Stayed at the Henrietta for four nights in October. Very nice room with big bath area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is extra but had great choices hot and cold. Location is excellent with many restaurants, cafes and coffee shops choices at all price ranges.
We really enjoyed our stay at Henrietta Experimental in Covent Garden. The location is fantastic—right in the middle of a very busy, lively area, but once you step into the hotel and your room, it feels peaceful and quiet. The bed and linens were amazing, we are definitely bed and linen snobs, and they did not disappoint! Housekeeping was excellent, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and always happy to help. Overall, a wonderful stay in a great location. We would definitely stay here again!
Can you give a location 10 stars. Perfect for restaurants, shows and enjoying London. Spent 3 nights at the HE at the top of the house. Not only a fabulous room but a beautiful little private terrace with views over to Southbank and London Eye. Just as the photos show! I cannot say enough about the hotel, the attention to detail by the staff and how special the entire visit was to this classy west end hotel.
The hotel is stunning and offers a very comfortable pampering stay. Great location in Covent Garden, beautifully designed rooms, comfy bed and soft bed sheets. Staff is friendly and helpful. I loved every moment staying there and I can't wait to come back.
Stayed here 2 nights and was really impressed. Staff were firstly fantastic and we got such a warm welcome. Room was lovely and very clean with everything you needed. Toiletries were delightful smelt amazing. Bed was very comfortable, air conditioning worked perfectly. We were in the building across the road and the location was ideal for the marathon, food shopping and theatre. We will stay there next year again without hesitation.
