I had an absolutely fantastic experience on the Arsenal Stadium Tour! Everything was exceptionally well organised, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional throughout. The tour was incredible, offering a fascinating insight into the club’s history and a dream come true for any Arsenal supporter. A special thank you to Gina from the ticket sales team for her outstanding customer service and Alexandra for capturing some amazing pictures that I will cherish forever. Great stadium tour nice history
For a arsenal fan all the way from Australia it was a great experience and even the family enjoyed it
As an Arsenal fan, the Emirates Stadium tour was always going to be on the list. The stadium itself is genuinely impressive — modern, iconic, and the museum content is excellent. Walking through the home dressing room and seeing the trophy cabinet was a real highlight. But here's the honest truth — we also did the Chelsea Stamford Bridge tour on the same trip, and the difference was stark. The self-guided format at Arsenal felt impersonal. You're handed a device and left to wander. There's no energy, no laughs, no connection. Compare that to Stamford Bridge where a brilliant guide brought the whole experience to life — and we're an Arsenal family! The Emirates is a better stadium. No question. But a stadium tour isn't just about the building — it's about the experience. And on that front, Chelsea wins. Arsenal — take note. Your fans deserve better than a self-guided audio tour. Hire some great guides, give people the moment of walking out that tunnel with someone who cares, and you'll have something truly special. Still worth doing as an Arsenal fan. But it could be so much more.
Incredible experience especially as someone who is a newbie’s fan of Arsenal football ball team. Amazing.
Talking with staff was even more informative than the audio guide, which was good too. We went by the old stadium which the staff recommended!
Absolutely can’t deny that any trip to the Emirates is majorly cool and it was amazing to see the parts of the tour at our own pace. Walking out of the tunnel to the pitch was a memory I will never forget😍 However, there wasn’t all that much to do and the self-guided audio wasn’t the best. We got round very quickly and felt “was that it?”. I think if we were to do it again we would book a guided version to hear interesting facts etc from an expert. One thing to note - during our tour there was a bag left unattended noticed by security. They acted very quickly to evacuate the immediate area so they could check the contents (it was harmless - someone had innocently left it). We were very happy to see the security take things seriously and act in the best interests of everyone in the area. Very impressed.
Even though I ain’t an arsenal fan was great experience to do with my the Mrs who is one. Shout to Jon for making us laugh for a good while 10min and also the history!
Great self-guided tour. Let's you go at your own pace and the audio tour is done very well. Staff all around were extremely friendly and helpful.
So lovely to physically be at the Emirates after only seeing the stadium on TV. My son's a die hard Gunners fan so for him to had the opportunity to visit was memorable.
Disappointed with my photo package at the end. Lady mentioned that their was a problem with their system we couldn't see the photo with the Premier league trophy. But mentioned if we purchased it we would be able to see it. To my disappointment when I opened up the QR there was no photo with the PL Trophy which was the most important photo of the bunch.
It was great finally visiting the Emirates with my family. The experience was worth the fees. Took lots of pictures and made memories to last a while.
Bathrooms are at the end of the tour, which is pretty inconvenient. Mini tour guides are helpful along the tour, helping with pictures and directions.
A bit disappointed, unfortunately. As a lifelong Arsenal fan, I had never done the tour before so I was looking forward to it since gifted it a while ago. I saved the opportunity to wait until the end of the season to see if we would be champions, and to my joy, it came true! I couldn't wait to see inside the stadium, but mostly to see the trophy. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. We arrived and they were setting up for a concert or something on the pitch, meaning we couldn't get pitch side or to the dugout. We didn't get to see the trophy, and I'm sure we missed out on other areas as well, looking at other people's pictures that have been shared. I feel a little bit let down and short changed after waiting 22 years to see us lift the title. I was looking forward to it so much, but I just feel a bit deflated
You could do this at your own pace which was nice and the staff were very friendly
The Emirates Stadium tour on a non-match day is worth a visit! Having the freedom to explore the changing rooms, walk down the players' tunnel, and sit in the dugout at your own pace with the audio guide is brilliant. The museum is a fantastic bonus, and reasonably priced, but not cheap. Probably better value for football fans!
Was in town for spurs game so decided to do both stadium tours. I really wished id had done the Arsenal one first because its a great stadium but i was comparing it too much to Spurs stadium and the Spurs stadium is just outstanding. 2 downsides to this tour compared to spurs tour. 1st I had a heavy backpack. Spurs stored it for me. Arsenal made me humph it around with me. JEEEZ !! 2nd it wasnt a guided tour. It was an audio headset. Again i dont think this would be a problem if i had done this one first. The stadium is great and i did enjoy it. Its just spurs spoilt it for me by being so good LOL.
Amazing experience at the Emirates stadium and museum. This was a Christmas gift and well worth it as a Gunner’s fun. Even would recommend for non-Arsenal fans. The tour was very clear and guided using an audio guide, getting a real flavour of all the facilities and pitch. You get a real feel of the club and the prestige. The museum was also informative and well directed. Highly recommend!
Enquired about a tour by using Arsenals contact us online form. Nobody from Arsenal bothered to respond to us by email or by phone. So we decided to visit Arsenal’s north London neighbours Tottenham, and had a very enjoyable tour at their amazing stadium.
Amazing experience! Loved every part of it! The tour was nice and the museum was brilliant for any arsenal fan. The shop was brilliant too. My only downfall would be that there was nowhere at all available to get a drink on the whole tour and the museum so that was hard but overall definitely recommended x
It was a very interesting tour especially for my son who is a huge football fan. He felt like he was part of the club.
