We had a wonderful 4 hours with Ian Conway. He took us to many quiet spots in the city of London we never would have found. He found the neighborhood that my husband lived in while a student. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some great suggestions for our last day

Itinerary
The places listed below are not a fixed itinerary. Your expert London taxi tour guide will make recommendations along the way, but it's entirely up to you where you'd like to stop, hop out for photos or simply drive past. We'll shape the tour around your interests, the time available and traffic on the day. The Tower of London is a real favourite with our overseas visitors, and it's easy to see why. With almost 1,000 years of history, there are plenty of stories about kings, queens, prisoners and some of London's more colourful characters. Your guide will share some of that history with you, and it's also a great spot for photographs if you'd like to hop out for a closer look.
Buckingham Palace is one of London's most famous landmarks and has been the official London residence of the monarch since Queen Victoria's reign in 1837. Your guide will share stories about the kings and queens who have lived here, the Royal Family and some of the traditions and ceremonies that still take place at the Palace today. And of course, it's one of those classic London photo stops, so you'll definitely want a picture outside those famous gates!
Kensington Palace started life as a small country house called Nottingham House before King William III and Queen Mary II turned it into a royal residence in 1689. It's perhaps best known as the birthplace of Queen Victoria in 1819. She spent her childhood here and was just 18 when she learned that she had become Queen. The palace was also home to Diana, Princess of Wales, and remains a working royal residence today. With more than 300 years of royal history, it's a great addition to our Royal London Taxi Tour.
This 13th century building has been the coronation church for the British Monarch since 1066 is the final resting place for 17 of our monarchs. Learn even more from your guide as we stop to admire the architecture from another time.
Find out more about this tiltyard where king Henry VIII would joust for sport and Queen Elizabeth I would enjoy her birthday celebrations.
Your Royal London Taxi Tour will be a tour to remember and will include someone of the most photographed sights of London. Along with these memories we share a history that is so interesting, sometimes compelling, the facts will be hard to forget. If you would like to know where King Charles I lost his head and where The Queen and Princess Margaret partied with the commoners (incognito) on VE day, we would love to tell you and more... Your Taxi Tour Will Include: · Royal Parks · Westminster Abbey · Horse Guards Parade · Kensington Palace · The Tower of London · St James Palace · Buckingham Palace and so much more... Just a short distance from Buckingham Palace, Clarence House has been home to several generations of the Royal Family. It was the much-loved London home of Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother for almost 50 years and was also where the late Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip lived after their marriage. Your guide will explain the royal connections and the history of this rather understated residence, which has played an important part in the private lives of the Royal Family.
Established in 1676, Lock & Co. is the world's oldest hat shop and has supplied hats to royalty, politicians and famous names for generations. The business holds a Royal Warrant from King Charles III, and its customers over the years have included Winston Churchill and Admiral Lord Nelson. If you're interested, we can stop for a quick look inside this historic shop, where you'll find traditional hats, some unusual designs and a small heritage collection.

Barry was such a kind and informative tour guide. He also was so accommodating of our stop requests and care for all of our family members. We are very thankful for his time and attention.
Glen Fitzgerald was our driver and tour guide. He made the entire excursion very special! He was extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and accommodating. We enjoyed the entire trip. It would be very difficult to pick out one or two things.
My family and I were staying over in London for a day, after a cruise, before we returned home to the states. We had never been to London and wanted to do "London in a day" if you will. We knew getting an in depth view of the city was not possible with just a day, but we wanted to absorb as much as we could. This tour went a above and beyond our expectations! Our tour guide Glen was incredible! He started out by finding out what we had already seen earlier in the day and then customized the tour based on a rolling assessment of what we were interested in seeing. We were on the "Royal London" tour, so we definitely took in all the royal sites in central London. He gave a great background into each site, and gave us plenty of time for photos and walking around at each site. He even took photos of the family, so that we could all be in the pictures for those great memories. As the tour progressed, he added in other London sites that he felt we would be interested in, including the Westminster Cathedral and Shakespeare's Globe Theater. All in all, it was much more than we could have hoped for, given our time constraints. Glen definitely went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this tour for those that want a great overview of the Royal sites of central London!!
Our driver Liam was the best… Very informative and easy to spend three hours with…. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour of London🤗
The Driver/guide was exceptional, he had a detailed knowledge of the history and customs of London. He was able to keep up a continuous running commentary which was informative, fun and educational. The adults in the group had a great time, the children an even better one. This trip exceeded my expectations, I'm booking another one immediately. My grandkids haven't stopped talking about it, not once during the three hour trip did their phones come out, they were enthralled by the sights and continuous questions, explanations and fun. The whole event was Covid compliant, and a great end to a difficult year, Thank you
This was absolutely fantastic. We saw everything on our list and more. Sam went above and beyond our expectations including taking pictures of us. His knowledge of London was beyond compare. Thank you for everything.

Our experience with London Taxiis beyond words. Stella our guide was patient and super knowledgeable about English history. We were happy with our tour and would recommend especially if Stella is your guide.
We had the most amazing experience with Cheryl and Alan. I traveled with 3 young children and we spent a total of 8 hours in beautiful London and we left with the most impressive memories. Cheryl was so responsive and flexible and trustworthy, was able to customize and personalize the tour to fit the interest of my little ones. Alan came to the appointment early as we landed before schedule and entertained the children while showing us magnificent sites. We were able to fully enjoy and relax under beautiful weather and Alan was so helpful and resourceful and patient with the children. He took us to all the sites on our list and more. We took hundreds of pictures and really have a life lasting memory of this day. We are so grateful and appreciative of all the work Cheryl and Alan have put into creating the best experience for us.
we got exactly what we were asking for, a mix of 'must see' places and some discoveries for our parents who visited the city for the first time.. perfect service and flexible.. thanks
