As usual, we had amazing service. We were notified that our flight was going to be delayed on the day prior to our leaving. I called the customer service number that is available 24/7. We changed our pickup time. At 4:01 am I received a text from the airlines that our flight was on time. I had to call and reschedule back to the original time. They checked with our driver and he said he would be there. He was fantastic! We had 6 suitcases and some were very heavy. He said not to worry he’d take care of it. WE LOVED HIM!

During our visit to England, we needed 3 seperate pick-ups. LHR to Rye, Rye to Windsor, and Windsor to LHR. Our experience for all 3 rides were excellant! Mark picked us up at LHR. He had water for our long drive down to Rye and provided a very smooth and safe drive. I don't remember the name of our other 2 drivers, but they were so nice, helpful with our luggage, and provided a smooth and safe drive. I will definately use your service again for future travel. This is the first time to transport me and my family from Edgware road to London Heathrow airport. The driver Mohammad was very cooperative and came before time and waited for us. The car is new and took us 4 people and 5 luggage. The car is enough but not wide to relax.l, so you have to sit upright all the journey. Their rates are very competitive with others, and I would book them again and strongly recommend this transaction company.

“Absolute SCAM. Never book with them again. I paid £72 for my family’s journey from Heathrow to London. Their receptionist then called me demanding an additional £20 for ‘waiting time’, even though the driver had not waited longer than the time we had agreed. The worst part was that the receptionist told me that if I didn’t pay the extra £20, the driver would take my family back to Heathrow Airport. I found this completely unacceptable and intimidating. My family were the passengers, and I was being pressured over the phone to pay an unexpected extra charge while they were in the vehicle. A terrible and stressful experience. I would never use this company again and would not recommend them.”

Great and easy experience. The driver was at the hotel on-time (early 6am pick up) and we had a smooth drive to Heathrow. It was a comfortable car and the driver did great as we were a big group of 7 with a lot of baggage.

This was a seamless way to be assured that we would get to the airport on time. We were unfamiliar with the transit system, and wanted to be confident that we could make our flight home.

I booked a transfer from my Airbnb in central London to Heathrow airport 2 months in advance. The booking was confirmed. On the day and time of pickup, no car showed. I contacted the company through their WhatsApp and only then they told me that they cannot find a driver. They gave a lame excuse of road closure. They could have told me that they don't have a car at least the day before or a few hours before my pickup. Instead, they left me stranded to find a car last minute.

Despite a last minute change of plans, Viator stepped up to the plate and accommodated our large party providing a driver to our location and took us to the Airport. We were going to cancel our booking because at first they couldn’t help us with our sudden changes, but they called us and urged us not to cancel, and got us a ride! We were SO elated! Our last day of a 3-week trip was almost a disaster but Viator came through! We will use Viator EXCLUSIVELY for our Travel and Transportation needs👍

There was great communication and confirmation of the pick up the day before. We requested a infant seat and they had one. The car was very clean and the driver was right on time! It was a smooth transfer to the airport!!

Driver picked us up in mid-town hotel a few minutes after schedule. We planned for heavy traffic and so got to Heathrow just fine. Driver was pleasant and knowledgeable when it came to road detours for construction. He was glad we had allowed 90 minutes to get to the airport and so were not concerned about delays. Good ride.

Very smooth experience from booking till arrival at airport

The driver was very nice but I was disappointed to hear that it was a small car since I said that my daughter would have a large golf bag. The driver had to stop a few times to make sure the bag would stay in her small trunk.

We opted for a taxi ride home after an exhausting long haul flight. Taking the train was not an option due to an injury sustained whilst on holiday. The whole process was faultless in every way. Surprisingly cost effective too. Not much more than the rail fare would have costed. Driving standard on 3 hr journey was very good. Driver was helpful, courteous and friendly. This was by far the worst experience I had. I booked a private taxi to take us from San Pancras directly to the airport. I was called and was told that the driver would be there in about 30 minutes, which I said was perfectly fine because I could sit at a restaurant facing the street where the taxi pick up line is. 20 minutes later the driver calls me and tells me he is 15 minutes away. Great no problem. Five minutes later, he calls me and tells me he is outside and can only wait 15 minutes to which I let him know that is OK because I am already here, but I don’t see him. We go back-and-forth for a couple of minutes, trying to find each other only for him to tell me that he is no longer going to wait because he cannot risk getting a ticket and for me to book with somebody else then proceeds to hang up. My Sister and I were on our way back home so we had to head to the airport and didn’t have time to book another private taxi, especially considering the fact that this cost US$140. Since we were already at the train station, we decided to maneuver through and ended up taking two different trains to get to our destination. We initially booked a private taxi because we wanted to avoid having to carry our luggage all through the train station however, ultimately that is what we ended up doing anyway, since this company was unable to hold up their end. When their representative calls me, I explained what happened and she apologized for the situation and said that if I wanted a refund to go directly through Viator I requested the refund and was told that the merchant did not approve it so my refund cannot be approved.