The tour was impressive, well organized and the staff is very friendly and helpful, it was amazing to get to see the areas the Arsenal players change and play, a wonderful experience
Amazing tour of the stadium. You really get to see most everything! I was however disappointed that the pitch tunnel and dugout were temporarily closed. Other than that, a great experience
This is a real treat for any Arsenal fan; however, be warned…We were not able to see the Dressing Rooms, Offices, Players Tunnel or get on the pitch because of a press event. For me, those were the most important parts of the tour. Still a must do, but would have liked a heads up in advance.
If you love football and love history this tour is amazing, showing and telling the unique history of one of the oldest teams in Europe.
My Son enjoys European football and looked up this tour for us to do while visiting London. This tour entails the history of the team and access to the stadium, trophies etc. The tour guy even through some humor while showing us around. It was an enjoyable time.
Touring stadium was amazing. Very thorough even though there wasn’t an actual tour guide. It was easy to to your and very informative. Great experience.
Easy to get to comfortable paddes sests. Grest view grest atmosphere. Best stadium for food and drink. Plus tge football.
If you’re an Arsenal fan its a must do no questions asked. Its an amazing part of history that all Gunners should know. Highly recommend to all football fans.
Staff was friendly, and you can have an overall look at the stadium but i found it a bit short.. also, my ticked sayd dutch language but there wasnt.
I went from Spurs's stadium to the Emitates and I was so disapointed. No tour guide they only give you a device with pre-recorded information, mine broke twice on the way round. The museum was so difficult to find I had to walk around the stadium twice. Then it was small, felt the information was crampped and missed out a lot of the history.
I went for the stadium tour with my 13 year old son who is an ardent footballer himself. So impressed by the tour. The tour itself with the audio guide is very comprehensive taking you through the players, members as well as the directors" experiences. The assistants are also extremely friendly and helpful.
As you walk into the diamond club it is a great view of the pitch. Walking thru the players tunnel to the field was great also.
Disappointing that we had to queue for access and it was a long one. When you go for a day with other activities plan it was difficult. Not as good as the other stadiums yours we have been on
a very good trip for arsenal fans u can go to the changing roo, stand and the player tunnel to take pictures
The tour was great and concise. Very short and just the way we wanted it. The stadium is beautiful and my football loving son enjoyed every moment!
I was able to access so many different parts of the stadium as well as the more obvious areas. Arteta’s office was very big ( I assume so he can run around it as he does pitch side). The difference between the home and away dressing rooms is always interesting in any modern stadium.
The stadium, ot was amazing to behold, definitely worthwhile and enjoyed every bit, emirates is a very nice stadium
Amazing tour. Very informative and loved every minute of it. Better than expected. Would do it again.
A must do if you are an Arsenal fan! Being able to see the dressing rooms and the players entrance to the field was fantastic.
Has its own tube stop (Arsenal), easily reachable via metro. The ticket is open so once paid for online, can visit within 2 months so just need to turn up whenever have time - no need to fix day or time, they will redeem the ticket and off you go! It’s a self guided tour starting from with the mega store. My son bought a brand new kit, they even have changing rooms designed like a football goal post / pitch. The stadium is high quality and an enjoyable experience. The museum is separate and quite small. The souvenir photo is very convincing and easily can spend up to £30 for a massive folder with pics showing like a newspaper article of being signed up for Arsenal.
My son loves stadium tours so we took the opportunity to visit the emirates during half term. It was £50 for the two of us. The staff were very friendly but there were a lot of them and many of them didn’t seem to be adding anything. There’s no human guide. You take yourselves round with the help of a small electronic guide thing, a few A4 signs stuck in the walls and barriers. You start in an underground car park and go past loads of empty offices with card board boxes on the floor. It’s slightly tatty wherever you go. There’s a few dead ends when you miss the sign and have to come back. There’s a museum too which is kind of claustrophobic, like a series of freight containers buried underground. The main problem was that we’d visited the Ethiad in Manchester a few months before and that is a top notch experience with an experienced, true City fan as your guide. They add lots of fun stories and facts as you go round. Additionally, everything there was immaculate and impressive and it was the same price. I would honestly give the emirates tour a miss, save your money. The stadium looks great from outside but inside it’s a bit dog-eared and tired and you don’t learn much.
Hearing the history of the team. Touring the different areas including the team areas. Seeing the time capsule and the current team picture.
Must do for a Gooner! Very easily to navigate tour and so much to see at emirates. The pitch is amazing and so much history to view and experience
Highly recommended for anyone very interesting seeing a top football stadium up close & behind the scenes. Helen our host was excellent very knowledgeable & welcomed plenty of questions.
My grandson is a huge futbol fan so seeing the lockers and the managers office was a thrill. The gift shop was well stocked.
Myself and my son did the stadium tour and it was brilliant. My son is a huge arsenal fan and really enjoyed it and was very overwhelmed. You really do see a lot for the money you pay. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The shop was great too cost me a lot but he did get carried away 😂. The clothing quality is brilliant. Will definitely be returning.
My kid had a good time, except the fact that the audio device was not user friendly. It also should put kids under consideration.
My London pass expired by a few hours and the staff still managed to arrange a stadium tour and i did not have to pay anything.
We (5 adults) recently went on a match day tour of emirates stadium and it did not quite live up to expectations! It seemed rushed, it was barely an hour! Our tour guide lacked charisma and there was no personal interaction with any of our large group! Eg where are people from etc ! The highlight is certainly the ground itself! The experience in the shop afterwards was chaotic!!! Lots of staff but many really not knowing what was going on. We were told different things by different staff! My son bought a jersey and wanted it printed and it was so confusing about where to pay for what!!! Lastly though the museum was very good and the staff there a stand out!
