From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional and attentive, and they genuinely made us feel special and well looked after throughout our stay. The service was outstanding!
The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant and full of charm, with a lovely atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, beautifully presented and very clean. The location is also excellent.

The best night's stay we'd ever had!! My girlfriend and I celebrated our 3 years anniversary here recently and we both agreed that the experience couldn't have been any more perfect thanks to the staff! Our bathroom was spacious and our room was prepared with real rose petals in the bed along with a congratulatory table spread! Special shoutout to Dan in the restaurant who was charming and attentive, as well as Ingrida, Faizana, and George who provided excellent customer service - we felt very well looked after. We will definitely be returning. 11/10 experience
This was my second time staying at the Kensington and somehow this experience exceeded my last. The room was beautiful and spacious. The staff (especially Nora at the front desk and Pavel at the concierge) were so helpful and did everything they could to make our stay for our honeymoon as enjoyable as they could. As someone who lived in London for a few months, this is the perfect spot if you want to be in the heart of London but outside all of the touristy spots. It’s a quick walk to Hyde Park, a few minutes to the tube station, and within less than a mile you can walk to the beautiful kings road which has plenty of Resturants and shops. We enjoyed our breakfasts as well and their martini at the bar was incredible. It’s a very wonderful boutique hotel and it’s worth every penny - especially if you book with Amex and get all of the wonderful amenities it comes with. I’ll definitely be back!
We had a wonderful stay at The Kensington. The hotel is beautiful and the location is fantastic — especially perfect for families with children.
We had a small issue with our room, but the team was incredibly helpful and immediately found a solution and moved us to a new room. We really appreciated how quickly and professionally everything was handled.

Outstanding!!!!!! From the moment you arrive you know you have chosen the right hotel. The hotel staff are amazing, so professional, engaging and so pleasant everyone of them. The hotel itself is 5 star all the way. We had a suite and the room size was wonderful. Beautiful linen exceptionally clean decorated in such style. The area is outstanding, walk everywhere, and so quiet!!!! A big shout out to all staff especially Thomas who was just delightful and made you feel so welcome. We would not look anywhere else. If I could give 10 stars I would.
