Driver Shaz was very friendly, welcoming & helpful taking photos for us before the tour started & providing info, or answers to any questions we had - driving was smooth & safe - felt like we were floating through the streets of London. Cheers Shaz 👏 🥇
Finding the initial pickup spot from our hotel was very frustratingly. Need clearer directions for 1st time visitors who are not familiar with the bus system.

There are 3 major Hop on Hop off providers. This one is the least crowded, lots of seats. HOWEVER! It is nearly impossible to find the schedule or the stops and there are only 3 routes for City Sightseeing... Big Bus and Original Hop On are two others with schedules, routes and buses EZ to find. We never saw the Buckingham Palace on this one. We saw everything we want3ed to see except Buckingham Palace.
I thought this was a great first day tour. It gave you a great view of everything in London. The head phones were great. It was a bit longer that I thought. Probably because I was tired from my 19 hour flight.
For a first-time visitor, you can't beat the Hop on Hop Off experience. Though some of the audio outlets were not functional.
It's a good way to see a lot and decide where you want to spend more time. The audio was very informative.
We had a lovely experience exploring London on the sightseeing bus. It was a great way to see some of the city’s most famous attractions and enjoy the beautiful views along the way. The hop-on hop-off option was really convenient, especially when visiting London as a tourist. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience and a lovely way to discover the city. Highly recommended!
We had a fantastic experience on the hop-on hop-off London sightseeing tour! Saud Q helped us purchase our tickets and explained the tour very clearly. With four different tour companies operating, he kindly made sure we boarded the correct bus, which was really helpful. The audio guide was excellent, and we enjoyed seeing London’s famous landmarks. Thanks to Saud Q for his friendly service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting London!
Would highly recommend this trip. I was tight on time, so didn’t want a hop on, hop off booking, so booked a 2.5 hour trip around the sites. I thought the price was reasonable and the tour visited the main attractions in London. The booking process was easy and the website was really clear on the different options available. Very happy with the experience.

Alberto on Duncannon street took great care of me and my friends who were visiting - I Iive locally but had friends come from Ireland and he gave us the best advice on how to proceed with the tour and where to go - and I often see hi there Saturdays when I am around town and he is always so cheerful and happy.
Very nice option to see the highlights of London without having to walk all over the city itself. Nice option to get off whenever we wanted. Would definitely recommend to others.
The bus experience was what we needed. We were able to jump on and off at different locations. There was not a lot of audio commentary but some basics to listen to. Our biggest issue was we didn’t receive any information to tell us how to actually use the purchase. There are lots of hop on and off companies all using the same stops. We had to call to figure out what bus and we also didn’t know that someone from the company has to scan your code and print a ticket which then meant they were frustrated we were holding up the bus. If you are going to provide a service then you need to communicate how to use it. There also is an app that we had to research to find as it was never in any of the information.
The Hop on Hop Off Bus in London was a great experience. We saw the sites in an accessible and comfortable manner. We also took a river cruise that was amazing. Big props to Viviana the agent who helped us book the tour. She was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Easily acceptable. The narration was great and we learned alot. The driver was very helpful. There was so much to see.

