We booked a reservation and they canceled it the day before and couldn’t tell us why, but had already given our room away. I have an email confirmation saying payment was due at check in, so there was no reason to cancel it like that. We had to quickly find another hotel. A manager was supposed to call us to tell us what happened and never did. Horrible service and horrible position to put us in the day before our holiday.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Lincoln suites. We were greeted by Lynette and she was so lovely from the start. Everytime we walked in our out she always smiled and said hello, Other staff also were the same and very helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean and spacious. I especially loved their was an in room washing machine and dryer for a family of 4 who needed to wash clothes was so convenient and also having wash pods provided as well helped. I wish all hotels provided this in room instead of paying. would stop the added cost as well. places we went to charged 4 pounds each and 5 euros each to wash and dry. It was quiet nothing was a problem at all. My only suggestion would be to have privacy curtains behind the main curtains so people in the opposite building can’t seen in and we can open a window. The location was great, supermarkets restaurants and plenty of buses around. We enjoyed Greggs across the road for a quick breakfast. We enjoyed Wildwood restaurant 5 min walk also. I would stay here again well worth the money. Thankyou Lincoln suites.
⭐ Extremely disappointed with Lincoln Suites I booked Lincoln Suites for my wife’s 40th birthday as a special trip for her and our family. I made the reservation 9 months in advance, as I wanted everything to be organised well ahead of such an important milestone birthday. We had been really looking forward to the weekend and had made our plans around staying there. Then, in mid-September, I was told that Lincoln Suites could no longer accommodate our booking. I cannot put into words how disappointing this was. I had specifically booked this for my wife’s 40th birthday, and after having the reservation confirmed for 9 months, I never expected to suddenly be told just weeks before the trip that they could no longer honour it. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that the same room is still available to book on Booking.com, but is now being advertised for £707 — around £300 more than the price I originally booked it for. It is incredibly frustrating to have our booking cancelled after 9 months, only to see the room still being offered at a significantly higher price. This was supposed to be a very special weekend for my wife’s 40th birthday, something I had taken the time to plan and organise for her and our family. Instead, we have been left having to rearrange our plans at short notice and deal with a huge amount of disappointment and stress. My advice to anyone considering booking Lincoln Suites would be not to make important plans around your stay, as they may cancel your booking even after it has been confirmed for 9 months. Very disappointing and completely unacceptable. What should have been a special 40th birthday weekend has instead been made unnecessarily stressful. Thank you, Lincoln Suites, for ruining what was meant to be a very special birthday weekend for my wife.
First time in London and Lincoln Suites. Everything has been great. The apartment is nice & tastefully decorated. Very clean. Everything is in working condition. The bed is very comfortable. Big shout out to Annette at the front desk. She's a superstar. Very professional when she signed us in and very helpful with suggestions and directions. Aisha drew us a lovely picture. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.
The room was cozy, with all kinds of kitchen amenities available. Was a studio room with small kitchen area. The bed was really comfy. Location is obviously the key thing as well. Would point out however that the Air Conditioning was remotely set to heating only and we had to pop open windows with a lot of traffic noise coming in. We were given the option to get a portable fan. There was also no house keeping staff available at night. The lovely front desk lady (I'm so sorry forgot their name) was very helpful to come herself and get a toilet issue sorted for us. I would suggest to make all rooms carpeted. This will increase the general comfort, cleanliness and quality of rooms ten fold. Appreciate this might be a cost cutting thing to keep the air con on a general setting remotely. But customising the settings for each room will certainly be a great value. Especially given the fact that it was the End of April now. Would recommend highly to any travellers who are looking for comfort in the heart of London.
