Warren was a wealth of information both inside the Abbey and out. He even adapted the tour and took us to the Horse guards instead of Buckingham Palace, since we’d already been. Couldn’t have asked for more!
Our guide was so very knowledgeable and was able to get us into the gardens at Westminster! We offered to forgo Buckingham Palace walk around as we had already toured there. The guide was amazing and it was just the 2 of us on the tour so very personal and professional.
One of the best tours ever. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about her job. We were at bit skeptical about doing a private tour, but realized that it was worth it to get a Blue Badge guide. My only critique is the tour itself. I feel that the outside tour about Buckingham palace should be excluded because it takes away time from being able to take in everything at the abbey. We skipped the part about Buckingham and barely had enough time to make it through both floors of the church as it was. The staff were nice at the church and it was wheelchair accessible, except for the back of the building. The tour had great value for everything that was included. Very thorough!
We were the only four on this tour and they didn’t cancel on us. So we had guide Don to ourselves for the time and it was so fantastic. Don was personable and so incredibly knowledgeable. Amazing time for the whole family.
A wonderful tour of Westminster Abbey. Our tour guy Ben was informative and knowledgeable and helpful with our requests. I definitely recommend this Tour.
I cried, our experience was disastrous...My guy and I were traveling to Amsterdam and Edinburgh. I realized we would be close to London, and Westminster Abbey was on my bucket list. I am 74 years old.. should do this now! We decided to add a side trip to London for a couple days, booked a flight, room, and a top notch visit to the Abby with Tripadvisor/ Viator. My dream was coming true, I was excited. We waited at the location to meet our guide. No one came. We walked to the other side of the building, was told we had the correct locating for our tour and went back to our previous location. No one came. We called to discover the tour was booked for the day before. We had our e-ticket in hand showing we had the correct day and time. They checked the information to find a mistake had taken place. They offered to book us the next day but we were traveling to Edinburgh early the next morning, our room was booked, too late to cancel. They refunded our tour money. I called once home letting them know what happened in anticipation of receiving some form of compensation. Our airflight and hotel was costly. I received an email saying they would give us a 15% discount on our next booking if used in a short period of time. Because of our trip to London it shortened our time in Edinburgh. Adding to the sting! When I think of this fiasco, my heart is heavy.
Our guide was delightful she did the best job and made our experience tremendously memorable
Great experience to have a very small group! Ours was 3 guests plus our amazing Tour Guide named Ben. Couldn’t have asked for a more professional, knowledgeable and friendly Guide! Thank you Ben!
We attended this tour with my elder mother, myself and my adult neice and the pace was perfect… Warren we so knowledgeable and shared such great insight into the history and architecture of the Westminster Abbey, buckingham palace, 10 Downing Street as well as the park we walked through and all the information along the way was shared in a pleasant tour. He gave us options on the walking path to the further points based on our ability and made us very comfortable. He was able to answer all our questions and is really an asset to this tour.
Maria was a very knowledgeable and thorough guide. She knew her history. She asked at the outset what we were interested in seeing and tailored the tour based on our response. I would be happy to have her as our guide at another venue.
Maria was a very knowledgeable tour guide who was very kind and pleasant
Ben is very knowledgeable.. We had a wonderful time. We specially enjoy the tour of the upper floor.
Our guide Paeder was knowledgeable and entertaining. There was a wealth of information to see and learn.
He was amazing! We had a small group and were able to kind of pick and choose what we wanted to do and it was so much fun! Glad we went with them
Excellent guide. Knowledgeable and friendly! We would definitely recommend Ben to family and friends! A great experience!
Really enjoyed our tour guide, Warren Forsyth. Warren was very knowledgeable and engaging. I highly recommend using letzgo for your tour guide needs.
Our guide Ben saved the day! We were booked with a group tour, but our flight in from Canada was delayed by several hours and we missed our original tour. After speaking with LetzGo City Tours, they set us up with Ben for a private tour of the Abbey and the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace. It ended up being a wonderful experience!
An amazing tour. Guide fully knowledgeable. The Abbey was everything l was hoping it would be. Absolutely breath taking interiors, well worth viewing inside.
This operator cancelled the tour at the last minute, did not offer an alternative and refused to contact Viator to inform them that it was the operator, not us, that cancelled the tour. I highly recommend that Viator vet their private operators more thoroughly in the future!
I really enjoyed the visit to the Westminster Abbey and the guiding. Our tour guide, Don was knowledgeable, helpful and funny. He really made the tour. Brilliant as it is.
We live in London and we decided to play tourist… this tour did just the trick! There is so much to learn about the historic parts of this city. Enjoyed it a lot.
A guided tour is the best way to visit the Westminster Abbey. Maria was brilliant and informative. Lots of facts and history. Very engaging.
We had a lovely small group tour with Maria. She was kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and we learned so much in our time at Westminster Abbey. The Abbey is beautiful & going early is definitely the best idea; as we concluded our tour, the incoming crowds were extensive. Highly recommended this tour!
Great and informative tour. The upper gallery is definitely worth experiencing and the rich history was everywhere
The Abbey is very well kept and magnificent building - just as seen in the Crown. It was a very enjoyable tour with a very knowledgeable guide.
