Hot Tub Boat Tour In London - London's Most Unique Tour

Booked a birthday igloo boat with chocolate fondue and everyone who attended was violently sick. Emailed the Office on the 17th of October emailed on the 18th of October emailed on the 19th of October received a response very late on the 19th of October apologising for the delay in coming back and acknowledging my email advising me that someone will look into this and come back to me. I write this on the 28th of October. No one has come back to me. No one has advised me what happened. No one has bothered to respond to me at all. I’ve had to call the office a number of times and be given several excuses as to why the manager cannot come to the phone and cannot speak to me. It is completely cowardly to take somebody’s money have them and their children be very very sick and then refuse to respond or engage.

Floating around Canary Wharf in a boat filled with hot water (no bubbles unfortunately). We shared our boat with 4 others and our guide Andy was amazing and was happy to chat or not, depending on what you wanted. A very interesting tour around the wharf from an original viewpoint that I had not seen before. Could do with more changing rooms or moving the lockers to a different location to make it quicker, but other than that, a great experience!

I would not recommend this company/any of its excursions. After arriving early I was told to return at a certain time which we did. We were then rushed and told rudely to get ready as other customers were waiting on us. We were not given instructions on where to store our items or where to get a key for the lockers etc. Following this, we were rushed yet again where we weren’t allowed a drink. We then had to get on a small hot tub with 4 other strangers. No safety briefing was given. I left a review on Airbnb where Skuna responded unprofessionally stating that we were rude which is completely incorrect. We were rude when the staff primarily chose this course of behavior. As a “business” that is primarily dealing with customers I would have hoped that they would been better trained in this area but they clearly were not as demonstrated by their lack of ability to take criticism and be accountable. To summarise, if you prefer to go on a cheap hot tub trip in Canary Wharf with poorly organised, rude staff whilst having smoke blown in your face throughout, please go ahead. Skuna, when responding to customer reviews, ensure your responses are accurate and not fabricated.

Amazing experience, and a very different and social way to get to know this London district. Our guide was really funny and social.

Super fun thing to do! We did the igloo boat tour, wouldn’t say it’s a tour as such though. Chocolate fondue was lovely. Our captain, Adam, was fab - just felt like an extra friend had joined us!

Adam was our driver! It was a pleasure to experience a chocolate fondant board on water amazing✨! Thank you so much had the best time!! Would 100% recommend!x

We had a hot chocolate fondue boat with our guide Adam. He gave us an awesome tour and explained the history of the area. We had a nice sugar rush before heading back to our hotel.

Beautiful experience, the food was awesome! We got as much food as we wanted since it is unlimited and there were many good options. Our guide Adam was really nice and friendly. The hot chocolate and the brownie were really good. Would 100% recommend and will probably return next time!

I just want to say, my wife and I had an amazing experience at your venue today, we were on a Igloo boat, for the 90 minutes experience, with our driver Callum for the first 30 minutes, and I want to thanks Callum for the great tour and great talk we had, it made our experience much more enjoyable!! then 45 minutes of pure calm environment, with music and an amazing food. great service, great food, great price, great staff!!

I would strongly advise against booking with Skuna Boats. The customer service is incredibly poor and the staff are extremely rude. I booked a Skuna BBQ boat for my birthday, but due to heavy rain, the activity couldn’t go ahead. My birthday passed, and when I contacted them to request a refund (as I didn’t want to reschedule), they refused. They showed no goodwill or understanding, even though the activity is only available for part of the year. I essentially had to beg for a fair outcome, but they were completely unhelpful and dismissive. For a company offering outdoor experiences, their lack of flexibility and empathy is unacceptable. Save yourself the disappointment – I would not recommend booking with Skuna Boats.

Had a great time on the sauna boat! I did it with friends and it was really fun. I have done the other boats too and it is always a good experience. I highly recommend it!

We were looking for something to do on the water for an experience with my dad and I stumbled on this. We opted for the BBQ boat and kept our fingers crossed for good weather. I emailed before booking to check how easy access onto the boat was as dad does have some issues with his hips. They were quick to respond and answered my questions efficiently. Drinks were purchased at the bar and considering we were in London I didn’t think the prices were bad. Once the captain had got his head round left is right and right is left he found the boat easy to manoeuvre. The area is restricted so you can’t go far but this means you only have to watch out for other Skuna boats and I liked the fact they haven’t crammed too many boats in so there is lots of room to manoeuvre. The burgers were excellent quality and the sides tasty. BBQ was clean and easy to use. A lovely relaxing way to spend a couple of hours and catch up with each other.

