Heathrow Layover: London Tour In A Luxury Mercedes V-class

Our driver Haram, was an excellent driver and tour guide! We took the tour after a night flight from JFK. Haram was timely and super nice! He showed all the sights. Allowed for picture opportunities which will be our memories for years to come! Highly recommend this tour!

If you have all day or just a few hours this tour is perfect for however you need to make it. We had a wonderful driver that got us to everywhere we wanted to see in the short amount of time we had.

We were dreading a 9 hour layover and found this little jaunt into London! Our driver Harmon took us to all the important sites. We got out once or twice to take some photos. It was great to see the city and stretch our legs! Would 100% recommend for the convenience. If you are from the US you’ll need to apply for an ETA (permission to enter the country) to leave the airport. Apply several days before you go.

We booked this tour during our Heathrow stopover, and it was definitely the best way to spend a few hours instead of waiting at the airport. The driver arrived on time, was friendly, and made us feel comfortable from the start. We got to see some of London's famous landmarks, including Big Ben, Westminster, Buckingham Palace, and Tower Bridge, with enough time to stop for a few photos along the way. The car was clean and comfortable, and the whole trip was relaxed without ever feeling rushed. We made it back to Heathrow with plenty of time before our flight. I'd happily recommend this to anyone with a long layover and would book it again on a future trip.

We weren't sure if we'd have enough time during our layover, but everything worked out really well. The driver was very friendly and knew the city well. We managed to visit all the main landmarks and even stopped for a few photos. The car was comfortable, and the whole trip felt relaxed. We got back to the airport without any stress. I'd happily book this again if I have another long layover in London.

Make sure you plan your own route and take into consideration that transport to and from airport to sights in London can be 1-1 1/2 hours each way..

In just four hours, we managed to see some of London’s most iconic landmarks, including Tower Bridge, Westminster Abbey, and Buckingham Palace. The minivan used for the tour was in excellent condition, very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, adding to the overall quality of the experience.

The vehicle was very excellent, selection of the hotel & location was good, restaurants selected for meals were also very good. The captian was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Had a wonderful time with our driver Mr Mo. We saw some good highlight from the city especially the Buckingham Palace and London Bridge. Felt like a dream come true day. A quick gateway. Must recommend product if you are visiting London on a layover or otherwise.

We had about a 6-hour layover at Heathrow and decided to make the most of it by booking this 4-hour London stopover tour in advance — and it was honestly the best decision! Our driver met us right at the terminal, super friendly and professional, and the V-Class was clean and comfortable. We covered all the must-sees like Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Tower Bridge, and even got time for some great photos near St. James’s Park. What made it extra special was that our driver also took us to a few local gems like Neal’s Yard and Leadenhall Market — places we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own. We even stopped for a quick coffee and snack before heading back to the airport right on time. The whole experience felt smooth, safe, and well planned. For anyone with a few hours in London, this tour is absolutely worth it — it turned our layover into one of the best travel memories!

We booked this tour in advance knowing we had a 6-hour stopover, and honestly it was the best decision. Meeting our driver at Heathrow was simple and from there everything felt smooth and easy. The ride was comfortable and relaxing, just what we needed between flights. He took us to all the must-see places like Tower Bridge, Buckingham Palace and Big Ben, with plenty of time for photos, and also showed us some fun spots like Camden and Shoreditch that gave us a different vibe of London. The whole plan was managed so well that we never felt rushed, yet we got to see a lot. The best way to enjoy a layover.

We have hired chauffeurs in several countries and this was the worst! Customer service was terrible. Driver swapped last minute without notice and no one answered at the company. The driver that did arrive was nice, but wanted us to go to the uber spot when we were paying for airport chauffeur service because we had limited time and didn’t want to waste it being lost at LHR. His driving was reckless and we were terrified the entire time that we were going to crash and die. He didn’t run the AC the whole time and two of us were car sick. The van arrived with a scratch and dent. The driver did not plan a pick up point at our one and only stop in London so that was frustrating and chaotic. We should have hired an uber at half the price. Don’t waste your money.

Driver Abdul 5/5, the company itself/manager Abusheck 0/5. Firstly, they wanted to charge £200 to transport to a hotel outside of central London, the uber we took cost less than £50. Secondly, the booking site only allowed for the flight info for 1 person. When my friend and I landed, we realized that we were in 2 different terminals. They then told us that there would be a 50£ fee for that, in cash, even though it’s not listed anywhere on the booking page. It seemed like they were nickel and diming for everything even though the tour itself is already expensive. Thirdly, and most importantly, I sent an email through the same thread that was emailing me with updates and then the driver informed us that the manager would like for him to pull over and speak with us. The manager then over speaker spoke with the driver and told him that he received a negative email from the client (me) about him being late and the driver told the manager he was at the airport at 7:12a - the driver was not in the terminal when I got out of customs and I had to reach out to him to find out where he was which took over 15 mins to find him in the parking garage which is not what was told to me before arriving in London. The manager then started to berate me and my friend and told us that he would have the driver drop us off at the nearest tube station or gas station due to us sending a email “full of lies” to his contractor and that he’s been in business for 20 years and had never had someone lie on him and his company and that he’s would not be refunding us any money and would not be sending an email to explain why our tour is being cancelled and there was no one else we could talk to due to it being a Sunday morning. For reference the email I sent to the company asked for clarification of the fees and to inform them that the driver was late and that the timing for our tour was off due to this. I attached screenshots to my email that the manager claimed was full of lies and it included time stamps showing that the driver was not at the terminal when I arrived. I also took a video of the manager basically telling us he’s stealing our money. The driver did end up trying to make things right but the manager was absolutely the worst I’ve ever seen with an international tour for tourists.

I understand it’s Christmas and all but we booked this tour and paid in full.. A couple days before the tour they emailed me asking for over $200 more via PayPal as a surcharge for it being the holiday. We got to see a few sights and then when he dropped us off at the hotel he requested us to refund him the parking fee for picking us up at the airport. It’s literally a half day layover tour of London. Not worth the money or hassle

Our drover (Abby) was amazing - VERY professional, knowledgeable, safe, comforting, and keenly aware of our time, needs, and interests. He made sure we saw all the things we wanted to see, explained each and every point of interest, had a strong sense of understanding of the local history, and promptly got us to and from our arrival back to our departure point. He was very knowledgeable of the "best" photo op locations, and was an absolute pleasure to tour with.

After spending weeks going back and forth about our travel plans they cancelled on us the day before our trip. They left us stranded, we luckily found someone else to take us around, but had to pay double for the same service through someone else.

Tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly, had a good sense of humor. Only downside was he was 45 minutes late and we did not know what was going on. A heads up he was running late would have been great cause when in another country it’s great to be informed of status to ease anxiety. Other than that we had a great time

Our tour guide was excellent! Very knowledgeable! He took us wherever we wanted to go, stopped for lunch at a place of our choice, made very good recommendations on site seeing, food and bars and returned us to the airport in plenty of time to catch our next flight! We were able to extend the tour by a few hours with paying some additional money! We would definitely trust using this site and our guide Ahbi!

I am so impressed by the LHR stopover tour, that it was concise, enjoyable, informative, on-time and (almost) free. Our chauffeur/guide took us to a variety of sites with time to look around each place, and then in some places time to have a quick tea/coffe and explore alone.
