Great experience. Lovely ladies, serving afternoon tea, on a double decker bus. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Food very fresh & tasty. Dietary options available at time of booking. Landmark's pointed out during the tour. Highly recommend & great value for money

Fabulous trip. Food was very fresh. Great prosecco. Got to see the London sights in style with great ABBA music
It was good fun! Pretty pink bus and lots of delicious food. The staff were friendly and gave a great service. The ABBA music could have been a little louder. We had great seats right at the front on the top floor. There was so much food and we also got given fun glasses and a nice cup!
Booked through Groupon was very straight forward However trying to redeem these ticket was something else No link just a QR code I ended up calling golden tours to help me book the date I needed This was very challenging took over 30 minutes to book one ticket! The representative was very reluctant to help but did so in the end I told him I have another 4 tickets he told me I must do it my self with the link But there was no link! Otherwise I wouldn’t be calling Meeting at the venue very stressful the lady in charge asked me 5 times to see all bookings and taking pictures of my bookings going round in circles Ruined the experience as we were all stressed and spoken to abruptly My 50th birthday not great could hardly hear abba music Lovely lady on board made it better Interesting experience
This was a fun experience - the bus setup is really cute and the afternoon tea was decent. The ABBA link was a bit tenuous - literally background music - and it would have been nice to get more info about the sights we passed, but it was something different to do and a pleasant way to spend time with family.
Great tour and good fun. Very attentive and helpful staff.
Stop was close to hotel, the bus had an audio tour included. It was great !
What a great way to see all the London sights from the comfort of your own bus while listening to Abba and enjoying an Afternoon Tea. Good selection of sandwiches & cakes + a hot drink & glass of mimosa to sip ( or 2 in our case as we paid a bit extra.) No commentary as we had the music on but the sights are obvious. Many thanks - my daughter and I really enjoyed the experience !
Excellent food and staff so lovely would highly recommend
A good time was had by all 4 of us. Myself and one of my friends are gluten free and we appreciated the food. It was equal to the 'normal' fare. My friend could not believe that his gluten free cake was bigger than a 'normal ' enjoyed by his wife. Thankyou Golden Tours.
Amazing trip great food , brilliant view from top deck and very helpful staff . Would recommend and I live in Greater London .
Fab afternoon tea - drinks and etc. The only difference was that the bus had abba tunes playing - hosts didn’t join in or make it an experience as such - so a lovely afternoon but disappointed by “abba” aspect.
Came to london for theatre break wanted a bus tour and afternoon tea but didnt have time for both. Found the afternoon tea bus which combined both excellent time and value for money
Delightful way to spend a couple of hours seeing London sights. Enjoyed a mimosa with wonderfully tasty sandwiches, scones and pastries. Host Chris was charming and so accommodating. Thoroughly enjoyable experience.
Third time going on the tour but this time, with my family to celebrate her 14th birthday. It was a nice experience enjoyed by the children and adults. The staff were nice and attentive. I did mention to the staff that the tour was to celebrate my daughter’s birthday , I was abit disappointed they did not announce to wish her happy birthday.
Great staff and food was excellent
It was fantastic experience. I went with my daughters . Snacks were great. As we are vegan our dietary requirements were met. I would definitely recommend this trip .
Fabulous experience Tooky granddaughter as a birthday treat. We both loved it. Everything was so fresh and tasty, such an amazing idea. Looking forward to next one
Me and my friends had the most wonderful 1.5hrs of fun, laughter, singing and enjoying some of the main landmarks of London . Afternoon tea and drinks were plentiful and value for money. Our waiter Chris was on hand all the time making sure we had the most fun. Our bus tour wasn't crowded making it even more special as we had the top deck mostly to ourselves. I would absolutely recommend this tour whether you go in a group or just a couple of you. One of my best days with my group of friends
Lovely food, and well worth the money, and they even gave us a fan and a cup to take away.
Lovely trip. Highly recommend. The staff were lovely and friendly. Food good.
Really had a great time singing and the route was amazing we would love to do it again l
Food was great, but crowd was stiff, hard to get good pictures of Buckingham Palace sitting on the right. One table felt it was perfectly fine to leave their bags at my table since I was only one person. One of the servers even made a snarky comment about me traveling alone, which disappointed me even more than the older women who infringed on my privacy
Booked to celebrate our birthdays and we were not disappointed. Ran to time, nice tour route and booking the top deck definitely the best way to see. Food fresh and good choice of sandwiches, small scone/cream/jam and a selection of small rich cakes served with choices of cold drinks (we chose Mimosa/Prosecco and refills offered with hot drinks served during the tour too. It was a treat to do but not likely to do again unless the route was changed. We were fortunate the bus was not full as it became very warm with one passenger unfortunately taken ill so if booking this trip be aware no aircon though a paper fan was provided to all passengers.
Thoroughly enjoyed the tune on the bus. We had excellent seats right at front top deck I think it was called premium. Definitely worth it. Staff were lovely and very efficient. My only criticism would be I think the commentary could do with updating as it missed out a lot of Information. I noticed we passed landmarks and nothing was said about them. On the whole though a lovely couple of hours.
Great experience, nice food, friendly staff.
Excellent bus tour. Lovely staff, good food and of course great ABBA music and just at the right volume. Well done Golden Tours.
