Stayed here for a work conference and enjoyed the hotel room and facilities for me and my team. Food in the hotel was great and tons of other options only a short walk away. Service was fantastic and Harold from security along with housekeeping were able to help me get my AirPods after I left them in the room and ship them to me. Overall great experience!
If you’re coming to Cleveland, stop researching and stay here! We had a great time! Room was a bit small, but comfortable with cozy bed and updated bathroom. Lobby and bar are fantastic. Great talk with David yesterday who shd be a Cleveland tour guide. Highly recommend and we’ll stay here when we return!
Exceptional Stay at Hotel Cleveland! Hotel Cleveland, Autograph Collection is in a fantastic location right in the center of downtown. It offers incredibly convenient public transit access with the train station attached and is within walking distance of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, the Theater District, the lakefront, and vibrant nearby neighborhoods. From the moment we arrived, the valets were friendly and efficient, and the front desk team was warm and welcoming. A special shoutout to Ryan at the front desk, who went out of his way to ensure all our needs were met and that we loved our room assignment! We stayed in a larger suite with two queen beds that looked recently renovated. It beautifully combines classic historic charm with impeccable, immaculate furniture. The suite was incredibly spacious, featuring gorgeous marble in the bathroom, a full dining table, a large work desk, and stunning views of the lake and downtown skyline. We also had breakfast at the hotel restaurant—the setting and bar area are luxurious and beautiful, the staff was lovely, and the food was delicious. A perfect stay overall!
While staff are friendly and helpful, little things like needing a key to use lobby restrooms during the day we're annoying. Most importantly, safety items need attention. The deadbolt did not operate on the door and the door jamb latch had obviously been pushed through as the screws were loose to the point of the latch being ineffective. When notified, the answer was to caulk the screws. Deadbolt not fixed. They did come and unclog the shower drain when it filled the shower pan during a 5 minute shower. Overall the room was clean. Food and drink service in the bar was good, but the event food was lacking. Breakfast items cold. Like sausage or the frittatas and eggs.
Beautiful hotel with premium service! I arrived tired after a delayed flight. The front desk receptionist, Tanaya, had a warm genuine smile waiting for me. She quickly took care of me, handed me my keys and 2 bottles of water and sent me to my room to gratefully rest. When I got there, I forgot to ask for a room near the elevator so back downstairs I went. Tanaya was there again to help me and in less than 5 minutes I was back upstairs. The room was immaculately clean, the bed was comfy and the showers had great water pressure. Later Downstairs, the bar was lively and beautiful. The next morning, Breakfast was delicious and the staff was so sweet, they even gave me a cappuccino to go when I realized I need to run before I was late to my conference. Overall an extremely pleasant 3 day stay at Hotel Cleveland Autograph! Definitely will return!
