Admin was really great, very knowledgeable of the area and answered all of our questions with a bit of humor. Overall was a really great experience and would definitely book with him again!
This was a great experience for my family and I! Armin was a pleasure to rode with, very personable and knowledgeable. Our trips were on time and stress free! I would highly recommend his services!
We had a substantial delay and Armin Harris was amazing and waited for us and made our travel from Heathrow completely stress free. They waited and met us right when we came out of customs. He also gave us excellent advice and answered all of our questions during our drive. Highly recommend.
Armin was a delight as a driver! After our exhausting red eye flight, Armin made it so easy for us, contacting us as soon as we landed and ensuring no difficulties with luggage. He let us know exactly where we would meet him, and his promptness made our Heathrow exit a breeze. He forewarned us of heavy traffic, but we had such wonderfully engaging conversations that the time went by quickly as he drove us to our hotel, taking a scenic route and pointing out historic landmarks as we went. We are a family of four with a lot of luggage, yet the car ride was very comfortable. Armin is quite charming, engaging with both of our children learning about their interests as well as ours. We highly recommend Armin for your trip to/from Heathrow!
If you’re looking for a reliable, professional driver to get you to or from Heathrow and your hotel, you can’t go wrong with using Armin’s service. Armin was very attentive, polite and caring. Knowing our service was scheduled and reliable, took one worry off my mind and helped to make our trip so much better. Thank you, Armin, for your great service and communication.
We used Mr. Harris for our Christmas Holiday transportation to and from London Heathrow. He was friendly, courteous and very professional. He stayed in constant contact before and after our arrival making our transfers seamless. He had some nice recommendations for our visit as well. We highly recommend Mr. Harris and will use his services again for our next visit.
Armin was polite and courteous. Communication was excellent. I would highly recommend his service and will most definitely use this service the next time I am in London.
We, as well as other family members, used Armin for transfers between London Heathrow and Hampstead over the course of a month. Very reliable, personable and helpful. Always very responsive to communication and dealt easily with changes in plans that often occur. Would not hesitate to use Armin on future trips to London.
Armin is kind and easy to communicate with. The vehicle was clean and well appointed. We met with him at the airport and he drove us to our hotel.
Armin was an absolutely excellent driver. On time, communicative, and very friendly. He even anticipated a traffic disruption caused by a protest and proactively contacted us to move up our pick up time.
My husband had contacted Armin Harris before we left the US. Armin responded right away and he was given our arrival time and date. When we arrived at Heathrow airport, Armin was there to greet us right away! He made us feel so welcome! We were tired from flying all night and it was such a relief to have him take care of us, handling our luggage for us. The care was very comfortable and we were able to sit back and just enjoy a great conversation with Armin while taking in the scenery. Armin is such a warm person that we immediately felt like we had known him for years. It is rare to find a driver that makes you feel that way as most are friendly but there is little conversation. We felt so safe as he drove us into London to our hotel. We enjoyed the whole experience so that we made reservations for him to drive us back to Heathrow at the end of our stay.
Armin was great. We used him for both pickup and return to Heathrow. He was one-time, courteous and professional. He was also very personable and provided is with lots of information about London. Since our return flight was delayed, Armin offered to take us to Windsor and drove past Windsor Castle. We highly recommend Armin for your next trip to London!
Armin is truly the very best! He always showed up early and was very good about contacting us to confirm everything throughout our trip. He is also one of the most friendly/nice person you will ever meet. Not only will we always use him if we go back to England but we will be sure to refer him to all of our family and friends moving forward.
Excellent service. Armin was very kind, and he provided helpful advice on the best places in London to seek out. Look forward to traveling with him again!
I’ve lined up many airport transfers for my family and other families. Armin is by far the most reliable, friendly and has amazing communication. He will always be my goto for all transfers in London. I love it when people put love into what they do. This is Armin! Thank you for all you do!
Armin is the best driver! He picked us up from Heathrow and got us through the hectic maze of London to our hotel near Tower bridge in a short time. He also gave us a lot of useful information about where to shop, as well as places to avoid. Highly recommend!
Great attitude and very friendly. The drive gave us a chance to familiarize ourselves with the city as we started our trip. Vehicle is very well maintained and Armin was great with our kids as well.
The driver was so fantastic. Graciously accommodated air flight delay, was on time waiting for us and was very friendly and helpful.
I'm so thankful we went with Armin! He meet us at the airport and was so patient when I accidentally met at the wrong location (long flight!). He helped with our bags, was incredibly friendly with the kids, and offered us all types of touristing tips and tricks. We couldn't have found a better driver, you can book with confidence.
Excellent driver ! Very friendly and professional. Proactive in all senses. I do recommend his services. The one hour drive to Heathrow airport felt like 10 minutes.
So helpful!! Exceptional service and so kind! Easy communication, timely and such a nice welcome to London!
For our families trip to Harry Potter and the Cursed Child theatre , we sought advice from TripAdvisor to navigate the city's transportation choices. TripAdvisor lived up to expectations and proved to be a reliable source of guidance. Among the numerous transport services we've utilized, Oakleaf’s distinguished itself as an exceptional option. The vehicle we were provided with was not just spotlessly clean but also exceptionally comfortable. Armin, our driver, demonstrated remarkable patience, friendliness, and helpfulness throughout the journey, playing a pivotal role in shaping our overall positive experience. We extend our sincere gratitude to Oakleafs and Armin for their contributions to a trip that will be fondly remembered and thoroughly enjoyed. Our grandson and granddaughter loved the fact they could watch Harry Potter movie on the way there and back. Many thanks. Michael
