If you only have one day to see London, this is the most outstanding way to go. Paul made sure we did not miss a thing!! Not only did we see all the sights, he curates the trip to make sure you hit all the right places at the right time for pictures and special moments. He even made sure I got my fish and chips at local pub!! His cab is clean and comfortable and even wheelchair accessible if that is something you need. We met at Kings Cross station so I could see the Harry Potter store. Everything was done with intention. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Our tour guide, Paul was amazing! He was on time to start the tour. Great communication leading up to the tour as well. We went all over London. There were places we wanted to see that wasn’t on the list when you book and Paul worked it into the schedule. He was so informative and made sure he dropped us at the perfect locations for the best photo opportunities. Book this tour, you won’t regret it!

Paul Williams greeted us warmly outside of our Marylebone hotel. After a brief introduction, we loaded into his immaculate black cab. He drove us throughout the busy communities with ease. He knew where to go and explore less crowded sightseeing places that so enriched our experience. Of course, he also took us to many of the well known sites. He shared local lore and the history of every day words we use. So fascinating! I mentioned I was a Beatles fan and he included some impressive Beatles places. He met Paul McCartney while giving a Beatles tour!!

The highlight of our trip to London!!!! Paul went out of his way to personalize our experience for us and we felt like we got to see all of the sights. His kind and professional demeanor were perfectly paired with endless amounts of knowledge on all of the sights in London. We had a fabulous time!

What a great find! Paul Williams is gifted at touring London. His knowledge was endless, his stories great, and he is the consummate professional. Right on time he showed up with his sparkling clean black cab. We didn't just hit all the normal spots, but we were also shown some a bit 'off the radar'. The six hour tour was very complete and accommodating, we saw pretty much all the top sights, with a stop for lunch. Our guide was excellent, I’d book another with him because he was so friendly and knowledgeable. Ask for Paul Williams.

This is a great way to see the best of London in a day without a lot of walking. Paul new exactly were to go to get the best views of everyrhing significant in London. Paul was also very flexible, if there was something we did or did not want to do, he accomodated us.

Wow! What a fabulous day! It started with Paul picking me up at my hotel right on time. He talked to me about what I was interested in, and then we started our day. His beautiful black cab was impeccably clean, as were the windows. That’s really important when you are driving by things you want to snap a picture of but don’t want to get out! He also had water available, and big umbrellas, just in case! Paul was friendly, funny, and knowledgeable, and made the tour very enjoyable. We stopped at so many places..the Abbey Road crosswalk, St. James and Buckingham Palaces, Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, Big Ben, Parliament, St. Paul’s and Westminster Abbey and so much more! And for my girlies who are traveling solo, Paul was so kind and gentlemanly, and took many pictures for me with my phone! Now I have a lovely pictorial collection from my time in London instead of every picture of me being a selfie! I really can’t say enough about how professional and personable Paul is. Don’t hesitate to book this tour. It’s the best six hours you will spend in London!

This tour was what we hoped for and more. It does exactly what is says. You get a complete overview of London. Every sight we visited, Paul explained why it was there, what it was used for and had fantastic facts and stories. His storytelling technique is excellent. Travelling around in his iconic black cab was such a joyful experience and even we sawed the London Eye, the Gherkin, Big Ben and Buckingham palace as Paul is an expert of the iconic London landmarks as we sawed during the private black cab sightseeing tour . From Big Ben chiming to the changing of the guard at Westminster to clear traffic for an Abbey Road photo op to name a few. We knew even before our trip that we wanted Paul Williams to do our tour of London! After reading the reviews and with only one day available to tour around it had to be Paul! And was that the best decision we made on the trip!! Paul communicated with us in advance prior to the trip to confirm he was available, which was fantastic. We spent 6 hours touring around London, we left the itinerary in his hands and he brought us to see all of London's greatest hits along with places we'd never heard of and would never have found ourselves! LITERALLY THE BEST PART OF OUR WEEK IN LONDON. OMG, worth every penny. Paul is incredible! He picked us up at our rented apartment and off we went. We mentioned that we like music and the Beatles and were hoping to get to Abbey Road. Well, we sure got there and he included a few extra things along the way that we were just thrilled about. (Jimmy Page & Freddy Mercury homes) We even got a few minutes to shop in the Abbey Road Store! We literally snuck into spots all over London and got amazing pictures (Christmas Cards - check!) Just let Paul know what you are interested in (Harry Potter, Historical Places, Rock and Roll, etc.) at the very start of your tour and he will do his best to accommodate you-don't be crazy :-) There is time to stop for lunch but we opted to get a sandwich at Pret and eat it in the cab so we could just keep moving and seeing as much as possible. The access and speed at which you get to see literally all the important highlights of London is priceless. Not to mention the history, pop culture and just fantastic conversation you will enjoy throughout the day. Paul dropped us off back at our apartment but you can be dropped off wherever you want, just let him know in advance of your intentions. I left a black sweater in the cab and Paul was kind enough to drop it off the next day. (TY SO MUCH :-) Please tip your drivers and take this tour, 1000% worth it!

