Megan was incredibly knowledgeable in the facts and history of London. The tour was engaging and informative. We were group of business colleagues together, with different backgrounds and interests and everyone enjoyed the tour. Thank you!

We love Megan! She is such a great tour guide. Knowledgeable , witty and charismatic 🙏
Angel was amazing! We loved her!! Great personality. She served us well!! Amazing personality 😊
It was worth the price I paid! Great guide!
Excellent tour and Megan was a great guide with excellent facts. Highly recommended.
Megan was amazing guide! She explained a lot of historical parts of London
The tour was amazing and Megan was the best part of it .
It was so interesting. Megan is an amazing guide!
Very nice experience. We loved it. The food and drinks were delicious. Our guide Megan was awesome and described a lot of cultural and historical facts.
Loved it!! Such a nice Christmas experience. Amazing food and great service! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get in the Christmas spirit.
Absolutely loved this tour. London, at night, in luxury eating scones and sandwiches! Such a different way to experience the best city on earth.
Magical Christmas experience. The only downfall was unless you were sitting at the front of bus it's difficult to take good pictures
Food, tour, value for money, brilliant better than expected. Staff on bus and at evan Evans, superb. Just a little hard to hear what the tour guide was saying, ok for us as we are from London. Would we recommend. Absolutely. Best start to our Christmas
Very few premium seatings. Food was not great. Drinks were on point. Expected more Christmas lights displayed than what we saw. Nice activity but not memorable. Service at the bus was remarkable and attentive.
We had a fantastic time experiencing the Afternoon Tea tour. The service was fantastic by Megan and Marie. The mulled wine was the most delicious we ever had and the food was incredible. We learnt many facts about London and had great views. Thank you for the memorable experience 10** ;)
Great way to get into the Christmas spirit, nice bus, plenty of food & drinks, informative, staff friendly and helpful. Overall a great way to see the Christmas lights in London
On a recent London trip, I impulsively registered for a tea/Christmas lights bus tour with Evan Evans. It was spectacular - Megan led the tour with historical info and London tips. From the bus driver to the other team members, each acted professionally. Plus, the food and drinks were tasty. Everyone enjoyed the outing and I actually immediately signed up for another. Luckily, Megan also led that trip - she is warm, personable, and very knowledgeable about London. Thanks so much.
We had a lovely table on the upper level of the bus. The table was beautifully set. We were given water and prosecco and the tea tray was filled with sandwiches, scones and treats. We were taken around town to view the light displays it was very enjoyable! The only downside was it was raining so our photos were a little blurry.
Very enjoyable Christmas treat seeing all the lights and afternoon tea was lovely. Father Christmas was driving the bus which was amusing.
A fabulous experience and very reasonably priced. Check in - very efficient with a waiting area with loos. Boarding - everyone allocated tables, so no rush for certain seats. Food and drink - fresh and plentiful, very tasty sandwiches. On board staff - Megan, our tour guide was lovely and her talk was very interesting. Martin, our driver, had to contend with people walking out in front of the bus. The man has the patience of a saint! Serving staff - constantly running up and down the stairs serving drinks. I would definitely recommend this tour company, if our experience was anything to go by.
What a wonderful trip. The value for money was exceptional. The food was delicious, the staff were so friendly and went over and above. The commentary was so informative and the whole thing finished way too soon as it flew by. I have been for many afternoon teas and I have to say that this one was one of the best as it wasn’t too sweet and the finger sandwiches were so fresh. The other lovely touches were the bits to take home as a keepsake along with the doggie bags for the food that we couldn’t eat. We are already wanting to re book for next year but bring more of our friends with us.
I was really looking forward to this excursion but unfortunately left feeling very underwhelmed. Firstly, unlike other afternoon tea buses, this is on a coach, not a vintage London bus. I paid for the ‘premium seats’ which was an extra £10pp, but the only thing premium about it was that the seats were right at the front of the bus. Unfortunately on the day of the excursion the weather was really bad meaning that the coach windows steamed up making it difficult to see out. Whilst I appreciate the weather is out of the tour operators control, it would have helped if the driver turned on the heating / air con to clear the windows . They only did this about half an hour into the tour when a guest asked them to do so. The excursion takes you around some of the main lights in London, Regents Street, Oxford Street etc but a lot of time is spent in traffic, so be prepared for this! I’ve had many afternoon tea’s and I would say this afternoon tea was ok. There was a selection of finger sandwiches (3 types) , some very small scones and a few sweet treats (very small pieces of stollen, small mini rolls that look liked they had come from the supermarket, a tiny macaron and gingerbread). The food didn’t look homemade or dainty like you would expect from an afternoon tea. You order hot drinks before you get on the bus. Prosecco and mulled wine was included in the price. The hot drinks are served in a travel cup which you can take home. This is a nice touch but would’ve been nice if the cup was a Christmas theme, rather than PG Tips. When my drink arrived , it was the wrong drink. It was difficult to tell anyone as the tour guide was at the back of the bus , and the rest of the staff were downstairs and there was no facility to call them. Eventually my drink was changed (about half way into the excursion) but was left with the tea bag in and no milk and sugar was provided. I would’ve expected milk/sugar to be on the table as standard for an afternoon tea. The entire experience lacked atmosphere , it would’ve bee nice to have some Christmas music , and some more Christmas decorations on the bus. Overall, it’s a different experience which I would like to do again but with another operator.
