Heathrow London Airport Transfer To City Center

The vendor could not get our details correct and kept sending us emails to confirm details. Then, our flight was delayed four hours and (after our overnight flight) the vendor emailed to say that due to our flight delay they couldn’t pick us up at Heathrow. When we asked for a reimbursement they responded that they had received $0 dollars and we needed to contact Viator. We did and Viator said the vendor denied the repayment. After an email exchange with Viator customer service and our own dispute via credit card company, we were reimbursed. No thanks to this rubbish vendor.

The bottom line is we got to where we needed to go so that's the good thing. The concerning part was how many times I interacted with people in advance about our special needs (a large vehicle for carrying an extra large piece of luggage) & the driver who came to pick us up still had the incorrect information and almost took us to the wrong place. I know it wasn't his fault; he had been given incorrect information. Because I had messaged with so many different people about this need of ours, it was disappointing to know we would have ended up in the wrong place if I hadn't been paying attention. When the driver stated where he thought we were supposed to go, I didn't understand him and initially agreed because I assumed he had the correct information. However I pulled out my paper and showed it to him just to verify and sure enough, he had been giving the wrong information. As I said, we ended up where we needed to go which is most important. However it just seemed like there shouldn't have been this potential huge mix-up when I had conversed with the company so many times prior to our trip. I would recommend using this company but I would tell whomever I was referring to be sure to make sure the driver is going to the right place.

Our flight was one hour late and it seemed to cause our Driver some amount of concern because he had other rides already scheduled that same afternoon. I had reached out ahead of time to the provider to let them know our flight was going to be one hour late. It’s not clear that my message to Viator made it all the way to the provider.

This was a ride for my daughter. The driver was wonderful - on time and polite. This was much appreciated by me since my daughter was in another country. I would definately reccoment.

Great experience driver helpful and friendly

Disappointing experience! Abdul, our driver, berated me for being late and causing him to lose another ride. Our flight was delayed getting into LHR and Customs was slow due to heavy holiday travelers. Why Abdul did not check our flight status is beyond me but any driver would have done that since it is common for flights to be delayed. Not my problem and I should not have been charged an extra 40 BP for it! Would not recommend!

We couldn’t find our driver upon exiting from customs. We waited for 30 minutes - full transparency, we got through much quicker than expected. After several messages and phone calls, we met up with our driver. He didn’t tell us his name or converse with us AT ALL. He sped through the airport to the car when we tried to keep up with our luggage. He drove us to the city for over an hour and a half and never said a word to us. After a rough car ride (brake/gas happy), he stopped just long enough to dump our luggage and he sped away. Overall, not the experience we thought we were signing up for. Next time, I would just take the train!

Driver was not at the designated location when we arrived. It was chaotic trying to connect with driver. It would have been easier to have taken an uber.

Very good service, our driver was good at communicating with us and was waiting as soon as our plan landed but did not rush us. Communication is through WhatsApp messaging and is very handy but she will call if you cannot respond. The car was beautiful and so clean with air con. Aline our driver was so helpful she called our apartment manager when we reached our destination as my phone wouldn't work properly. Definitely will be getting this service again.

Car arrived a few mins late due to traffic but we booked a people carrier and it didn’t arrive. A sedan arrived instead. Issue reported and no price change refund nor any apologies offered. It was a shame as the driver was nice, perhaps a little slow given that we were catching a plane but was okay.

Booked through Booking.com A transfer from airport the Recife Brazil para Porto de Galinhas. And return but on return they make me pay again for something that I already paid at the First place. Never again I will book any transfer through them.
