What a great hotel, fantastic for a london break, lovely rooms with a 4 poster bed and beautiful little garden, breakfast was amazing, the staff went out of their way to cater for our vegan options. We will be back.

We were impressed with the hotel exterior as well as the location. Beautiful park opposite and close to Earl's Court tube station, pubs and shops all within short walking distance. Reception area was beautifully decorated and the gentleman who greeted us was so lovely and really helpful. Initially we were allocated room 2 on the lower floor but we weren't happy that it didn't have a window per se other than a small one above the door making it a bit claustrophobic for us and immediately we asked if we could be moved. Unfortunately there wasn’t another twin room available so we asked if we could switch to a double if available. There were 2 doubles available and we were given the option to view both. We chose room 17 on the 3rd floor. Whilst small and a bit to get around the one side of the bed, the room was clean and had a window as we wanted. Tea and coffee facilities available. The Rituals toiletries provided were lovely . I think there was a little confusion between us as we were asked to pay for the double room as room 2 was non refundable whereas we just wanted to switch. We paid as requested given the short time we were staying and I addressed this on my return. There was some delay coming back to me but in fairness the hotel resolved the issue. Breakfast is typically continental with the usual items but well presented. Breakfast area was tastefully decorated and clean and on a hot day having the patio doors open onto the terrace was a blessing. I have to say all staff here were absolutely wonderful. Friendly, professional and helpful.
Very convenient location, 5 minutes from a central underground station. Very nice surrounding area and very calm and quiet. Cracking room, the bed was large & extremely comfortable. Very well functioning temperature control in the room to keep it nice and chilled, clean and modern finish. Only qualm was the shower temperature was slightly on the cooler side. Friendly staff too.
Spent two nights in Pasha's room. Was happy with the bed, balcony and bathroom. 5 minutes to the tube and from there 15-20 minutes to the center of London. In the bathroom on the lamp by the mirror there was a strange stain that was hard not to notice. For breakfast there was a choice of toast, fruit yogurt, cheese, chicken, egg, croissant and tea coffee.
The bed in the room was way too big for the space. One could barely walk around the room. Two people in the room was not comfortable. The bathroom needs some attention. The shower floor ans sinks were cracked. Nowhere to place bathroom items and no plug in the bathroom for the hairdryer.