Great way to see the Christmas lights! Staff were really fantastic - only one suggestion is to make sure they put on the fan if you’re in the front premium rows as the windows steam up pretty quickly on a cold winters day.
Friendly and helpful staff Knowledgeable tour guide Lovely freshly made sandwiches and scones Complementary PG Tips mug to take away Christmas crackers and hats
We were so excited to go on this excursion. Unfortunately the company cancelled this booking as they didn't have enough bookings. We finally got our refund (thank you Trip Advisor). Hopefully we will get that afternoon tea on our next trip!
Amazing experience!! The bus was clean and comfortable. Our guide James was wonderful! Ashanti and Gabriel were so lovely, they were friendly, welcoming and attentive. I would definitely recommend this!! 5 stars
Amazing experience! Today my friends and I were at the afternoon tea bus. The bus was very clean, our driver Harry was a very smooth driver! Ashanti and Gabriel made our evening so special with their hospitality, professionalism and dedication. Our guide James was very friendly and informative. He did an amazing job at keeping us entertained throughout the journey. Thank you for the lovely evening! I would highly recommend it!!
Our tour guide was Oliver. He met us promptly and took us to our first stop at Westminster Abbey Cellarium for High Tea. It was fabulous and then onto a chartered bus to see all the Christmas lights around London at night. Beside the lights we received history on various businesses - historical sights and great places to see if we had not been there yet. Best views to see things in London at night or a place to have lunch. Oliver was funny and very knowledgeable beside making everything fun and engaging.
Great traditional English tea time in such a pretty atmosphere. Our guide Oliver went above and beyond to chat with each table and get to know us all. The bus took us around London and Oliver told us about some of the history. After that we same numerous Christmas lights all through Oxford St and Regent St. We were given an opportunity to exit the motorcoach for some photos as well!
Nice staff and very friendly, I wish to come here every day for a drink with my wife, for sure will be back.
My daughter and I had a wonderful time. Everything was done exquisitely beautiful. This was a memorable experience.
Oliver made this night! He was a fantastic host & tour guide. Delicious sweet and savory snacks with tea in Westminster’s cellar (crypt). Tour of Christmas lights on Regent and Oxford streets among others. Well worth doing!
Anthony, the guide, was excellent. The snacks and tea at the Abbey were more than enough to suffice for dinner, and very tasty.
Afternoon tea followed by an evening coach tour of the capital, London in all its festive glory. Totally wonderful! Guide Andy extremely competent Steve an excellent, safe driver.Go on this experience,5*.
What a nice way to spend a late afternoon with tea at Westminster Abbey and then a city tour during Christmas season! Andy is a great guide, lots of knowledge and very easy to listen to! Highly recommend this tour during the season.
Christmas light tour starting with afternoon tea at Westminster Abbey. Expectations of afternoon tea in such surroundings were perhaps a little too high so although the afternoon tea was ok and the cafe area in the crypt was different, I was expecting a bit more scrumptous and splendour. It was nice to chat with the other participants, always fun to meet new people. The tour itself was great, couldn’t be anything less with Oliver as the tour guide. Very personable, knowledagable and fun guide. It was lovely to see some of central London landmarks and to hear about their history. Also to see the lights of course, and to view them from the comfort of a coach rather than jostling in the crowds on Regent and Oxford Street. This tour is recommended, even if it is a tad pricey. Just lower your expectations re the afternoon tea.
We did this tour the night of the NATO Conference and the guide and driver were phenomenal. However many of the roads were closed which made it completely impossible to complete this tour. Also a point of clarity the high tea is served in the Crypt of the Abbey . While still nice it is essentially in a lower level and you do not walk through the Abbey to enter.
I had a wonderful time having tea and seeing all the lights in London. The driver was so patient with the traffic due to a national dinner. Photos don’t do the lights justice. I loved that we were dropped off near the lights so we could walk around after. I highly recommend this with kids and those new to London.
This was a wonderful London experience. We enjoyed the tea and touring the Christmas lights. Everything was so pretty at night. And, the tour was awesome - Evan and Evans does it again! Great guides and comfortable bus.
A very special treat. The afternoon tea was very good and in lovely surroundings. Our tour guide Oliver was excellent ensuring everything ran smoothly and his knowledge of London made the tour very interesting. We can thoroughly recommend this event.

Guide was very entertaining and informative. Included much more than just looking at Christmas lights and tea. Very satisfied.

Very good overall experience. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, the coach very comfortable and the coach driver very obliging. The tea was good but the sandwiches a little dry by the time we sat down to eat. However I would still recommend this as a very enjoyable experience.

This excursion was one of the best parts of our trip. Betsy the guide was excellent. She and the driver went out of their way to stop the bus and allow everyone the opportunity to take photos of the Christmas lights. Tea at the Abbey was an experience that shouldn't be missed on a visit to London.

Don't go without entry because I may not get in because there is capacity control. Get them online. Yesterday's price was seven euros just to look. And expensive and very bad food. Beer five euros. Don't buy Mexican tacos, they tease you, scarce and expensive.
