The Rosebery By Supercity Aparthotels

While the hotel is wonderful, be careful, as they don't return the security deposits, they claim it is returned and may take some time, but we are here almost a month and the security deposit is still not returned requiring to initiate a chargeback against the hotel. Update after response from owner: Security deposits should be returned at the moment, I understand a possible delay, but a whole month delay means the hotel didn't even process the cancellation of the preauthorization. Same card/bank, another completely different hotel, the cancellation arribes instantly, because is what happens when it is processed, not when you leave it expire, which can be 30-40 days which is unaceptable.

A lovely cool welcome on an incredibly hot day. The receptionist was busy but he was cool and calm and gave us a great welcome, mentioned he checked our air-conditioning was working in our room before our arrival. The room was pristine and cool, a welcome hamper on the dinning table and a fantastic view of the city and all the big sights. The bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable double bed, tasteful furnishings and large tv. The wardrobe has enough storage for the longest stay and included the hairdrier and Iron. The lounge has a comfortable sofa, tables for your drinks and the ChromeCast TV. The kitchen has everything you need whether for 1 night or a longhaul stay, very impressive and again everything was clean and perfectly placed. Bathroom had a shower in the bath but was nice to have the choice and again... very clean and well presented! Overall a fantastic 2 nights stay for my birthday. We loved how clean and meticulous the room was. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Nice aparthotel. Conveniently located to bus stops and tube stations. Rooms are spacious with all kitchen appliances and utilities.

We stayed in this apartment hotel for four nights. Location is okay. Near Farrington train station and 5 min from the hotel there are several buses available (including 38 or 19) to take you all the way to Oxford Street etc... The kitchen is well equipped. The bed was comfortable but the duvet was not - it was too heavy to lift and not soft. The toilet was clean but the toilet stool, when you flush, produced too little and slowly flowing water. If this is the way to save water the guests are in trouble?! The worst thing with the room was the very disturbing trafic noise (probably the windows are not properly sound isolated) making it very hard to get a good night's sleep (and then we even asked for an as quiet room as possible - can't imagine how bad a other one's could be)...
