I honestly cannot recommend this service enough. My trip to London started with a very stressful and unexpected situation because my accommodation was suddenly cancelled after I arrived. I was exhausted from a long international flight and carrying luggage for a one-year stay, so I felt completely overwhelmed at first. From the moment I arrived, they treated me with genuine care, patience, and kindness. The driver went far beyond what anyone would normally expect helping me stay calm, checking on my safety, guiding me around the city, helping with my luggage situation, and even helping me think about accommodation options while I was struggling to settle in London. As someone arriving alone in a new country, that kind of support means so much more than people realize. They did not treat me like “just another customer.” They treated me like a real person who needed help, and I will honestly never forget that. Because of their support, I now feel like I am settling into London much more comfortably despite all the unexpected problems at the beginning. Their professionalism, warmth, and humanity truly made a huge difference in my experience. If anyone is visiting London, especially for the first time. Our driver, Siva, was prompt to pick us up at the Heathrow airport and took us to our Hotel, the Sofitel. What usually is an hour and a half trip turned into a 3 hour trip at no fault of Siva. The King was attending Parmliamemt that day and numerous roads were closed all around our Hotel. Siva was persistent in finding. Way and was very calm having to deal with the extreme traffic conditions that day. I recommend Siva and his company.

Communication was very clear and professional before the trip, the driver was punctual, friendly and easy to find at Gatwick Airport, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable for our group of 5 passengers with luggage. We also had a last-minute hotel address correction during the journey and they handled it with no problems, which we really appreciated. Very reliable airport transfer service and good value for money. We would definitely use them again.

Our experience with this airport transfer service was very disappointing. The driver was careless with our luggage — he kept the bag in the trunk without even lowering the handle, which could have easily damaged it. When we politely asked him to please be careful with the luggage, his response was, “Do it yourself.” I was shocked by his attitude and didn’t want to risk him breaking our suitcases and carry-ons, so we ended up handling the bags ourselves. For an airport transfer service, I expected basic professionalism and respect for customers’ belongings. Unfortunately, this experience was far from that.

Kurv London informed us of the driver's name in advance and how many minutes he was from the hotel. We were able to leave 20 minutes earlier than scheduled and arrived at the airport without stress. A big thank you to you and our driver.