There is no option for vegetarian people, they say if you book within 24 hours of service then no guarantee of vegetarian dish, you will get standard meal, but in that standard meal there are 4 non veg option, not even single veg, not worth of paying this much if you are not getting single vegetarian option.
This was a very nice trip where we saw various landmarks. The admission fee was very reasonable for six adults and one child. 90 minutes was adequate for the entire trip, even though some landmarks were highlighted, I would have preferred more to be acknowledged. The music that was played was relaxing. The amount of people was just right, no overcrowding and everyone was friendly. The staff was very friendly and answered many questions. This trip would be suitable for people who have never been to London. My family throughly enjoyed this trip.
I booked the afternoon tea bus for my friend’s birthday. Ahead of time, the team were helpful with my questions and ensured we had great seats. Warm welcome and friendly staff who were very relaxed even though we had cut our timing a bit tight due to tubes. The afternoon tea itself was good, particularly the scone, and providing us with fans was such a thoughtful touch given the weather. A second glass of Prosecco would have been lovely, but the tea and souvenir cup was great. We enjoyed the sights, a great mix of modern and traditional high points, although the commentary was a little difficult to hear so not sure if it was overly informative
Took my daughter for a lovely afternoon together catching up without the kids , it was just what we needed. The food was excellent, fresh and delicious and the staff very attentive. Overall a wonderful experience.
Great 3.15pm Tuesday 7th july
No Audio, changed busses twice, only one of three had the audio working as it should. Had to wait 20 to 30 minutes each time we changed to get a bus with audio. Gave up , so didn’t get value for money. Just a bad experience all day.
The tea bus was great! It was extremely hot but we were kept topped up with drinks, food was lovely, would recommend
This was to celebrate my cousins daughter’s first trip to London. She wanted to do the ABBA experience and so I bought her the abba themed afternoon tea bus to complement this. We all had a fabulous time. The lady who looked after us was fantastic and was very attentive. There was a joyful buzz on the bus as we sang along to abba and drank tea and Prosecco. Would definitely recommend
It was a fun experience with a great afternoon tea. We had front of the bus seats even though we hadn’t booked them which was a bonus. The team on the bus Wunmi & Akshay were very attentive & fun. The added extra of fun glasses & glow sticks. Lots of singing & just having fun. Thank you.
What a brilliant trip. The tea was amazing even my gluten free tea!!! A lovely sightseeing trip as well. Super attentive staff and Abba music all the way. Would highly recommend. Great value for money.
While the bus delivered as per their advertisement, we found the food very underwhelming. The limited commentary was just that. Nobody really went out of their way to make it a special experience. However, the two hosts did their jobs as expected and were polite.
Very nice tour considering it was pouring with rain. Smooth ride, staff were very plesant. Not a great deal of food but it was fresh and very tasty. Impressed with the thermal cup my tea was served in, which I got to take home. Commentary wasn't great but they played good music. My friend and I had a bit of a singalong. We went around the back of Buckingham Palace, shame we didn't see the front.
The lunch was absolutely superb. Great to see the sites of London as somebody else is driving. Allowed us to keep the sealable teacup to take home, great gift
Extremely fun even when the weather was raining
Had a wonderful time with Golden tours tea bus for afternoon tea and sight seeing.Couldnt fault it. Would go again.Finger sandwiches, wrap, and selection of cakes and scone, hot and cold drinks. A lovely way to relax and enjoy for one and half hours. Thankyou to all Staff.
The bus left late, no information regarding the delay, abba music only after numerous requests, lacking in atmosphere despite the glow stick, a paper boot on a cocktail stick in a mini cake and plastic sunglasses, mediocre food, points of interest highlights ran late, very disappointed, £168 for three, only good thing was the staff, a young girl who was very pleasant and trying her best. Customer services very indifferent response
Took my friends and partner to celebrate her 60th birthday, the whole 90 minutes was very well organised and the staff were very good their names were Winnie and Hetel .
AVOID THIS BOOKING COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Arrived at our tour only to find the venue was closed after confirmation the night before. We called the booking company golden tours only to be greeted by abuse .Eventually after having to prove that the venue was closed ,did the customer service team decide that we may be able to get a refund……yes may ???? Wtf . Unfortunately I then had another tour booked with the same company and this time we were asked to accommodate them as the tour was moved to another time. I might add this was on the same day. This time however transportation in London was severely disrupted due to unexpected closures of there railways. We contacted the company to let them know that we had been left stranded by transportation but unfortunately this fell on very deaf and unaccommating customer service staff…… 500 pounds gone!!!!!!!! I’m furious….
Excellent experience! Thanks
Really pleasant staff, good service. Good food
We had a lovely afternoon tea bus trip. The food was lovely and the staff on board the bus were very friendly. We loved the addition of the fans at each place setting as there is no air con on the bus so it was very warm!!
This was such a fun experience. Ameen looked after us for the whole time and made sure that we had the best time! The food was actually really nice - the scones were served warm and fresh and we had this lovely souvenir mug to bring home. We also saw all the landmarks in London as part of this experience - was fab!
Very nice staff. The food was already on the plates covered over but was still very fresh. Drink options were surprisingly extensive. Free travel mug was a nice touch. My only negative comment is I expected more commentary on the drive.
