Great place to stay. We have spent a lot pf time researching about other places nearby but this was worth it. They maintain the place well , breakfast buffet is good, washing machine works. Overall its good for a long stay. It has AC so hot days should be comfortable Dont worry or spend much on the facing of the room. Dont think any room will have any good view. Also few rooms will get the sounds from nearby tube station but once you close the windows it shouldn’t be a problem. Staff are super helpful as well. Place is very centrally located and closeby to the tube station. For short stays this place becomes expensive.

This hotel is an excellent choice for London tourist travel. Our room was large and had a washer and dryer which was so nice. We could see Tower Bridge from our room which was really cool! This hotel being extremely close to the train station was very handy and I appreciated it after a few days of walking many miles. The only thing I wish it had was a softer bed as I personally found the bed to be very hard and a bit tough for me but again this is just my personal opinion. I would highly recommend staying here!
Fabulous hotel and great location. Definitely 5 stars. The staff have a very high standard of customer service. A big thank you for making my mum's birthday weekend so special and giving us the upgrades for everyone in our party. The accommodation is to a very high standard and very comfortable. The breakfast was so nice with plenty of choices. I highly recommend this hotel without no hesitation. I will definitely be going back.
Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel the room was spotless not a speck of dust anywhere. Great selection of teas and coffees which was amazing and I also got a room upgrade. Powerful shower and couldn’t hear noise from outside or rooms next door. Breakfast was included in my package and I really enjoyed it 10/10 all the food was fresh and well cooked. I think there should be a better process at reception as I arrived early had to show my ID to leave my luggage and then I had to go through the process again when I checked in when they guy had already put my details into the computer. I’ve never had to do that twice before in any hotel. Also the outside of this hotel is a complete dump with the green area, that shouldn’t be the first thing that guests see it looks revolting and actually Made me panic as I thought I had booked a horrible place, only to find a beautiful hotel on the inside. Great location, disappointing there is no rooftop bar and that it’s only open for conferences wanted to see the view of the Tower of London view and had to go to another rooftop bar close by. I thought the Tower of London view would have been a selling point for this hotel.
This hotel being advertised as a 5-star hotel is simply a joke. From the moment you walk into the reception area, you immediately realise this is not a high standard. There is absolutely no 5-star atmosphere or luxury. In my opinion, it deserves no more than 3 stars. The rooms were extremely disappointing. We paid for a suit with breakfast and dinner. The mattresses were uncomfortable, the furnishings were very basic, and there wasn’t a single feature that made the room feel luxurious. There was no carpet on the floors, cleanliness was low, fridge empty, and the housekeeping service throughout our stay was poor. Unpleasant empty with small tv. Bedding basic. Nothing about the room reflected a genuine 5-star hotel. The restaurant was the biggest disappointment of all. The tables like in cheap bistro, people squashed, nothing looks like a fine dining restaurant. Waiters serious no smile and poor service manners. We paid for breakfast and dinner as a package, but the food was shocking. The choice of food was limited, the only meat to choose was dry chicken. Dinner consisted of tiny portions served on small plates like for children, including a dry piece of chicken that was completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be 5-star and a few small cut in half potatoes. The breakfasts were also disappointing, with hard bread and very average quality and limited choice. Coffee unacceptable. Service - nothing looks like 5 stars. Considering the extremely high price we paid for 2 nights only, the value for money is terrible. This hotel is massively overpriced for the standard it offers. I genuinely cannot understand how it has such high ratings. I would not recommend this hotel. It is certainly not a 5-star experience and, in my opinion, is an overpriced 3-star hotel at best. I should request a refund.
