Fantastic entertainment, we were a family of four adults so did the pub options. Easy to work the tech, worked in all of our phones. Imaginative story line with some easy missions and some harder puzzles. Rate you complete the challenge can be varied and we choose an extra stop for drinks and loo and that is easily accommodated. It provides custom for some really quant old pubs we would not have come across otherwise and we have good photo memories of some interesting less known parts of the city. We used it as a gift and the recipient couple lived it! Good job

A brilliant way to spend an afternoon in London walking around areas that are not main tourist streets. Some nice pub stops on the way with excellent props that give you clues along the way. Highly recommended.

We had such a fantastic time. All the messages were quick and we loved working out the clues to the next location. All the places and people we interacted with were great and made the experience all the more fun. We saw parts of London we wouldn’t normally see. I would 100% recommend this as a fun activity to do. We are definitely going to another one. Thinking Sherlock Holmes next!

Didn’t exactly know what to expect ! But the game had been well designed. It was fun without being silly and genuinely challenging ! The clues were clever and very creative . At one point you get handed a briefcase in a pub. A customer remarked ‘ you look like a spy!’ - to which I said ‘I am at the moment !’ She thought it was great ! There were actually several pub stops so you could do it very leisurely - but the more alcohol you consume the more challenging the clues become! We had a great afternoon . Race across the capital ( though the distance was actually not huge - some 2 miles . Enjoy!

We had a fantastic day, from start to finish. The instructions were very clear and we were taken to parts of London we had never seen, or would before. The locations that we were taken too were great and all the staff took their roles very seriously, but were great fun too - We would highly recommend this for anyone to do, families, couples, friends

Great experience around some different parts of London. The clues were hard but not overly difficult as to be off putting. It was great that there were different routes so even though you may start at the same place as other teams you don’t all follow the exact same route. Definitely recommend and will be doing one of the other games in the future.

Great fun, really clever idea (great alternative to an escape room) - Puzzles weren't too tricky and we got to see bits of the City that weren't on our radar. Enjoyed the (optional!) pub breaks too, would definitely recommend.

Booked for boyfriend’s birthday, we had a blast! I lived in London for 11 years and this is definitely the funnest activity I’ve been. The pacing of the game, puzzle solving and the route matches the best puzzle adventure online game standard. And the game guided us to beautiful places and pubs we never discovered before! If you love puzzles and walking this would definitely amaze you. The endings even changes with your choices made in the puzzle. Oh, plus we burnt about 600 calories during the walk!

An awesome day out in the best City in the world. The fast flowing detail and interactions are superb, giving you a sense of mystery and intrigue. Great little touches as you explore with the narrative are pure gems, outdoing other providers by far. The built in breaks provide excellent locations with time to recharge and discuss progress. Recommended.

Brilliant, our company booked as a team building event, we all loved it.

As a Londoner, I thought I knew London. We saw parts of London I’ve never ‘seen’ with an interactive element (no spoilers) and enough time to complete with time to rest for refreshments. Brilliant time spent with friends and we will fo another trip soon.

Absolutely brilliant. With stops we were entertained for over 5 hours. The clues were ingenious and involved talking to different people, phone calls, envelopes and an attache case. Very, very clever. Will definitely do the rest.

Puzzles were very interesting and the linkups with the pubs was cool! Good experience as well overall, pushing you to think outside the box as you act as the next MI6 agent.

Incredibly well choreographed, very well thought through and utterly entertaining - would highly recommend! It's the perfect combination of Escape Room puzzles, James Bond themed shenanigans, and a brilliantly unexpected tour round some beautiful parts of London I've never seen before - even the bits a street away from where I've worked for 30 years!

On 30th September my wife and I took part in the HiddenCity "Shadow of Spectre" game. Great fun but of course do be aware there is quite a bit of walking so wear comfortable shoes. There are some built-in breaks. BTW a notebook and pencil is be useful... and make sure your phone has internet access and is fully charged. The game took us through a fairly quiet and beautiful part of London we'd never really visited before, the puzzles were interesting, and we had a good feeling of satisfaction when we'd finished the game with no time penalties and no errors. (Engage smug mode.... smug mode engaged... with apologies to Red Dwarf...)

We really enjoyed this experience. The premise is essentially a 007 themed puzzle solving/scavenger hunt exercise that takes you on a walking tour of some of the nicest but slightly quieter parts of central London, with stops at a few pubs along the route. You'll receive instructions and clues via whatsapp and there will be various props that you access at the pubs to push the narrative on further. It's not gimmicky at all, it's actually very well thought out and is a great alternative way to experience the city if you're a visitor.

Great interactive puzzle game based in Central London. It was great to see new parts of London we may not have seen on our own. The game was fun and easy to follow.

We had such a fun day out in London doing this experience, we were able to see parts of London we would not ordinarily see. Whilst trying to solve clues along the way we found ourselves in various locations where we had to interact with people to get clues to next locations, we were also able to get the chance to eat and drink at some of the locations which was lovely and very sociable getting us, the people we interacted with were very friendly and we had a lot of fun. It was definitely worth every penny and we will be booking more experiences with hidden city . Don’t delay and book today you will not be disappointed.

