gorgeous, so well looked after, clean, everything very safe and no plates slipping on us as we were scared it would happen. The driver was smooth and the hostess Sunmi was the sweetest! My parents had the regular afternoon tea and my fiance and I had the vegan one. The vegan sandwiches were so good! Way better than we expected! The sweets were great too, it surprised us that the vegan version was as good as the Omni version. The route is beautiful and I can’t recommend it enough.
Easy to find after good communication about pre orders with company. Impressed with the look on the outside and inside of the bus. Friendly hostess, driver etc. standard of food was excellent, plenty of it and well presented. My only disappointment was that there was no announcements, guide or hint as to where we were, what we were passing etc, luckily my daughter who was with me is quite familiar with London landmarks but others may not be so lucky,
Lovely afternoon! Very organised and enjoyable.
We were seated at the top right in front of the window. It was tight and uncomfortable and no place to move or adjust.
We had a great time. I thought I booked the Abba tour but was normal tour. Pretty pink bus which caught all pedestrians attention, felt like a celebrity 😁There was a variety of music, but unfortunately the tour speaker system was not working so we had fun guessing the different landmarks. Nice select of sandwiches and cakes, the ladies serving us was very friendly, approachable and they helped take group pic. Tour went on over 90mins but due to traffic. Overall a great experience 😍
Wonderful experience - afternoon tea while seeing the sights of London. Staff were lovely, food was fine. Timings were good
Fantastic experience. Staff were amazing and made you feel very welcome. Would definitely book again.
We had a lovely time. It was nice to sit back and relax and see some of the sites in London. The grandkids aged 7 and 13 loved it. The food was great and we had plenty to drink. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bus was decorated nicely and was not too busy. It was good value for money.
The tea, prosecco, food very good. Sights are amazing. But the"tour" telling you of sights very poor. If it wasn't for the guy next to me I would have known very little.
Pick up was in a dirty and dusty terminal. For £55 each we received a sandwich, dry scone, 4 miniature desserts, mimosa and a terrible cup of tea in a travel mug. Seating was old and hard. Bus was hot. Travel was drawn out. Commentary was lacking or wrong. Music was Abba, Justin Bieber, Hanson, Neil Diamond and worse. We couldn't wait to exit.
What a great time from start to finish. Food was plentiful and delicious. Included were 2 glasses of prosecco, tea, coffee or different flavoured teas, a fan and a travel cup for your hot drink. I can't forget the tour of London along with this. The guide was very helpful.
Nice experience, hard-working staff. Fun with the girls.
The staff were very good and friendly and the afternoon tea itself was good, though portions could have been bigger. However I was very disappointed with the tour element as there was very little commentary or information on sights.
Was unsure if this was going to be value for money but it was very enjoyable and a nice relaxing time
Great experience and good thanks
We had such a lovely time on the Afternoon Tea Bus with panoramic views of London - everything was spot on from start to finish. The food was genuinely lovely with fresh sandwiches, scones and delicious little cakes beautifully presented, and the staff were so friendly, attentive and professional, especially considering they're working on a moving bus. It was around 90 minutes which was the perfect length, full but not cramped, and had a really special, relaxed atmosphere that felt like a proper occasion and great value for what you get. My only tiny suggestion would be that an extra cold drink would be a nice touch, particularly on a warm day, but overall I couldn't fault it and would absolutely recommend it for a birthday, celebration or special day out.
Spent £400 on this for 4 adults & 3 children, food was wrong for the vegetarian children, cakes weren’t fresh scones were like rocks. Only pointed out 2 buildings, didn’t even mention Buckingham palace ? Not the full 90 mins (started late and finished early) we did this last year and was so good, was such a shame, and had the cheek to ask for tips ! Never again unfortunately, such a shame
London Afternoon tea bus upper deck 90 mins. £105 inc 2 glasses of procecco for two adults. No communication when bus arrived, waiting for 10 mins to board , then directed to the Smurf bus behind with no explanation as to why. While others boarded the correct pink afternoon tea bus. Few people as I tried to get an answer from staff, , one said air conditioning broke, but that didn’t make sense as people were still boarding. Another said they always use the smurfs bus. This was booked for my friends special bday, felt it was spoilt. Afternoon tea for two was on small plate of finger sandwiches, 6 in total , one small scone each and 8 little cakes. It tasted nice but not worth what was paid. Had to ask twice for the coffee , water wasn’t offered until I asked, then saw it being handed round. Commentary very very little. Disapointed.
The bus tour afternoon tea is perfect, the bus route is extensive and takes in the majority of the sights, The food is really well done and there was plenty for everyone, even gluten free which is always tricky. The host is great and very hardworking, only two negative points are that the bus stop isn’t obvious from the directions and their isn’t much of a tour narration odd bit here and there. Other than that it is fantastic and I would recommend 100% for people. In summer it is hot on the bus and no A/C but they did have little fans which was appreciated
Loud music during tour with lots of ABBA and Shakira. Music was played over the very occasional history tour. Your guide was strange…she popped in loudly to say hello and try to get everyone clapping. Strange dynamics and would not recommend other than premier seating did get us a two person seat looking out of the front of the bus which my teen loved. Biscuit and butter cream good but other treats were less than amazing.
Employees were excellent. The meet up place was not good. Apple Maps says the business is permanently closed. It is a bus terminal, dirty and smelly. No one there could answer questions. Once on the bus, the service was great.
On the day it was so hot in London, however we enjoy our time there was plenty of cold water, the host were friendly, started on time and the driver was driving slowly and peacefully. Thank you
