- Each vehicle includes a set luggage allowance. A flat £15 charge applies for reasonable excess luggage carried in the passenger compartment, subject to driver discretion and vehicle capacity limits.
- Cruise pickups include 60 mins free waiting time from your scheduled pickup. If additional waiting is required, charges apply: £15 (0–15m), £20 (16–30m), £25 (31–45m), £30 (46–60m), £40 (61–90m).
Duration: 1 hour 55 minutesOnce a passenger has booked a journey from Dover Cruise Port to Heathrow, We are first checking the Cruise name, disembarking dates and times to confirm the booking. We also check passenger flight number to clarify your Heathrow drop off terminal.
On the day of transfer, our driver will hold passenger name board by the cruise disembarking gates. Dover has 2 terminals but we can identify the cruise terminal via your given cruise operator.

Had a very comfortable stress free ride in a Mercedes to Heathrow with an EXCELLENT driver. He would have been quiet if I needed that, but we ended up having a great conversation about our shared interest in cars, the differences in lifestyle between Europe and the US, and all kinds of interesting topics. I find it so great to see other people’s perspective. Also I was picked up promptly at the cruise terminal at the time requested in the booking and the driver provided bottled water and offered to stop for any needs on the way. I did not need to take advantage of stopping but it was very nice to know I had that flexibility!
Would definitely use this company again for transport. The communication with APL prior and from the driver was excellent and very helpful. Arrived early and let us know, which worked out great since we were able to disembark earlier than anticipated. Professional & friendly driver. We were traveling with 6 Adults and two children. They provided a booster & car seat.

Be sure to understand that the 8 people van with 8 pcs of luggage is all the van will hold. If you have less passengers, it is still the one set price per vehicle.

Five of us were comfortable in a nice vehicle that held us and all our luggage. Great driver and great service!

The driver was on time and waiting for us when we disembarked from the ship. Got us to the airport on time. We will definitely use them again when we are in England.
After initially confirming, and excepting payment, The driver canceled at the last minute, leaving 15 of us stranded at the port. We had a two hour ride scheduled to get to Heathrow airport in order to make a flight back home. It ended up costing hundreds of dollars more to get us all there on time.

Ultimately, we were also able to pay Since there is no option to pay at the time you schedule, only by email afterwards. We went to the pick up site after a nine day cruise, and there were no cars there to take us to the airport for a flight home. We had 15 adults and one child to transport. Come to find out, Viator had canceled our reservation due to no resources. They did not contact us until an hour before time to leave. They did so via email knowing that we had no service on the ship. Terrible experience that almost made us miss our flight and cost us hundreds of dollars to transport everyone to the airport. Unreliable service, poor customer service and overall poor management of resources.

Our driver Serkan Macit was very patient when the gangway to our ship was broken and we were late. He was compassionate and patient with us and made us feel better. He met us with a sign, communicated by text and phone while he was waiting for us, he loaded our luggage, his car was clean and comfortable and he is a safe driver. He was very patient with my screaming four-year-old.
I am so glad we opted for this over the Disney shuttle. The Disney shuttle ended waiting for a lot of people because people were stuck on the ship and we would have missed our flight. This was an amazing private transfer for less than the cruise lines charge. Highly recommend..