It was a good time. A relaxing float in the Thames. Great tour guy told us about some of the buildings as we passed them. A lot of people around watching us as we passed by. Much needed relaxation after a problematic arrival into London.

absolutely amazing, really warm tour guide and wonderful experience!! definitely recommend if you get the chance, the hot tub and margaritas are a 10/10 (and I’m Mexican so I can approve which are good margaritas)

What a great and unique experience! We had the pleasure of having Shreeya drive our boat and fill us in on the history of the places along the river. Water was warm, we were able to purchase cocktails to take with us. Loved it!

We had the most amazing experience with Skuna Boat in Canary Wharf! The whole adventure was unique and unforgettable, but what truly made it extra special was the incredible staff. Due to an unexpected situation, we ended up being one hour late, and we thought we had lost our chance. But thanks to Parnian and Kim, we were still able to go on the boat and enjoy the experience. It was my partner’s birthday, and they made it so memorable for us. They were so patient, kind, and friendly — we honestly felt like we weren’t celebrating alone. The whole experience was just perfect, and we are so, so happy we chose this for such an important day. We will definitely be back! A huge thank you again to the Skuna Boat team, especially Parnian and Kim, for making this day truly unforgettable.

It was like a private tub, being natural with nature and can see amazing buildings you should make a good memory 🌷

What an experience! Clean bathrooms, clean changing areas with complimentary lockers, water safe containers for your phones, plastic bags for wet bathing suits, a bar for drinks and just a relaxing boat ride with great views! Water was a perfect temperature! Highly recommend this experience!

We loved this! The setup is so smooth and simple and the team at the docks were brilliant. Drifting down the Thames with Canary Wharf looming above your head as you steer a boat of heated water you sit in was an experience of a lifetime and we had plenty of people waving and taking photos! The only thing that let the experience down, and this IS IN NO WAY THE FAULT OF THE TEAM AT SKUNA was you have to go under some bridges where people walk over your head, sadly some disgusting kid spat off the bridge at us as we headed back to docks. So just be warned you are of course still among people it is not a closed off area and sadly some people will want to ruin your experience. Again, not Skuna’s fault AT ALL, as they don’t control the public but just a warning to those going in future to maybe try and avoid going under bridges until there are less people. If we go again next time I will certainly approach bridges with caution. Apart from this we really enjoyed the day and it is an excellent experience.

We did the igloo boat and it was really unique and nice. The food was great and the staff were friendly. I would say there could be a few tweaks, such as more ventilation because it was hot (and we are from FL). Just know you just go in a small circle around a wharf, not onto the actual river. Definitely worth it though!

So I will start with the good things about this tour, the staff was generally very accommodating and friendly and the experience over all was fun. Negatives: I wouldn’t recommend going on this as a single. We went with a birthday party and it was awkward. I wish they had rented their own boat 😆. I also wish they had an extra staff to man the fire heating up the tub. We felt obligated to be in charge as we were near the fire station and the smoke kept blowing in my face and it gets annoying. I would recommend sitting on the opposite end! It was a unique experience that you will never forget!

What a fabulous afternoon! We booked what we thought was this mad idea some time ago for a group of 6 ladies 2 of whom were celebrating their 60th birthdays 🎈 We were also extremely lucky that the weekend in London we booked for our activities the weather was kind to us. We thought nothing of stripping off to our swimsuits in the middle of Canary Wharf and get into the hot tub boat!! Changing rooms are available so too are basic toilet facilities. We got into the boat, water was amazingly hot, nominated our captain, put our hats on and off we went sailing around West India Quay! People were waving, taking photos and videoing us having a great time singing g along to Rod Stewart in our boat ‘we are sailing’. We had a great afternoon. Staff were also very helpful. Thank you for helping to make such great memories!

Lots of fun and a novel way to see Canary Wharf with friends. Despite the chilly day we were very warm. Staff were very friendly.

Such fun! It was a stunning day but cold outside but the hot tub was incredibly warm. We had 6 girls in it and that was snug enough. I was captain and there is the water is heated with a stove at the front which you have to lower the chimney at one of the bridges. The route is set, through the docks and we got lots of smiles and waves from the pedestrians. A great an novel day out with friends.

Perfect for a date, or a fun time with friends. There is no better combination that hot water and outdoor river exploring. Great boat party, definitely worth your money, great and friendly staff

We went on the hot tub boat. What a laugh! Water was lovely and warm even though it was a cold day. We lucked out with amazing weather and it was a really fun way to spend time with friends. Think we were the oldest by far but would do it again. Staff were really friendly and it was well-organised. Good facilities.

I would really recommend this activity if you visit London for a few days, regardless of the weather. Even though there was a small bit of misty rain, it didn’t affect the fun with this activity. Slowly traversing down the Thames in the darkness while sitting in the comfort of the warm water was class. The staff were really welcoming and helpful
