Abba Voyage Express Coach With Ticket Option From Central London

I have back listed this company for the following reasons: 1. The bus delayed departure from Komtar, Penang (to KL) for more than an hour and I only received the message less than an hour ago which means we are already half way to the pick up. Not sure what reason but I suspect it could be due to insifficient passengers for the 3pm trip and push the passengers to the 4pm trip as claimed but eventually it was the 5pm one. 2. Although the information suggested that departure is from Komtar (also as what previously was, with proper passenger coach) but it ended up all 12 passengers were squeezed into a mini van with non working aircon and dirty, narrowed and cramped seats, taking a 40 minutes time of hell to transfer at the bus terminal and we have to go through another round of checking in - climbing stairs to second floor, scan tickets and then go down the stairs to catch the coach. 3. The coach is not well kept. Seats adjustments mechanism not work properly. The worst part is the driver who was holding on to his handphone and watch TiTok for more than half an hour from start of the journey. Eventually the journey originally supposedly to start at 3pm turned out to start at 4pm and arrived in KL past 10pm. This is totally unacceptable. I have taken coaches by the same company a few times over the past ten years, espcially from Penang (as it was the only one that departs from Penag old town, while I was not entirely impressed with its punctuality and bus conditions, I have tolerated but this trip I have to conclude that I shall not take any more chance with this company, especially when there are better choices around.

Brilliant experience. The coach was great fun getting everyone in the mood with the best of music. It totally took the hasel out of getting to the venue and the priority access meant we were parked up and skipping the queue with plenty of time to spare. The show is obviously brilliant and again super on time driver to get us back to Victoria. - fab day with no stress would highly recommend

Had the most amazing day out with friends at ABBA Voyage, made even better by travelling with Evan Evans. Everything was really easy from start to finish. Booking was straightforward, the departure point was convenient, and the team were friendly and helpful both at check-in and on the coach. Even the journey felt part of the experience, with ABBA playing on the coach and everyone getting into the spirit before we arrived. As for ABBA Voyage… wow. We had dance floor tickets and honestly had the best time. The whole experience is incredible and so immersive that it genuinely feels like you’re at a real concert. We were singing, dancing, and smiling from start to finish. If you’re thinking about going, do it. And if you’re travelling from London, I’d definitely recommend booking through Evan Evans to make the day completely stress-free.

The whole reason we booked this was for the ambiance of the decorated bus. Instead the bus was just an ordinary bus and we weren't told about the change until we boarded.

Really great experience, absolutely amazed by the show and effects. The Dancefloor was really fun, a great atmosphere to have fun with friends. Entry with tickets on an app was also really easy and quick to get in.

Be prepared to be absolutely amazed. My sense of reality was suspended. I was glad to know that the actually ABBA musicians were involved in the creation of this exceptional performance. Enjoy!

The booking process was seamless and the organisation of the entrance into the venue was well done and everything was on time. Communications before the event was really well done, very clear and knew where we had to be and at what time. great seats in the arena too! highly recommend.

Great way to get to the Abba Arena. Travel in style with an Abba branded bus! It was so cool as the bus got to the arena, people were looking and smiling. They play Abba music on the bus to get us in the mood. We travelled in style and comfort!

I was thrilled to visit sites I have only, up until today, dreamed of seeing and I felt lucky to have had Godfrey as our guide ! He was knowledgeable, easy to chat with and patiently helped us find our way at each stop. He shared all sorts of tips on how to get the most out of each stop and we found his advice really helpful. He went the extra mile, literally, by running up to Stonehenge to help us take photos at the stones. Sonny was wonderful at the wheel, competent, good natured and he let nothing ruffle him. He’s a great driver! Thanks so much Godfrey and Sonny for a wonderfully memorable day !

Evan Evans have many positive reviews but when things go wrong they seem to have no idea how to handle it. We were on the bus trip to ABBA Voyage. Due to a technical problem at the earlier performance a replacement bus had to be used. This left at 18.30 (45 minutes late) but according to Maps the journey would take 50 minutes so we should have arrived in plenty of time for the 19.45 start. The bus was very uncomfortable as it was far too hot. At one point I checked Maps and we were 20 minutes away. 10 minutes later we were 27 minutes away!? The driver obviously didn’t know the way and for the next 10 minutes or so we didn’t seem to be getting any closer! It then became apparent we were not going to get there in time for the start of the show. A passenger collapsed and was lying in the aisle for the rest of the journey. There was a tour guide on the bus but at no point did he speak to us passengers to let us know what was happening or to apologise! Eventually we did get to the Arena but had missed 20 minutes of the show! It also took at least another 10 minutes to recover from our traumatic journey. Evan Evans completely ruined our weekend!

Exceeded all expectations. Who knew you could turn back the biological time clock and develop cutting-edge production processes at the same time? What a show! Words cannot describe what we just saw.

The show was superb & the coach ride comfortable.It was structured in such a way that we were able to avoid the crowds & tickets scanned previously.I had only one concern. We spent a lot of money on the Ocean Bird Lounge. By the time the coach got there we had only about 10 minutes to eat & could not sample everything. Maybe arrive half an hour earlier or leave the venue half an hour later so people can enjoy the lounge. Apart from this it was well organized & the show was unbelievable. Sharmini Szymanski

Not sure why they offer a coach only option if there are no show tickets available but I fell for it as the booking process was very confusing. Out over $100 and no recourse for me. Was looking forward to the show but I guess they expected us to take the coach and wait outside since there were no tickets available. Don’t fall for it and make sure there are tickets available for the show before you book the coach.

