Loved the property- and I’m definitely picky about where I stay. I was so glad we chose this hotel. I stayed in the newly renovated rooms and considered them large for London. Had a bottle of water provided for us daily. Had everything we needed. Tyrone checked us in. He was really friendly and took care of us our entire 4 night stay. Had the breakfast buffet- I’m both gluten and dairy free and this was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. They had vegan yogurt- vegan butter- gluten free oats- gluten free bread and muffins- eggs, fruit- tomato’s bacon sausage and lots more. They even provided champagne. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and will stay here again!
Had the Theatreland Afternoon Tea in the Palm Court and it was just perfect! Food was delicious. Service by all staff was so polite and friendly. All our needs were met and it was so nice to be in the beautiful Palm Court. More hotels should open their beautiful ballrooms for afternoon tea. What a great experience.
We had the best experience staying here, rooms were nice and clean, comfortable bedding, and great location that was walkable and close to everything, close to the tube as well. Staff were very kind and helpful, Divya in particular was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

I highly recommend the Afternoon Tea at The Waldorf in London. I visited with my son and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, and it felt very family-friendly. The food was delicious, the tea selection was excellent, and the live music made the experience even more enjoyable. A lovely afternoon and definitely worth a visit.