I’d booked this tour for my brother ages ago and I have to be honest, I had no idea of what to expect. But I was really impressed by this whole experience - it didn’t feel thin or underdeveloped, there was plenty to do and we had fun. The props we had to pick up were all convincing with high production value and added polish, and the frequent stops at pubs were great for comfort breaks and supporting businesses with a pint or two… All of the copy was well written and easy to follow, and it was challenging enough to keep us guessing. The whole narrative unfolds over WhatsApp, so be prepared for a fair amount of contact saving and messaging (and take a battery bank, just in case!). I personally loved having that flexibility over the gameplay. Really recommend this, we had a great time!

Terrible customer service - we turned up within the allotted start time to begin the game only for the automated messaging to start bugging. It was constantly telling us we’d finished the game even though we were yet to start. This isn’t so much of an issue as these things can happen. However, the part that was far more frustrating was that there was nobody to get in touch with at any point. We tried to email, call the numbers we could find online, fill in the online form with no luck. We only managed to get a response in the evening, far after their operating hours.

A fun afternoon of solving cryptic clues. I recommend it to locals and tourists. Great of seeing the city.

A great experience. A fun game and great way to explore parts of London even as a Londoner I hadn’t seen. Great communication and organisation throughout, this James Bond themed game was great fun for our grown up family. Oh, and we got to visit some great pubs too!! Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be doing another one.

A fantastic experience! Would thoroughly recommend! My husband and I did the 007 game and we are already looking to book the next one, perhaps with the kids this time (aged 9 and 13). It's a decent walk around London, but with plenty of pit stops (they give you the option to pause the game at certain points if you want to stay at a pub and have a drink). I did 1500 steps that day, but it definitely didn't feel like it - we were constantly entertained looking for the next clues! An absolutely great concept - like an escape room but on a walking tour of London at the same time. Everything is accessed through your phone so make sure it's got plenty of battery life! Older kids would love it, just factor in the walking if you're taking younger ones!

This was a great game to play around London. It takes you to some lovely pubs that we would never have known about. The game is very well organised with options to have breaks at some of the pubs. Make sure you have comfy footwear as its a good trek around London.

This was a great experience. We booked to complete the challenge between travelling to London checking in to our hotel. It was perfect because the built in breaks allows for lunch and comfort breaks. The clues include physical evidence and phone interactions. Would do it again

This was honestly excellent. I didn't think it was going to be bad, you understand - but this far exceeded my expectations. My good lady and I did just fine as pair, it took us about two and half hours and she didn't mind one bit about how excitable I got every time a message came through or some niche Bond reference was mentioned. In fact, she is, unbelievably, still attracted to me.

Fantastic experience, well planned and executed. Just the right tempo and complexity. We have done the Moriarty one a couple of ytago and that too was fantastic. We will try do another one soon.

A great way to explore London on foot and see the sights you dont usually notice, venture to those parallel streets just off the beaten track solving clues on your journey. A genuine 3 to 4 hour activity suitable for families and friends.

Great mystery hunt being part of MI6 for the day! Took us to places we’d never seen before with written clues via WhatsApp and physical clues to pick up in places along the way. Very interactive and great fun!

We completed the OO7 mission today with 4 adults and 3 children aged 11-14 It was such a brilliant way to see parts of London you wouldn’t normally see, pubs you wouldn’t necessarily know to visit etc The text interactions were great and giving codes to staff in the bars for more clues made it such fun (and a good way for these businesses to increase their footfall. Would thoroughly recommend for a fun day out. Can’t wait to do another one! My only tip is that I don’t think it’s necessary for everyone to receive the messages as it actually can get confusing. There should be one fee that’s higher for the person that receives the messages and then smaller fees for other member of the same party. You definitely don’t need to pay for everyone.

I had a great time doing the James Bond themed HiddenCity event with some friends. I loved that it involved interacting with other people, and it took me to streets/areas I didn't know were there in London. It was well paced and unique, and I would definitely recommend it.

The entire day was fantastic. It was a great experience and exceptionally well organised. The interactive aspect of the game was really engaging and we a lot of positive feedback from staff saying it was the best.

Brilliant experience for for family and friends and a good laugh when competing against others

This was a great treasure hunt! The clues were challenging but doable and the way the game develops with all the Bond characters sending you messages was genius! I loved the fact that there were some more intricate clues that you had to solve, but that these were given to you in a pub, so you could pause for a drink at these points (with the time allowed for in the game) - so you left energised to do the next section. We completed the game in a few hours, did a good few steps, while unravelling really interesting clues - and we got to see some bits of London that we'd never noticed before. You could feel the "jeapardy" as you worked things out which added a really fun dimension... Will definitely be booking again! Thank you!

We did this as a group of work colleagues. It was so cleverly done and completely worth the cost. It took a few hours with breaks included. Highly recommend this experience for anyone looking for something new and fun to do in London. A brilliant concept!

A really enjoyable day out - we did the Shadow of Spectre tour as a family (kids 12 and 15) and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The puzzles were great and it’s a fun way to explore London. Highly recommended!