A perfect way to see London. Paul brings the history to life with his incredible knowledge and storytelling technique. I was going to book the open top bus tour but after doing this there is no need. Personal, professional, immaculate vehicle and fun.

Our family of 4 including 2 teens booked this tour for our spring break. It was the best thing we did on our London vacation. Paul has a way of engaging you that you are literally wanting more and more. The cab is clean and so beautiful. We felt like royalty. I have been on private tours all over and this was special. Our guide, Moses, was very knowledgeable, knew a lot of history and was prepared for all our questions. The trip was very well prepared in advance, the rides were all organized with the clients' needs in mind.

Our driver, Paul, was exceptional! He fulfilled our wish list AND added many other fun stops as well. He went over and above our expectations... even going as far as to call me on the phone so I could actually talk in the iconic red phone booth by Kensington Palace. My wife and I had 1 day in London and spent it with Paul on the Beatles Tour. Paul was a wonderful host and has put together a one of a kind tour. If you are a Beatles fan you will love this tour an my wife and I did.

We only had a short time in London and we knew we wanted to see so many sites. Trying to coordinate it all on our own would have been a nightmare, but Paul made it come true. He made us feel at ease immediately, it truly was like having a member of our family show us around. Paul arrived perfectly on time to our hotel and checked in with us on specific things we might want to see. We were not just “along for the ride”, he wanted to make sure it was what we wanted. The cab was comfortable and immaculately clean. We were able to make all the stops we wanted to including an added Beatles piece that my adult kid wanted to see. By the end of the day we were sad to say goodbye! I asked Paul for advice on transportation to the airport the next day and he actually offered his assistance. This is not a tour I would pass up, it gives you an in depth glimpse at London history and an interesting perspective on the city. We were beyond impressed with Paul and would recommend him to our family and friends.

Seeing the usual and some atypical sights of a London tour without the crowds was a great experience. My favorite part of the tour was going into a cigar store that was patronized by Winston Churchill. Our driver (who I call Tall Paul) took us down to a basement room where Churchill would often tryout a new cigar. I had my photo taken sitting in Winston's chair! We also enjoyed a nice lunch with Paul at the Traitors Gate Pub then crossed the street to see the execution point for many nobles and clergy who offended the king.

Our driver Sam was knowledgeable,funny & showed us a great time. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Everything was perfect.

Paul warmly greeted us at our hotel. He quickly adjusted our schedule to accommodate an unusual traffic problem in the area. We found ourselves positioned perfectly for a view of the changing of the guards! We really enjoyed his personalization of the local businesses etc throughout the day. Paul was very attuned to our needs and willingly adjusted / offered to make any changes we wanted. We found this an excellent preview to our stay in London.

Paul did an absolute fantastic job of taking us around London. He has a vast knowledge of history, took us to places of interest a regular tourist may not have known about, and provided us a fun and memorable time during our stay in London. Not only did he provide us a wonderful tour he picked us up at the airport our first day and took us to the cruise terminal our last day. We are so pleased we have booked a London nights and lights tour with him for tomorrow night. I highly recommend his tour company.

What a wonderful day with a very friendly and personable tour guide. Paul had a perfectly organized tour at our own pace to see all the best sights in London and a few secret ones I doubt would be included on other tours. The whole tour was in an imaculately kept roomy historical black London cab. Paul also kept us entertained and amused with all his historical and sometimes funny facts about word and phrase origins we use in the English language but never knew where they came from. And we fact-checked the wildest or funniest ones and he was always spot on! This tour was definitely worth every penny and quite enjoyable.
