I had a great time on this walking tour. We ended up being a small group and that meant we were able to hear all the history and stories that were intertwined with the areas we visited. Henry was a fantastic host, warm and charismatic, made a great effort to talk to each of us individually during the afternoon. I recommend doing this tour, especially on a weekday afternoon, as it wasn't too busy and Henry made it very enjoyable!

This tour was amazing! We walked with Henry, and he was an outstanding guide from the very start of our walking tour from Covent Garden to Trafalgar Square. His energy was contagious, and he immediately drew everyone in. He was incredibly insightful and made the experience highly interactive, welcoming questions of all kinds—and answering even our most ridiculous ones with humor and thoughtfulness. Henry’s grasp of historical context, combined with fascinating details and stories along the way, brought London’s history to life in a memorable way. You could tell he genuinely loves what he does, and that passion made the tour both informative and fun. Ending the tour with a warm cup of mulled wine was the perfect finishing touch. I couldn’t recommend Henry more highly for anyone wanting an engaging, well-paced, and genuinely enjoyable walking tour of London.

What a fantastic tour! My husband and I had so much fun with Henry learning about Covent Garden. He’s a top-notch guide and kept us laughing and engaged throughout the evening. Once he learned we were theatre people, he even incorporated some local performance-related knowledge; the man clearly knows his stuff, and really leads a delightful tour. The mulled wine was a wonderful little bonus. Beautiful sights, magical night, not to be missed!

Henry was excellant. We had a very small group and Henry shared various stories around London and Christmas. We were able to enjoy an opera singer in Convent Gardens while discussing the start of Christmas in Victoria England. We explored hidden alleys as well as a few Christmas markets. Henry’s enthusiasm for the Christmas holidays and its history is the strength of this tour.

This was a wonderful tour with our friendly, entertaining guide, Tom. We started off in Covent Garden and stopped off at various points for interesting sights and Christmas related stories and history until we reached Trafalgar Square. Very interesting anecdotes and a lovely way to get into the Christmas spirit. And we had a nice stop along the way for some mulled wine! Highly recommended.

An absolutely fantastic tour to get you in the Christmas spirit! The tour guide Tom was absolutely spectacular, really friendly, genuinely interested in all of the amazing facts he told us on the way around and made an effort to remember our names, making the tour that little bit more personal. Making sure we had time to stop at all the photo opportunities, take some great selfies as well as giving us an in site into the real meaning of Christmas. Not only did we see the more popular Christmas attractions we were also shown some hidden gems which you wouldn’t know existed. Absolutely fabulous tour and will definitely be coming again with family! Appropriate for a variety of ages, with a stop for some mulled wine at a beautiful Christmas market.

Cute tour of the Christmas markets around Covent Garden! Learned about the history of the areas and markets, went down into some non-touristy areas, and had a lovely time trying some great mulled wine. Jack, our tour guide, was awesome!
