Ahmed was wonderful! He was not only very friendly and helpful but as he was taking us out of the city to the airport, he gave us a guided tour of areas of London we hadn’t seen and made our ride very enjoyable.

Do Not Book this company-this company came to pick us up an hour earlier than I had booked the ride for without informing me of the time change -then they insisted I pay an extra 25 pounds for driver to stay an extra half hour to drive us to the airport-Viator did not take any action when I informed them-save your money and book with any other booking website and definitely go with another car service other than this one.

Our driver was very attentively, on time, and was very efficient, taking us from the hotel to the airport.

Again, a professional, courteous driver on our drive to LHA. Traffic was a bit heavier in some spots and he clearly knew his way around via some side streets. Seemed he got to the highway leading to the airport much quicker than anticipated. As with each of our drivers (LHA to Southampton, Southampton cruise terminal to London hotel, hotel to airport), I give each driver a two thumbs up for how well they handle themselves. No way would I try to drive myself!

First, this is a sub contractor/agent operating on behalf of Viator. On our departure the provider sent a car that could not accommodate 2 large and 2 carry bags on as requested. Then, they would not provide a refund because their agent did not want to. I had to pay an additional 100BP for alternate service Horrible experience, I donot recommend as they have proven to not providing reputable service

The app didn't show my pickup location and time to expect my driver. I was able to call an agent and give him the information on location and time, and he sent me a confirmation email. It all worked out good in the end. Except for this small issue, I am giving a positive review

Our driver arrived early and the trip to the airport was uneventful. He made sure that we knew where we needed to be inside the airport. An excellent beginning to long day of travel.

I gave this a 4 star instead of 5 because of the issue with the pickup time - it's hard to find. The only place is when you verify the pickup, next to the date. I didn't notice this, but emailed and they never answered. I went through all my emails from Viatour and it is not on them either. So be aware. Thought a simple answer would have been nice. The driver was SUPERB. Ahmed gave us a tour as we drove to the airport pointing out landmarks and telling us info. He insisted on handling our luggage and was very helpful at airport. We were dropped right in front of the door. Thank you Ahmed, you were excellent.

Communication was poor and spotty at best. Driver was 15 minutes late claiming he couldn’t find a spot to park in front of the hotel which was wide open with spaces for vans. At 902 am we were told he was 1 minute away. We planned to give the driver until 15 minutes before we hailed a cab. When he arrived he was pleasant enough but not great for an airport transfer.

Our pickup time had been set at 8:30am: At 6:30 when no driver had shown up the hotel was able to track down the driver. He finally showed up at 9:00. We were very nervous, not wanting to miss our international flight. The driver was very apologetic bet he blamed his scheduling guy not giving him enough time. By speeding and weaving through traffic we made it on time. I had a headache! Never again!!!

The communication with the service was excellent and our driver was wonderful too. It was raining the morning we left and the driver was extra accommodating to keep us and our belongings dry.

We didn't want to deal with dealing with our luggage in the tube to get to the airport, and it was more convenient to hire a driver rather than wait on a taxi or Uber. Traffic is very bad in London! Our driver did notify us that he would be 5-10 min late, but we planned accordingly. He arrived, helped us with our bags, and we got to the airport with plenty of time to spare! Healthrow security is AWFUL! I highly recommend that however you get to the airport, plan for at least 4 hours before flight for an international trip!

Our driver Fernandez(133) was on time, friendly, helpful, was a professional guide, helped us load our luggage into a cart at the airport, just a pleasure.

Driver was personable and knowledgeable. He was at our hotel prior to our pickup time, so we were able to leave a bit early. Driver drove us safely to our destination and gave us information on how to navigate the terminal. We were very pleased with our experience.

Lovely car picked us up at our hotel and drove us to Heathrow. The driver was friendly and his car was immaculate.

The driver was early which was appreciated as we were nervous about the London traffic. At the airport he instructed us where to go

Driver was 40 minutes late picking us up and then used residential streets the majority of the way to the airport. Companies excuse was traffic. They also did not send the vehicle we booked. We booked a MBV and they sent a Volkswagen which was not what we booked and was too small.

Great. We actually had the same driver coming and going. He was very sweet and informative. This was also the best rate of all of the shuttles. 100% highly recommend

We called the transfers on Oct 12th to reconfirm for 830am for pick up on the 13th. I emailed them to change the time to 830a. The man I talked to said ok. On the 13th, the phone number didn't work any more. They didn't show up at 830a. Call Viator and they couldn't get a hold of them either. She came back and said they had a different number to get a hold of them. It is now 9am they said they will be there in 15 min. We took a a taxi. Now we have no refund. If they would have answered the phone. Everything would have ok. The phone was discounted!

Viator left me waiting in the airport for over 2 hours waiting for my car. I called the emergency number 3 times to check on my car. The first call was after they were 30 minutes late and I was told the driver was in traffic waiting to get in the car park but would be at the pickup site in 20 minutes max. I gave them over 30 before I called for the second time. I was told the driver had just parked and should be to me in 10 minutes. I gave him another 30 minutes and called again. At this point I figured I had been scammed. This time I demand to be connected to the driver directly. He said he was parking and would be right there. After another 30+ minutes finally I found a driver in the airport with my name on his sign. I asked him what happened and realized by his voice wasn’t who I spoke to on the phone. He admitted to me the company had just texted him for the pickup a few minutes before he met me. He was not my original driver. I’m not sure if I ever had a driver ordered by the company, if the driver flaked, or what happened. Whatever the truth is really doesn’t matter the fact is Viator lied to me multiple times that someone was coming immediately when no one was. I canceled my return trip to the airport after I asked my driver if the company could guarantee that I would be collected at the correct time. He said there was no guarantee and I should just get a cab. When I spoke to Viator representative about my return trip they refused to adjust my pickup early so I could have extra time if they didn’t show. They never apologized to me for the delay the day previous. They forced me to cancel my reservation for my return trip and offered not refund. I’m now fighting it with my credit card company. I checked for bad reviews on TripAdvisor and another person had the same experience. Apparently this company is known to the airport staff for doing this and they can’t believe there still in business, because multiple people per day aren’t picked up by them.

While the transfer did occur, the driver was almost an hour late. I was not notified but had to call the company when it was 10 minutes past the pick up time to find out the driver was allegedly stuck in traffic and would arrive in 20 minutes. However as stated above, the driver was almost an hour late and informed me that he had told the tour company initially that he could not make the 5 pick up and was informed that they had spoken with me when in fact they had not spoken with me at that time and only spoke with me when I called them. The driver was courteous and very professional, and the blame was on the company and not on the driver. NEVER would I recommend this company due to their failure to contact me, their lack of concern for the late pickup, and the apparent dishonesty.

Our driver was very professional and helpful! We ended up with extra baggage and he made it all fit and we still had a comfortable ride to the airport. A wonderful way to end a great vacation!!
