The Cadogan, A Belmond Hotel

Everything about our stay was excellent. The hotel was exceptionally quiet, which made it a very relaxing place to stay. The staff were genuinely attentive, professional, and kind, without ever being intrusive. We were especially touched by the thoughtful complimentary gift the hotel sent to our room to celebrate our son’s university graduation. It was a wonderful surprise and made our stay even more memorable. We also had an incident where I accidentally left a bag with important belongings outside the hotel while waiting for our airport transfer. The staff noticed it immediately, contacted us by email without delay, and kept it safe until we were able to return and collect it. We truly appreciated their quick communication and care. Everything was outstanding, and we would be happy to stay here again. Thank you very much!

We completely fell in love with The Cadogan. Right in the heart of Chelsea, it gets quiet luxury completely right. The rooms are modern, stylish, and beautifully designed, and the service throughout our stay was incredible. Easily one of our favorite properties in London, we'll definitely be back!

The Cadogan was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had the opportunity to enjoy! While the location, food and drink, decor and ambience, and amenities were surely worthy of five stars, the staff were what made our (two week+) stay top-notch. Jamie and the concierge team were able to accommodate every question and request; the dining services team (the breakfast servers in particular) provided exceptional meals and hospitality; the housekeeping team kept the hotel and our room in impeccable shape; the front desk and lobby team greeted us every time we returned from our adventures. Everything was wonderfully personalized and The Cadogan truly felt like our home away from home! If you are looking for an intimate, bespoke, luxury hotel within walking distance from iconic London museums, shops, venues, parks, and more, this is it.

We chose to stay at The Cadogan based on the reviews and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Service overall was impeccable, and everyone there was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Lee and Jeremy at the concierge desk were particularly helpful in assisting us with tour availability and booking, as well as other questions during our stay. We were always greeted warmly and offered umbrellas when there was threat of rain on our way out by the doormen. We ended up ordering in room dining several times because we enjoyed the food (both breakfast and all day dining). Cannot recommend strongly enough. We would definitely stay at The Cadogan for our next London trip!