The link sent for the voucher would not open. When I was finally able to connect with customer service the day was half gone and the pdf they sent didn’t have a meeting point shown. I’m sure the Hop on Hop off worked great but the Viator service didn’t. I’n the future I’ll find another service
This was the worst experience we've had in London. We ended up losing 3 hours of our holiday standing around because routes were cancelled and no buses were running. Other tours were running, Big bus and Hop on hop off. To make matters worse, the staff on the street kept telling us a bus would arrive "in 2 minutes," which was completely untrue. Zero accountability and terrible service. Save your money and use the regular TfL public buses instead.
The communication with City Sightseeing bus tours is extremely poor. I recommend NOT using this company We waited at a bus stop for over an hour. When we tried to check the service updates, there was nothing about that stop being passed by. We saw other company buses pass two or three times. When we walked to the next stop, they suggested there was a service update but could not show it. The field agents could not communicate directly with the main office or the buses. The app sucks. There was no staff person at Green Park, which is a major stop in London. I would not recommend using this company, although their partners that provided the night bus and the boat trip were very competent.
The wait time at stops is long and the lack of communication from ppl with red coats was unprofessional
We had a horrible experience. The busses did not run as frequently as other companies. One driver stopped but would not let anyone on, another “paused” at a stop but did not take on passengers. We had a “we are running ahead of schedule” stop for ten minutes that seemed totally nonsensical. It took so long to get to our intended stop that we had to take an expensive cab back to our hotel because the buses had finished for the day. AND they never responded to our message on the app. I paid for two days but did not try again the second day. This was a total waste of money.
Watch out for the bus drivers some are so rude. They don’t want to help you. I paid for two days finally found the stop on the second day
The bus was fine , the traffic in London was not!! Remember to jump on and off and can walk ahead of a few stops…
Definitely don’t book this trip before you have spent a couple of days searching out and exploring London. Because you will fail like we did. Too hard to get on line and see where you are going. Easy to get LOST. Too hard to navigate. Too hard to order an Uber. Sooooooo stressful. And we speak English.

Have absolutely zero idea why I’d purchase this. Didn’t even end up going because there’s literally just zero place where it says to meet or get on.
Paid £70 for 2 tickets. Waited over an hour and a half for a bus and gave up in the end. Other sightseeing buses are much more regular. They come every 20 to 30 mins.
The City Sightseeing bus was the worst hop on, hop off bus tour I have ever gone on. I have traveled extensively and always used the Big Bus HoHo. I waited at the scheduled pick up bus stop for over one hour and it never showed up so I moved to another stop and waited another 30 min. After waiting for 1 1/2 hr it finally showed up. Due to the London traffic we got off an hour later and walked the rest of the way. There were at least 4 Big Buses for every one City Sightseeing buses. I would never recommend using this company for London.
So confusing because there are several different Hop On Hop Off buses. The 1 I booked was only good for about 2 hours whereas the other HOHO buses were good for the entire day. Very aggressive salespeople. We were buying tickets for the HOHO Big Bus when the salesman came over and started injecting himself into our transaction and had to be told to get lost. Too many different kinds of HOHO buses under the HOHO umbrella.
Barely missed there bus and then waited 45 for another. Gave up and went with another tour. Too long of wait
Very slow moving around due to traffic and diversions. Full buses and not a lot of room. Tour audio also was not synced up with where we actually were driving.
I book the ticket with Said. The tour was really good. highly recommended
Sitting at Stop 54 for 30 min. Opened app to see if bus was approaching. Showed one. Then it showed it went by. Contacted Chat. Nothing! Terrible customer service. Terrible app. Terrible company. Don't ruin your day like they did to me

The loop is very long and there are lots of points of interest along the way. Very good value for money!

A great experience exploring London at our speed. The bus driver was informative and made sure we got off at the next step. Even in the London rain he brought sunshine to our day.
No seats on top of bus and the river cruise is basically an hour of waiting to get on and then just waiting at different stops for people to get on an d off. Never again
Don’t do this on a Friday. Been stuck in traffic most of the afternoon in a housing area. Bus driver a grump , no headphones given to us and none on bus. Also we realised now we look at trip advisor we were overcharged £10 each for a simple ticket by street ticket booth. So £90 quid lighter and we stuck in Southwark for an hour. Not fun.
The audio was not in sync with the location we were passing. So we heard about a site long before we passed it and were trying to view the site while listening to the information on the next location. The bus was comfortable, but not clean. It was an average experience.
There are 4 different hop on hop off companies that operate in London. It’s very confusing as to which bus was ours. It was difficult to find the stops. Also they should tell you to bring wired earbuds so you can plug in and hear the audio. Would not book this again
I had an enjoyable bus tour all around Central London, we saw Big Ben, the Shard, trafalgar sqaure, hyde park we used ythe earphones we were given as a guide which was very good, we could hop off the bus anywhere you wanted we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
