I can't say enough about these guys. We had a decent sized group on a 2 week vacation. As you can imagine we had a ton of luggage given the length of our trip. I thought for sure my many emails asking questions would have driven them crazy but they were extremely patient with me and helped me coordinate not only our transfer to Southampton but its return as well. Our driver was amazing. He was waiting for us after we collected our luggage. He gathered 2 pieces from us and we all then walked to the large van we had ordered. He put all our luggage in the back of the van as we got into the van. The van was very comfortable and our driver was a very good driver. He stopped at our first hotel and dropped off some of our group and then continued on to our hotel. Thank you to a wonderful driver and a great experience.

It was a very long walk from the gate to the baggage claim area at London Heathrow Airport. It took us one hour to get to the meeting point from the time the plane landed until seeing my driver holding a sign with my name on it. Our driver was professionally dressed, friendly and quickly escorted us to his Tesla. The passenger area in the back of a Tesla is not the most comfortable for my 6 foot tall 200lb husband. We had an hour and a half ride from LHR to Southampton. Otherwise, excellent experience!!
