Service Coverage
This service is valid one-way between Heathrow Airport and Central London. Please note that our standard pick-up and drop-off service covers Central London only. Locations in North-East, East, and South-East London fall outside this area and may be subject to an additional fee. Luggage Allowance
Our fleet is designed to accommodate both passengers and their luggage comfortably. Allowances per vehicle type are:
Saloon: Up to 2 passengers, 2 large/medium suitcases + 2 carry-ons.
MPV: Up to 4 passengers, 4 large/medium suitcases + 4 carry-ons.
Large MPV: Up to 6 passengers, 6 large/medium suitcases + 6 carry-ons.
Executive: Up to 2 passengers, 2 large/medium suitcases + 2 carry-ons.
Luxury: Up to 2 passengers, 2 large/medium suitcases + 2 carry-ons.
Each passenger may also bring one personal item, such as a handbag or backpack.
Oversized Luggage: Items such as surfboards, golf clubs, bicycles, foldable or non foldable mobility scooters may not fit in standard vehicles. Please inform us in advance so we can recommend a suitable vehicle.
If your total luggage exceeds the allowance for your booked vehicle, an upgrade to a larger vehicle will be mandatory for comfort and safety.
It is therefore very important that you inform us of the exact number and size of your bags in advance. Please read the luggage information carefully, as sending an unsuitable vehicle may result in your luggage not fitting.
Service Limitations
We are not liable for missed or cancelled flights. If your flight is cancelled or diverted, this will be treated as a cancellation by the passenger, and will not be eligible for a refund. A new booking will be required.
Please ensure you provide the correct flight number and estimated time of arrival (ETA) at the time of booking, as we use this information to actively monitor your flight.
We are not liable for issues resulting from an incorrect flight number being provided.
Flight Reschedules: If the passenger changes to a different flight, date, time, or airport, the passenger must inform us as soon as possible. Accommodating the change depends on driver and vehicle availability. An additional fee may apply. This applies to changes made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up.
If we are unable to confirm or provide your booked transfer due to driver or vehicle unavailability, you will receive a full refund.
Gratuities are not included in the fare and remain at your discretion.

When I order a meet and greet, I expect the driver to have a sign and be waiting on me not me waiting on the driver. Everything was great, vehicle, luggage space and his driving except the first impression which wasn't the best. Lastly, the driver never said anything the entire way in the car but he did help with the luggage

This was a perfect (albeit expensive!) way to see all the greatest hits of London in a very short time. Our driver Petru was knowledgeable and very accommodating. He told us a little about each place we visited but wasn’t in “tour guide mode.” This was totally our speed, but if you are expecting a four hour-long history narration then perhaps this isn’t what you are looking for. I have lived in London and have visited with my husband, but this was the first trip to London for my kids (ages 9 & 11) so this tour was particularly great for them. We got to see so much and took great photos. All in all, if you can afford it, do it! Much better than waiting in an airport lounge for 10 hours. And we were back in plenty of time for our flight to Rome. Cheers, Petru! Thank you from our family for a memorable day.
