What a stunning boutique hotel! The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. The building itsself is gorgeous full of history and decorated perfectly, the bar and dining hall are beautiful. The dinning hall is breathtaking with beautiful blue walls and amazing blue crystal chandeliers. The English breakfast is delicious, the mushrooms are cooked in a thyme butter which were so tasty. The rooms are very well equipped with a complimentary non alcoholic minibar/fridge, bed was very comfortable although the pillows now so. The toilets were luxury, heated seat was a pleasure. All in all a great stay we can not fault anything would definitely stay again, and would highly recommend a visit. 👌👌👌👌

It’s a lovely hotel in a great spot next to Tower Bridge. The room and hotel itself is clean and comfortable. For a luxury, 5 star hotel, the service was mixed. We arrived with a lot of luggage as we were getting married, something we had declared but was not acknowledged. We didn’t get any help with luggage up to the room, which was surprising - though when we left, a different person on the desk got a member of the team to help us out. Breakfast on the first day was fast and delicious. On the second day, we waited a very long time and had to remind staff twice. On the other side of the coin, we did call down a few times to top up amenities and our every request was taken care of. For the price and the way the hotel positions itself, I guess our expectations were higher on the service element which was inconsistent. Overall however, a pleasant stay.

There are no words to how amazing this hotel is. The bed was extremely comfortable with the down comforter. The pillows were perfect. The bathroom stayed warm at the most comfortable temperature with a husband that prefers a cold room to sleep it was nice having warm tile to walk on for the shower. The water pressure of the shower and space was amazing. The hotel itself was gorgeous with lush carpet makes the hotel very quiet. The location is absolutely perfect you can hop on the tube to get anywhere but its also within walking distance to borough market, tower bridge and tower of London you can literally see them once you turn the corner of the hotel. The complimentary drinks and snacks in the room was perfect and restocked every time they cleaned the room. The toilet seat was heated and my husband now needs this at our house. This was definitely my new favorite hotel. The staff was amazing as well very friendly.

Beautiful heritage hotel, spacious and luxurious rooms. The staff is so friendly and super helpful! A special shout out to Muskaan for such a seamless checkin experience! She not only tried to give us our room early, but helped in reserving lunch for us! I had some electrical issues in the room and the staff was speedy enough to send someone to fix it as I was always in and out of the hotel going for meetings. Its a 5 min walk to london bridge station as well as the gorgeous london tower. Excellent food options around! I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel!
