Andy was very knowledgeable about history and added in a lot of personal facts that we wouldn’t have learned otherwise. He was a friendly.

Nathan was amazing! Knowledgeable, energetic, not just reciting facts. He drew you in by his enthusiasm. I am glad we chose the private vs the audio tour. I understand there has been some back and forth regarding allowing private guides. I am team private guide....and we had a gem with Nathan.

We were 2 families with 4 teenagers and this tour with Jeremy was our favorite of the whole 12 day trip in 2 countries. He was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic, even the teens were engaged. He showed us so many little things that not just any tour would show you and he had great recommendations for not just food but where to take the best pictures and things to make our trip more enjoyable and authentic. If I come back I’m booking as many tours as possible with Jeremy.

Took this tour recently with husband. We are both WWII history buffs so decided to take this tour while in London. We had our tour with Andy and just one other couple. While the small group was nice, we felt the guided tour was unnecessary after we got into the Churchill museum. We didn’t learn much more from the guide verses what we would have learned using the audio guide in the museum. This was a very dry, costly tour that was a waste of time and money. Live and learn.

Jake was a fabulous guide! He had a tremendous grasp of the history leading up to England’s involvement in WW2, as well as Churchill’s role and command during the war. As we toured the rooms he shared wonderful insights into the people behind the English defense during the war. He also shared details regarding Churchill’s personality and how that affected his leadership. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. He far exceeded our expectations!

Babylon Tours London offered a guided experience with historian Jake Clifford and it was a spectacular experience. Meeting at the Churchill statue in Parliament Square offered an easy way to connect and begin the tour. Throughout the 2 hour tour we learned an incredible amount of history related to London during the war, Churchill and his family, the government challenges and inner workings, and his cabinet. The war rooms were a site to see. Jake made the experience memorable through his knowledge and passion.

Hands down, this is the best tour my husband and I have ever been on. Our tour guide Guy, was amazing. He was personable, entertaining and extremely knowledgeable. We both learned so much. We were also fortunate enough to be the only two people on the tour. I was surprised that it wasn’t canceled. Instead we had a wonderful and meaningful afternoon.

Guy was THE BEST tour guide for this experience! He is incredibly knowledgeable and is passionate about Churchill and the experiences of World War II. Guy clearly communicated the seriousness of what Churchill experienced but also added some humor. My daughters and I would highly recommend this tour! Our only disappointment was that there was not another tour to book with Guy. He was truly fantastic!

This was a terrific tour that I would highly recommend. Our guide Guy brought the history to life in a way that we could not have gotten from walking through the museum on our own. He brought an energy and passion that was contagious, and moved at the perfect pace. He patiently answered all of our questions and was highly knowledgeable.

Our guide, Nathan, was great! Very easy to talk with and super informative regarding Churchill’s life. The tour was very interesting however a lot of people had the same idea we did, so it was very crowded. That was our only complaint - too many people all trying to look at the same displays. Our family was still happy that we went and Nathan definitely made the experience much more enjoyable!