I thought I was buying the bus transportation plus the ticket since I read ticket option. Upon arriving at the travel agency at correct time I was told there was no ticket purchase! I could not buy tickets as the venue was sold out. There was no need to take a bus to an arena where we could not enter. I called Viator and was refused even a credit on future tours. So I lost $110.00. I still do not see where I was to also purchase tickets. Very disappointed and confusing. Bonita Rupprecht

Great sound, it really looks like the real ones. The music band was great. We chose to be sitting down but we we’re forced to stand up because pero ole I front of us stood up to dance .

Absolutely brilliant show. So magical and entertaining. Highly recommend to anyone to go and see this show.

ABBA Voyage in London is honestly mind-blowing! Imagine seeing ABBA perform their greatest hits live, but with a futuristic twist. The digital "ABBAtars" are so realistic that you forget they aren't actually on stage. The venue is super cool, and the show is packed with all the classic hits like "Dancing Queen" and "Mamma Mia," with insane visuals and a live band that absolutely kills it. Most expensive movie ever. I stared at an AI created movie for 2 hours with a Live band. How live? I do not know. But man that was a waste of money.

Oh wow - what an awesome night! I still can't believe that we were watching holograms and not the real band! The coach was a lot of fun - definitely a party bus that got us in the mood before the show.

We loved the show and the venue. Very comfortable and well-staffed, with lots of good options for meals/snacks and drinks. Highly recommended. The transport was on time and comfortable! Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing Show highly recommend, went on the ABBA bus which took away the stress of going and returning to the venue, we went straight past the queues before and after the show. The show was absolutely amazing with a great atmosphere.. Lots of singing and dancing by everyone in the dance area, the production of the show was out of this world…

We have booked the "express coach only" version as we already had tickets for the concert. The concert is amazing - a must see, but it is not really nbecessary to book the express coach for 60 Pounds per person. It is much cheaper to use the train - the station is next to the venue....

Went to Abba voyage with evan evans tours. Everything was great! And I like to give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to one of their bus drivers Patric and two of their tour guides who helped us out when we got left behind at Windsor by another tour company earlier they same day. They did everything they could to help us get back to London when the tour company we went with didn't help us. Patric even called me later that afternoon to see if we got back safe! We are so grateful and can't say it enough! Thanks again!!!!!

Excellent show, it was made more memorable by the way it was handled by Evan Evan Tours…. We were able to sit back and relax! taken direct to venue Evan staff stayed with us until we were checked in and was waiting at the end of the show to see us safely back onto the coach, would have been very difficult to get to and back from if we had not chosen this method

Outstanding experience from beginning to end. This is a magnificent virtual concert experience. With a back up singing group and virtual Abba, it is one first class production. You would never know that you are not seeing Abba as the graphics are unbelievable! Great fun even if you are not an Abba fan. It is mesmerizing and a total immersive experience. Be sure to go as tickets sell fast!

The coach arrived at the venue 90 mins late. Absolutely appalling. Viator have said not their problem

Abba voyage excellent. Excellent effects and music quality. Was truly like abba was really there in person. Trip well organised except only had 10 minutes to get back on coach after concert finished. Otherwise very good.

Tour guide David looks very nice but we were left in the middle of the tour at Buckingham Palace changing Guards 💂‍♂️ events after we took couple of pictures we can't find the guide and the group and we were running around in the middle of nowhere and come back to hotel on taxi. We never had experience like this kind of terrible tour which didn't care about customers safety and convenience. I will never recommend this kind of tour to friends and family 👪

All the people were great and made us feel like we mattered. Not sure whether the rail strike was an issue but the coach took an hour and twenty minutes on the way so limited our time in the Ocean Bird lounge to about 15 mins making it a struggle to enjoy to the full. On the way back we got off after an hour by which time we had reached st pauls and took the underground back from there. Otherwise it was a great evening which we thoroughly enjoyed.

On my ticket it said "express bus and concert ticket", the bus never came, and when I called the service office they said that the bus had left from another address and that I had ONLY paid for bus transport anyway. They say that it says the same on all tickets, even though it's ONLY bus transport. So I paid about £124 for a bus that never came, to a concert I didn't want to get into, even though it says so on the ticket. I don't recommend anyone to use this company!

Amazing from start to finish. Great music with plenty of screens and the lighting effects were fantastic. Very well presented explaining their story along the way. Loved the atmosphere of the dance floor! We danced all night!

We enjoyed this trip and show very much! The coach is very comfortable, but it took 1 hour to go the 6 miles to the arena. Not sure why we cross crossed over the river to get there, but got there on time. The ride back was even longer…. ABBA was fantastic! Amazing light and sound show. If you didn’t know, you would think they were standing there on stage! (From 40 years ago…lol)

The night was amazing from start to finish! Once in a life time opportunity. Brilliant lighting and great atmosphere. The music setlist they had reminded me of old songs id forgotten about. The visuals were phenomenal from it being 40 years in the making, it reminded me of the graphics in videogames.

OMG this was a life time highlight. what a wonderful night out, such fun, it was like Abba were really there on the stage. Great atmosphere, all ages were present. If you havent seen this, get a ticket NOW
