A wonderful stay at The Berkeley
We stayed at The Berkeley for a special family weekend to celebrate my daughter’s wedding, and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. From the moment we arrived until we left this morning, everything was first class.
The staff were exceptionally helpful, warm and professional. The breakfast was very good, and the spa was out of this world—beautifully clean, tidy and relaxing. I also used the gym, which was extremely well equipped and kept spotless.
It’s easy to see why The Berkeley is a five-star hotel. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend it without hesitation. We’d love to come back.

An absolutely exceptional stay at this Two Michelin Key hotel in the heart of Belgravia! We had the privilege of experiencing the spectacular Grand Pavilion Penthouse, easily one of the most impressive suites I’ve stayed in, particularly its expansive living spaces and private rooftop terrace with a firepit.
The location is unbeatable, moments from Hyde Park and Knightsbridge. From the wonderful dining experiences to the extraordinary Surrenne wellness facilities, everything was beautifully considered. Most importantly, the hospitality was genuinely warm and attentive throughout. A truly memorable Maybourne experience!

The Berkeley has a fresh and contemporary approach to luxury hospitality. The design feels stylish and sophisticated, with a strong emphasis on comfort and presentation. I particularly appreciate the hotel’s modern character and its position in one of London’s most desirable areas. It is well suited to guests who enjoy luxury with a contemporary feel.
Our second stay at this wonderful hotel, despite living close by, it’s a real treat to spend a night here. Once again looked after amazingly by Aday (hope I’ve spelt it right). Check-in was seamless and we were able to use the facilities early too.
On the rooftop, we were lucky enough to be served by Paolo who kept the drinks coming and the food was great. The pool was a real treat to have on such a hot summers day, with views across Hyde park and London.
The room itself was incredible, thank you so much for the upgrade. We were shocked at the size and comfort of it.
Our massages (as part of the package) were also excellent and the spa is such a great place to relax. We wish we could have stayed longer. Will be back again for sure.
