I was thoroughly impressed by vicky at the front desk. They were highly professional, efficient, and handled a busy lobby with absolute grace. They quickly checked me in, answered all my questions clearly, and provided excellent local recommendations. Exceptional service!"

This is more like a service apartment. It's quiet and peaceful. The only thumbs-down is their kitchen utensils - they are old, had requested to replace, but haven't done. Walkable to Tube station, high street, pubs, restaurants, etc. It's a good place to stay.
5 Stars (minus 4 for effort) WOW! We were only here for one night and, even though the man at the front desk asked me not to write a review, I just feel like everyone should know what an AMAZING experience we had. The man in question hadn't seen how BRILLIANT the room was so I was thrilled to give him a tour before we left. I showed him the incredible cracked glass mirror that hung above my children's heads as they slept, the tiny ants (who doesn't LOVE cute little creatures?) that scurried around the bathroom, the interesting art on the walls disguised as dirt and smudges - even a BLOOD smear on the wall in the bathroom (cool!). We were intrigued by the smell - a heady mix of feet, smoke and air freshener and the WONDERFUL interior design decisions like the duct tape covering the bedside table (inspiring). The fun we had trying to open a wardrobe that was too close to the bed to open really made our stay in London special. Personally I loved hearing how sad and grossed out my children were.. just what a special memory making weekend away should be. The piece de resistance was the security pad on the outside door... which you didn't actually need as the door didn't close and lock properly anyway. This made getting in and out easy peasy. HOORAY! I'll be sad never to return again but we feel, as a family, that you can have TOO much excitement so will give W6 a wide berth from now on. Positives include getting some money back in exchange for not leaving a bad review (I wouldn't anyway cos it was FAB) and the duvet was quite comfy.
Very, very, basic of the very basic accommodation. Shower head had to be held....no kettle, ironing board but no iron, tea bags but no milk, zero facilities and a poor lad in a room/reception where your bags can be 'looked after securely'......! Book with care and read the other posts before booking so you won't have high expectations....other than that it was fine 🫣
Stayed here for a weekend. We were given a basement room. This might be a «only some of the rooms are as advertised, and you may get lucky» situation, but the room we got looked nothing like the pictures. You could tell that the receptionist worker was embarrassed to show us the room, because he ran back upstairs without providing a wifi code or any information at all regarding our stay and check out. The room had a very strong chemical perfume smell, but not in a clean way, in the way you get when one puts on way too much perfume to cover body odour. The floor was moldy and moist and left small floor particles on all clothing. There was no window that could be left open to air out the perfume mold air, except a glass door that led to a shared outdoor area. The curtain covering the glass door was wet and dirty and didn’t cover the lights coming from outside, which made the room an uncomfortably bright place to sleep. There was a centimetre opening under the door to the hallway, so you could hear everything happening in the hallway at all times. The only door lock between the room and outside London was the room door, which didn’t feel super safe. The atmosphere was damp and felt very unclean. Unsure about UK codes and law but the fire alarm had a plastic bag covering it. In short: Moldy water damaged floor, broken worn down furniture, visible gross stains on everything, a little wet, mold in the shower, broken shower head holder, no shower drain cover, poor fire safety. We both ended up with respiratory irritation after the weekend.
